Absolutely the best burger chain, others like In-N-Out or Jack in the Box pale in comparison not to even mention McDonalds or Burger King. Not the cheapest, though. I had Bacon Cheeseburger (with everything) which was not quite perfect but very close to it. Juicy and tasty. Somewhat greasy but then again this is a burger joint, not a vegan gourmet restaurant! This must be the worst Five Guys in the nation. Service is awful. Despite using the Five Guys App to place the majority of my orders, wait time is always 10 - 20 min and sometimes incorrect. 5 guys in kimbal junction. Ate there today at about 4pm today. Ordered 4 little cheeseburgers and fries. Cheeseburgers were marginal. They weren't very hot, just slapped together, some patties hanging out, bun was smashed flat. Wendy's is much better. Worst part was the place was dirty. Front doors and windows were literally covered with mud. The patio tables weren't clean the floor looked like it had spilled milk shakes that were days or weeks old. I love Five Guys, so don't get me wrong. I was just disappointed with this location. We went there on a Sunday night one hour before closing time. Not ideal, I know. But I figured an hour was enough time that it wouldn't be too much of an inconvenience. I was wrong. No food. No burgers. No fries. Nothing. They did offer free drinks, but we didn't go there for drinks. It was clear the staff was watching the clock. Everything was clean, so clearly they'd shut down the grill long before we got there. Showed up at 9:30 Tuesday June 18th with two friends. Not only were we not greeted but was creepily stared at by one employee. Ordered a milkshake, was told they couldn't offer that (had already shut down the machine to clean it). Ordered our meals and sat down. Received our meal in a timely manner, it was good. Other guests kept coming into the store before close. The employees turned the music up so loud, assuming they were trying till get everyone out of the restaurant. Went here today with my friend for lunch and I ordered a BLT from their sandwich menu for about $6.50. I was expecting some toasted bread, some pieces of lettuce, a couple tomatoes, and a few strips of soft bacon. What I received was a squished burger bun with shredded lettuce, two tomatoes, and a couple pieces of burnt crumbled bacon. It was disgusting. But for $7 dollars I had to finish it. I love five guys! I've personally been to 10 different stores around the nation and they have an excellent business model, and excellent burgers. It's pretty hard to mess up. Unfortunately that's why I'm leaving this review today. So after my wife and I order our food, my burger arrives with no patty. I asked about the patty and they said they were on it. 20 minutes passed and they served maybe 10 other customers in the meantime. My wife finished her meal, and so I went up and asked about my burger. Upon my asking the employee let out a big sigh as though I was a big inconvenience. Finally they handed me a patty but with no cheese. When I returned to my table I added the patty to the bun and took a bite, to my surprise the bun was completely stale and crunchy. My Cajun fries I ordered were also sub-par. They were soft and soggy. Rather than crispy. Overall, I think this place must have a management issue. Very disappointed in both service and food quality. After picking up our to go order and getting home, we realized there were no milkshakes. Back we go and one was still sitting in different counter area than where we picked up the food. Apparently either someone else had picked it up or it had been given to someone else. They remade the milkshakes, but no apologizes. The hamburgers were okay, the fries greasy and tasted like they had been deep fried in old oil. Last time we will get food there. While Grubb Steakhouse absolutely has the best value and best burger in Park city(18$ for a 1 pound burger french fries and trip to the salad bar or Caesar salad) this is the second best burger but best value for burger and fries. This is only my second time ever eating at five guys and it was delicious Restaurant was exactly what you expect for a new franchise, clean fast and a well oiled crew. Double bacon cheeseburger, medium fries, and medium drink ran me $14 and change. A little on the high side even for park city, but if you want a fast food burger Wendy's and McDonald's are in close proximity but not nearly as good, you get what you pay for! The only thing I can see being a problem is their condiment station, it looks like it will be crowded at times and I'm not a fan at all of their Coke machines. It's the Touch screen soda dispenser where you can pick from a plethora of flavors, Burger King has one near downtown park city and I avoid that place like the plague now. Seems as though because all the soda comes out of one nozzle the flavors tend to get blended together, and as such the Coke at Burger King doesn't taste like Coke at all. Hope this doesn't happen for five guys also. If you want a great burger and you're on a budget Jupiter bowl is close by and they have buy one get one free entrées if you get the local coupon circular, or you can pick it up at any hotel entrance lobby or grocery store. I've heard a lot about Five Guys Burgers so I decided to try it since it was fast and nearby while we were in Park City. The staff is friendly but the burger was mediocre. For the price you pay, I'd expect more from the burger. Honestly, I can get a better burger of higher quality and taste from another fast food chain. The french fries are nothing to phone home about. We have eaten at five guys in several different locations ball have been pretty good. This location was terrible. Poor service and dirty dining room. We waited 15 minutes only to get a dry and tasteless burger on a cold dry bun. I returned the top bun to get a hot one and the cook walked across the room with my new one in his hand. I went to 5 guys on my way up from slc. Haven't been to one before, I was checking over the menu and Brian, one of the employees, came over over to fill me in. Order a little burger, the regular burger is just far too much for most. After all was said and done, Larry agreed and he has quite the appetite. We also shared just a small fry and it was plenty since they top it off with extra fries in the bag. I noticed that the fries were a little soggy but later learned that they double fry due to the level of business. But overall enjoyed the fries, burgers were excellent. The toppings beings included/free was uncommon and made the establishment stand apart from others. Just be aware when the menu says "little" it really means a regular 1/4 pound burger with fixings.
