Sea of fries. The only thing in our order that they got right. Alien not included

This place in Park City is kind of a cross between a Chuck E. Cheese and a work camp for socially awkward teens. I have been here several times to make sure I had a good cross-section of dates and times and the experience has been consistently horrible. Health Warning: Make sure you have plenty of fresh Imodium if you eat the free peanuts. For those of you recently returned form the gulag or a desert island, opened cases of these roasted peanuts are there for all patrons. I watched kids lick their fingers and dig into the nuts with bare hands, people have sneezed into the boxes and I actually saw one adult open several peanuts while waiting in line, eat the nuts and throw the shells back in the box. GROSS. The tables are wiped by a Stevie Wonder trainee (Not intending to disrespect the Stevie, BTW) but apparently hitting 40 pct of the table with a filthy rag counts as sterilization in this place. The burgers have NEVER been built properly for any of my dining companions and I wonder if a condiment of "pickles" is achieved with one anemic see through cuke slice. Sautéed onions are always conspicuously absent and the various other toppings are randomly assigned to any burger in the order leaving the patrons to assign, by lottery, the winning burger because none of them are marked in the bag before the fries are thrown on top and crowned by an empty cup that I guess you are supposed to use to collect the fries in as you spelunk to the top of the first burger. At least at In-n-Out, the teen order takers have adult supervision, but in this place I suspect the adults are bound with duct tape and locked in the broom closet. Don't even get me started on the inconsiderate patrons who push and shove their way through the queues at the drink bar and I certainly hope you can hover above the toilet as the restrooms are so filthy that it'll put you off the food here even if you haven't eaten for a week. Don't forget the overflowing trash cans, sports fans. All for eight bucks for a burger what a bargain - NOT! Wasatch Bagels has a much better burger for less money and a staff that is friendly and is actually old enough to drive.

    Decent burgers, great fries

I love 5 guys food but they keep the inside dining area arctic temperatures. Get it to go. They don't want you to stay keeping it that cold.

There burgers are ok. My struggle is $11 later for just a burger and small drink I would hope the bacon wouldn't be burnt.

The outdoor patio was busy so we ended up just getting a table inside. The ambiance is laid back and rustic, cool decorations all over. Our server was nice and made us feel welcome. We got the pretzel to start with - honestly really good. i don't usually write home about a pretzel, but it was so doughy and the sauces were delicious. I got the spicy avocado burger with their homemade chips. All delish. Will definitely be back next time we're in town!

I pulled up my Colorado digital ID, and the employee seemed completely thrown by it and insisted on seeing my physical license. I understand businesses have policies, but the interaction felt unnecessarily awkward. I'm in my mid-40s, don't even drink alcohol, and still felt like I was being treated as if I were trying to sneak into a bar. It just set an odd tone from the start. I didn't choose the restaurant, but as someone with celiac disease, this was an even bigger issue. I let the staff know up front that I have celiac disease and need to avoid gluten. I ordered a bunless burger and skipped the fries since they don't have a dedicated fryer. I ordered a side salad instead, only to find out almost all of the dressings contained gluten, so I went with the vinaigrette. The burger itself was overcooked and honestly pretty underwhelming. The worst part came at the end of my meal. I took a bite of my salad and felt a crunch. There was a crouton mixed in. I had to spit it into my napkin in front of my coworkers, but by then I'd already chewed it and had crumbs throughout my mouth. For someone with celiac disease, this isn't just an inconvenience. If I'd never mentioned it, that would be one thing. But after telling the staff up front, there should never have been a crouton on that salad. That's beyond normal cross contamination. It was simply careless, and unfortunately it overshadowed the entire experience.

The service is…read moreoutstanding and, yes, it's a hamburger, but it is a hamburger that looks and tastes like it was made by a chef trying to make you the absolute best hamburger you've ever had. I hate to reference the movie the Menu, but I couldn't help but think that it might be a little like if you got to eat the hamburger at the end. Where a chef, top of their game, made the a hamburger simply because they loved making hamburgers. To be fair there are other things on the menu but they are a similar level of quality. Also the specialized shakes are pretty great as well. On this occasion I had a Nutella shake and don't think I'll be having another shake for several months, both because it was that satisfying and because, well it was enough. On top of all this the Montage in general is always great. I had my birthday dinner at Burgers and Bourbon and think I might do it there again next year. Great property, great food, great service. 5 star review, easy.

We met some friends for dinner here on Sunday night. As we only ski weekdays we had not realized…read morethat spring break was in full force so the restaurant was picked with families and it showed. Walking to our table the first thing I noticed was that the carpet was filthy. It had a layer of food on it that showed the cleanliness just not in the cards for this establishment. We asked to be moved to another table, as there was an open table with a long bench for seating. However we could be be accommodated as a teenager at the table next door had decided to appropriate the bench for a nap and the hostess was not going to deal with an entitled young brat and his parents. Service was mediocre at best so not much else to say. I am guessing that they were understaffed but at the prices they charge it is not my problem as the guest. The men folk had the B&B burger with truffle fries. The burger was good, cooked to order and the fries were spot on. Our wives split a "Yama" which is listed as "seared big eye tuna / sesame crust / spicy aïoli / avocado mousse / slaw." The fish was mealy and the avocado mousse was really guacamole. The upshot of eating the fish is that both of our wives had an upset stomach in the middle of the night. As we live in Old Town I learned a good lesson. There are great burgers to be had on Main Street at a better price with good service and clean floors. We will stick with our go-to's The Spur and No Name.

The staff we interacted with were equally lovely. Biscuits and gravy is my go-to at any diner. I mean it when I say this was the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. The whole thing is one biscuit and the gravy is more of a bechamel with a peppery kick balanced by the sweet biscuit; more like a savory cake in the best way. My professional cook boyfriend is rarely ever impressed by food and we were equally blown away! There are no incorrect options on the menu. Bf also loved his huevos rancheros, but the biscuits and gravy were the star of the show. We cannot recommend it enough and couldn't stop talking about it the rest of our trip.

Customer service is rarely decent, staff seem disinterested in guests and are content being complacent, knowing that their business will survive strictly because of the popularity of the town. The Eating Establishment fell squarely into this category; slow, disinterested service, mediocre food and ridiculous prices. My partner and I ordered breakfast-I had eggs, potatoes and bacon. The eggs had a strange, burnt taste to them and the potatoes were cold. The ambience here is great, very mountain-vibe. I like the historic building and all the character that comes with it. Perhaps with a little "give a damn," they could make this a place that I'd love to return to.
