I ate here this last weekend. When I received my food it had mushrooms on the burger and I didn't order them. When I took the burger back up to have them redo the order, they were very professional and replaced the burger with the guy who took my order apologizing for the mistake. I would go back here anytime. The food and service is excellent. People can make mistakes, but when they correct them with good customer service, it means everything. Came to have dinner after a day at 6 flags discovery kingdom. 2 girls were trying to handle everything between the 2 of them apparently 2 of their coworkers called out sick! It's unfortunate that they were stuck on their own with no back up but they did a wonderful job! It's too expensive for the kind of food you get. Like most everyone else, I came here on the suggestion of a friend who really liked the food. And while it is good, it's nowhere near worth the $15 for a single person's order in price. The fries are great, and you get a lot of it, but the burger is only "fresh" tasting without any real seasoning to the beef. You can add any and all toppings you want, but there's nothing special to it. For a bacon/grilled mushroom cheeseburger, I was given canned sliced mushrooms (that still weren't even grilled) and pre-cooked bacon as my toppings. Again, not worth the high prices. By chance, another friend of mine was with me and had a problem with his order. The cooks forgot to put on two toppings that he ordered ("grilled" mushrooms and bacon) and he went back to get it corrected. He said that he was told they couldn't take food back behind the counter once they had given it to the customer, and so they gave him a small plastic container with those canned mushrooms and the rock hard bacon pieces wrapped in napkins for him to put on the burger himself. Again, not worth the high prices. The food is fine, and what sets this place apart from other burger joints is how clean everything tastes. But for a single order of burger, fries, and a drink you're gonna be spending near $17+, and it's just not worth it. read more

Service was excellent but the burger wasn't juicy as I thought it would be. The burger buns were soft but the taste threw me off and I thought the burger was missing some flavor. Peanuts are free over there and I think the temperature of the burger could of been better because my burger cooled down really fast to room temperature. I ordered the bacon burger and the bacon was overcooked like granola bars. You can compare these burgers to hospital or small cafeteria burgers in terms of average quality taste. I used to work at this Five Guys and can tell you that everything is clean and properly prepped. The cajun fries are the best thing on the menu. Wait times are a little long and the burgers are good, but not any better than its local competitors (Red Onion, In-N-Out). Still a decent burger, though. My 3 star rating is based on wait times and management, but both these things could have improved since my last visit. The food is still good. read more

I came here twice with a friend and I was put off by the prices they sell their items at. But after we ordered it came out to be around $30 for two. As soon as I bit into my burger I fell in love. I added mushrooms, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, and mayo on it. The patty was cooked just how I like it. Juicy and thorough. It was well worth it for the price. However I didn't like their fries too much. It had potato skin on it and it was too salty. The second time I came here I decided to try the Cajun seasoning on the fries. It was a bad decision so I would go for regular fries next time. The service was really good. The girl, Briana who took our order wasn't rude and I appreciated it. Good service + good food = 5 stars. Been here a few trips, trying out a few items due to the buzz. Had a burger one time and a hotdog the other with cajun fries both time. Both were passable, not really all that good. This place is bare bones interior :design" - wize. Sort-of-like In-and-Out, but that is where the comparison ends. The prices!!! The two of us each bought a cheeseburger with fries. The "fixings" were no extra charge which included a choice of mushrooms, grilled onions, tomatoes, lettuce, etc. We also bought two medium size sodas from the tap. The total was $25.00!!!! While we sat down to wait for our order, we noticed that the chairs were incredibly ugly, but sitting in them was much UGLIER. They were made of metal, totally, and very heavy to move, and they were COLD. And they stayed cold for the 10 minutes we sat in them. When I first sat down on one, I got up and moved thinking it was next to the air conditioner. Then I found out they were all like that. When we got our order home (a 10-15 minute drive), the fries had been thrown in on top of the burgers, -- no bag for those fries. The hamburgers were so wet on the bottom that we had to eat them with a fork,-- everything was falling out and limp. The hamburgers and fries tasted pretty good, although the onions were very blah and I would not order them grilled again IF I went back which I will not do. The consensus was that if we are going to blow $25 we'd rather blow it somewhere else. For $25 you can get a decent meal for two through Groupon or Living Social, etc. read more

