Polish Dog (4.5 Stars) with everything, which is the same as Caspers mustard, sliced onion, sliced tomatoes, sweet relish. The Polish is not Caspers Polish. They use a good quality Polish sausage, not sure what brand but something like Saag (Not a hotdog style Polish like Miller's). There is no one in the place, there are four (high school aged) workers behind the counter. I stood there for a good minute. Not one came over to me. The order was NOT ready in fact, they didn't even make the fries. So they started the fries and I stood there while they were cooked. Why did you tell us it was ready when it wasn't remotely ready? I got my order and left, got home and realized the burrito wasn't there. I went all the way back and they said "we refunded the burrito, it's only served for breakfast" First off the menu does not say this. If it's only served during a certain part of the day THEN SAY IT ON THE MENU. Second, no one thought of letting anyone know it was refunded. Just did and went on about their day of goofing off. The people at the store there couldn't give a flying yahoo when I voiced my displeasure. The last couple times we've been here the service was almost non-existent and the orders are always messed up. And this was the last time. Management will read this and just laugh. They could not care at all. Time for poorly run businesses like this to be done.

Really wanted to support the new owner & the old staff - same great food as always too. But......to hear & watch & hear the new owner behind the counter micro-managing & lecturing his hard working staff killed the old vibe. It really ain't all that complicated - they seemed to be managing just fine all those years before him. It was going on when we walked in the door & continued nonstop through our meal until the door shut behind us. I really like to support local businesses, but I'll never sit through that again.

Five guys definitely not the best place ever. Got food today around 3 pm and it's still with me at 5 in the morning.... Made me sick been in and out the restroom all day and it was that crap ass burger. The toppings seem unfresh and the staff sucks. My first time here I was met with smiles, great service, a singing employee and good vibes the food sucked but the people made me go back. I no longer see any of the happy employees. I keep seeing this short chubby douchy guy with glasses( who visually makes his employees cringe and feel uncomfortable just being near him) Who I guess is the new manager instead of the dude with the beard that always smiled. The drive-thru snaked through the lot, turning it into a game of Tetris if you were parked and trying to get out. Inside, every table was taken, so a lot of people ended up sharing communal seating whenever a seat opened up. That said, the counter line moved quickly and the wait for food wasn't too bad. With the high volume, the turnover is excellent, so everything comes out super hot and fresh. My fries, however... well, they weren't all that "well" if you know what I mean. As a California native, my go-to is a #1 Animal Style with both grilled and raw onions plus extra veggies (basically a salad between two buns). LOL. I like my fries crunchy, so I always order them well-done--they're usually solid--and I prefer dipping them in spread. In-N-Out is a staple, so I'll definitely be back!

I dipped them into what I quickly learned is Dave's famous, highly coveted sauce, and the combination was absolutely delicious. I'm not a big bread person and I'm notorious for deconstructing my sandwiches, so I took the chicken from the slider--more like an oversized, juicy chicken tender than a nugget--dipped it in the sauce, and paired it with the fries. It was the perfect bite every time. ***Correction, my order was four sliders ! Had to edit because I forgot to mention the price surprisingly wallet friendly in this current economy!! I was full by the third slider. I ordered the #4 meal, which comes with 4th small sliders and fries. The sliders are served with slaw, pickles, kale slaw, and Dave's sauce unless you customize them. After about 10 minutes they let me know that they hadn't made enough of the item that I ordered, and asked if I was okay with them substituting the missing portion with a tender. I didn't really want a tender (thus why there were none in my order), but I was pressed for time so I agreed. I thought that would be a quick fix but it really wasn't, it took another 7 minutes or so. The employees were nice. They communicated the issue and offered an alternate option (the tender). They also apologized for the wait and offered a free drink. I declined the drink because I didn't want the extra sugar, but that was a nice gesture. What was disappointing was that all of the food was cold once I got it. I checked the order quickly to make sure I had everything, but I didn't check the temp. When we started eating the food in the car we realized that everything was cold. Cold chicken, cold fries, cold / solid moz stick. The flavor also tasted off on my chicken. I usually get the hot spice level and this batch didn't have the heat or the flavor that I'm used to with other Dave's locations. I'll probably wait until next year for a follow-up try.
