The burger was good but it was really over priced. Burger, fries and small drink was 20$. I wouldn't go back.

I love 5 guys. and have frequented them since my time in Vegas. This location offers a fantastic atmosphere, and great service. The crew has always been super nice and patient, especially since ordering at 5 guys is a little different than other burger joints. The staff here really do everything they can to keep the place neat and organized, and make sure customers are taken care of. They share a parking lot with 4 other restaurants and always seem to be busier than the neighbors, that's a good sign! read more

I love 5 guys and recently had to go gluten free due to doctors orders. The employee behind the counter.. I apologize for not getting his name. But it was today (10/16) around 1:00ish if that helps for any manager who reads this. He offered a lettuce wrap burger which I greatly appreciated after every other restaurant gave me pretty much gave a hard no on gluten free options. I've been to a handful of Five Guys' locations and this particular one, twice now. I find myself in Kingman a couple of times a year to watch my son's high school athletic events when they compete here. This location is convenient, friendly and overall, very good. It's also in a nice part of town. The people who work here are very accommodating and outgoing. Their burgers and fries are as good as any. I like this location because it seems less cluttered and cleaner than others I've visited. They don't have bags and bags of peanuts stacked up waist high and there are no discarded shells on the floor. If you find yourself in Kingman or you're en route to Vegas or California from the east, do yourself a favor and stop for one of their full size cheeseburgers, a gigantic order of fantastic fries and an endless selection of soft drinks. You can get several flavored Coke products including lime which is my favorite. I'm still at a personal standoff between Five Guys and In and Out. While they are similar in style and quality, each is still different enough in some inexplicable manner that keeps me coming back to both. read more

Ohk, first I'd like to just say firstly that I'm an employee at In N Out Burger but I'm originally from Minnesota and I had Five Guys before I ever heard of In N Out. Naturally I compared the two. First, I'm going to comment on the food and beverage. The fries, though plentiful could be crispier and maybe a little saltier. The burger, as in the most patty could be a little juicier. But otherwise as the food goes I enjoy it. Always have. The pop machine is pretty cool I guess. It dispenses pop like any other pop dispenser.. Now for the customer service. I noticed that they all seemed to be working hard and keeping busy. Even though it was relatively steady. I couldn't help but think. They could smile more. You walk into In N Out and all the employees are smiling. There was one girl working there that was smiling and seemed to enjoy her job. We arrived at Five Guys right before a bus-load of college kids who were playing an away baseball game, so our timing was perfect. Got a couple burgers and an order of fries. I like the fries, but my wife likes fries to be a bit crunchy. The flavor was good either way. The burgers weren't bad, but it tastes as though they put no seasoning in their meat. The offer packets of salt and pepper on the side, so you can fix this, but it always seems odd when a burger place gives you a patty that could have come from anywhere. At least our burgers were nice and moist. Everything seems fresh, which is welcome in fast-food burgers. read more

Not a $30 meal that's for sure. That was for 2 cheese burgers, 1 large fries and 2 drinks. For a place that specializes in burgers with lots of free toppings you'd think they could use buns that don't fall apart before you even take a bite. It's like they bought the cheapest grocery store buns. My husbands burger didn't taste right and he only could eat a few bites. Worst crew on a weekend. Ordered the works on a bacon cheeseburger and a hot dog. Waited over 20 minutes without it being too busy. I got a burger wrapped in foil with no works just the meat cheese bacon. I got the hot dog wrapped in foil. Guess what? Just the bun and no dog in it. I waited another 20 minutes for them to fix that while the manager said I can keep the original meat cheese bacon mess up. Then another employee grabbed perfectly good food and threw in the trash and offered me French fries which I don't eat. I then wanted to put in an order to go for a friend of mine when a giant School Bus of cheerleaders came in and filled the line. I went up and told the manager I'm going to put my order online to get ahead of this giant line that just appeared out of nowhere. And after screwing up my order and making me wait almost 40 minutes to get my meal she told me I was going to have to be waiting for all of these kids to get their stuff first. I ate at a Five Guys for the first time today and was very happy with the experience. Very good food and very clean and a great atmosphere and loved the music that they had piped in. Only had two complaints, little pricey for me and I think they should put single and double burger on their menu so the customers know what their ordering. They put out a good product but let's face it, they are begging to be compared to the west coast version in-n-out located not even a mile away. In-n-Out is cheaper, offers shakes and has a drive thru. Five guys offers a huge variety of drinks, more of a variety of toppings for your burger and a vegetarian option. Next time I am in need of a burger you will likely find me at In-n-Out but Five Guys is a great option as well. read more

I hit up five guys burgers when ever I see them. They are always on point. But this one. Not even close. Order a bacon cheeseburger with grill onions and mushrooms. Get it and frys to go. Go to eat it not even five minutes later. No bacon on the burger. Burger is just slopped together dripping because they soaked the onions and mushrooms in oil to cook them. Patty wasn't even fully cooked. Had to throw it away after one bite. The frys were soggy yet they are supposed to be cooked to order. Certainly will be the best in kingman. Someone mentioned in the paper the price was too high? What a waste of money! Bought 2 burgers, one All the Way & the other was just the regular burger with the usual suspect with no tomatoes & a cajun fries to go. We only live a few minutes from Five Guys, by the time we got home & unwrapped the burgers it has turned into a big hot mess. Each burger was into 3 pieces...top bun with a couple of limp lettuce stuck to it...then patties all by itself & what left of the bottom part of the bun stuck to the foil wrapper & the whole thing slathered in mayo. It was haphazardly put together at best. Mind you we were the only customer who placed the order in there at the time. The fries was overly seasoned rendering it uneatable.. I have waited for more than a month to give this review because I didn't want to vent quite so loudly. As someone else said "$30.00 for lunch is rediculous". We passed by the In & out burger because they had a line of people at least 10 deep out the door, do we came to 5 guys. When we walked in there was only 3 customers in the place. We ordered our food and my wife told them that I preferred a single piece of lettuce instead of chopped lettuce on my cheeseburger. The music was so loud that the order taker could not understand us, so we ended up with one cheeseburger and one lettuce wrap. I returned to the counter and the fellow still couldn't hear me. I went and got my wife's burger and showed them and shouted "LIKE THIS"! They then managed to, produce the driest burger I have ever tried to eat. I complained on their website and the owner/manager said he would comp us a meal if we came back, but I didn't bother to take him up on it because they sucked when they were charging a very high price, what would a free meal be like? I now wait in line at in & out for hamburgers because first they are better burgers, two they don't charge a fortune and they don't have music so loud that it hurts! Whoever the young guy with the man bun is, needs to get off his high horse. Both him and the manager were VERY disrespectful to 2 other employees. This poor girl was obviously new and spoke Spanish, however her English was very clear. Mr. Man bun continued to yell at her to speak English and to stop what she was doing. I was the only one they were cooking for and he was treating her like she was holding up a line. The manager then came out and joined in with him, making her almost cry. When I was being rang up a separate young man, also new, was doing a great job. Then once he was done checking me out Mr. Man bun started yelling at him as well. The poor kid was trying to do the steps properly but Mr. Man bun told him to get out of his face. If 5 guys supports this behavior I will never eat here again. Absolutely ridiculous. read more