We once thought Five Guys was the bomb. Today has changed that forever for this location. Mistakes happen and by themselves aren't a big issue. But our experience today is not forgivable. We discovered our order wasn't as ordered and went to have it corrected. The cook behind the counter started to argue with us and demanded​ the receipt. When she saw that a mistake had occurred she walked away saying they would fix them and proceeded to call me names in Spanish​. Being fluent is Spanish I do not appreciate being called names that I will not repeat. As a customer this is completely unexceptionable. When we were leaving I went to the counter and told one of the other works what had happened and was blown away by her completely dismissive response of " god bless you". Service makes or breaks restaurants and with such terrible service this Five Guys is doomed. We will never be back and encourage others think twice before going read more

I have never in my life walked into a Five Guys. My boyfriend and I were thinking about hittin' up the Red Onion in the next parking lot but then Five Guys caught his eye so we pulled in there instead. I literally have never had a better experience at a quick little lunch spot. The manager and assistant manager appeared to be the only ones working. They were not very busy (came in around 3PM on a Tuesday) and we were greeted so nicely. You can just tell these two young woman really take pride in their jobs! Service was very prompt and we even had a few pleasant conversations. I ordered the small bacon cheese burger w cajun fries. It was so fresh tasting and the bacon was cooked crispy, and the manager even asked me if we like our fries crispy! The restroom was very clean as was the restaurant. A very enjoyable and quick lunch after running errands. I am absolutely appalled by the attitude of the cashier when I came in last night. The cashier was a tall black girl ..do not know her name. I came in with my Boyfriend and our son. Initially I was in the mood for a chili cheese dog but noticed that they did not have that on the menu. I asked her what the cheese dog came with and she looked at me and said "just cheese" real rudely. After thinking about it,?I ordered a little cheeseburger. She asked me what did I want on it in such a rude way. This entire time she had her arms crossed with an ugly look on her face like she was mad. The only reason I don't give this place one star is because the employees were sweet and deserve better than that. I'd been told this place was better than in-n-out so I figured I'd give it a shot. Let me say, I don't eat fast food often. I LOVE in-n-out but sure am not the type to eat it every day or even every week. So, walking in (yes, walking. They have no drive-thru!!) it looks similar..suspicious if you asked me but my mom got all hopeful seeing the red and white everywhere. I ordered a lil burger and lil fries and she did the same. Our order was $21 something!!! WHAT?! over twenty bucks for 2 less than basic fast food meals?! I got grilled mushrooms (awful, and I love mushrooms), cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a little but of grilled onions. The bun was incredibly soggy and kinda sweet. Not my thing at all. The meat was okay, but I'm not much of a meat eater anyway so that means very little to me. The fries were incredibly disappointing and we only got a tiny "lil" handful, and that's pretty serious. I had high hopes for this place. I had heard good things, but this was meh. The store is well run and handles a lunch crowd well. The fries are good. They are fresh cut and fried in peanut oil. They have a white board where they post where the current batch of potatoes came from. Today's was a company in Idaho. Woopty Doo. For the burgers you get to choose from about a dozen toppings which you can have as many as you want at no extra cost. The burger itself was pretty good, but the problematic component is the bun. Their buns suck. They soak up moisture very quickly and completely fell apart after two bites. What a mess! The burger comes wrapped in foil, so I guess you're supposed to keep it wrapped while eating it? I don't know. I guess people in Philly must like wearing their lunch. Lastly, this place is friggen expensive. For a $14 lunch, you better wow me. Oh and there is the peanuts. Seems out of place for a burger joint. They have a big box where you can help yourself, but I didn't bother. Peanuts belong in a bar or a ball game. This must be a play on the peanut oil for the fries. Is it unique? Yes. Do I care? No. I don't think I'll be going back again. I'd much rather go to In N Out. I almost forgot about the bagging. They serve everything bagged to go. Eating in? Too bad, here's a bag. The tables aren't quite organized, but that has little to do with the fantastic burger and fries at this place. I was quite surprise. I stopped in as a second choice for lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the food. The staff was quite pleasant and definitely busy making food. The hamburgers actually have real meat. What a novelty from the fast food junk burgers at the other fast food vendors. The fries are real potatoes and they are fantastic. Great flavor and boy do you get a lot. There are three sizes and I picked regular, only to find out that there were enough to two hungry people. I have to admit that I couldn't stop eating them because they were the best of all burger places. I had a double cheese burger and I love that you pick what you want on it and they make just perfect in my opinion. Great flavor. The food is bagged and the burgers wrapped in foil to keep in the fresh heat. It only takes a few minutes to get and the short wait was definitely worth while.
