I came here yesterday night and I just wanted to say that the food and atmosphere was amazing! I loved the energy of the employees was super amazing. I think it's super cool to see employees getting along. My food was excellent. Burger juicy, fries crispy. Pretty expensive, but over all it was great. I will say that for a little while there was an employee cleaning tables and he did have a bit of bad b.o. it was kinda unpleasant to try and eat while smelling it but other than that my time here was fantastic. read more

I Love 5 guys. Very flavorful burgers. Lot's of toppings offered. I get the baby bacon cheeseburger with Grilled onions, Mushrooms, Pickles, Lettuce, Tomato and extra ++ fresh jalapenos.. yummmmm. You need to eat it there, They are very juicy and hard to handle but worth the effort. I would imagine taking it home would be a mess, You would have to use a fork!! A bit expensive.. Over $5.00 for the one patty. My daughter got a baby bacon cheeseburger with nothing else on it and it cost as much as mine with everything. That's where the 4 stars come in. If it were more reasonable I would give them a 5+ star rating.. If you like a good simple burger (like my daughter) I recommend In & Out... But if you want a big messy everything you could imagine on it burger, 5 guys is your place! The fries are served in a large drink cup. One order of fries could feed 2 or more people. This place is just OK. I like their burgers, but they are a bit pricey for what you get in regards to the burger itself. I like the fresh potato taste of the fries, but they are way too salty. If I go there again I think I will ask for no salt on the fries. I also like that they have malt vinegar available to dip the fries in. Wanted a burger and had never been to Five Guys so we tried it out. It's a little daunting at first because you don't just order a burger, you have to tell them everything you want on it. My wife got a plain cheeseburger with grilled onions and I got a bacon cheeseburger with mayo, pickle, lettuce, grilled onions, and tomato. I could taste the pickle and the (American) cheese, which indicates to me that they don't season their meat. My wife thought her burger tasted flat, too. I liked the fries because they were heavily seasoned, but my wife thought they tasted like potato skins. They did, but I like potato skins so it didn't bother me. I found them crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is just the way I like them cooked. The help-yourself peanuts were nice while we were waiting, but not nice enough to make up for the price of my burger. I've had other fast-food burgers that blow the doors on the one I had, and at half the price. read more

After a lot of good recommendations from coworkers I decided to try Five Guys. The people are nice and they put on a good show since it's an open kitchen (nothing gross happening to the food). The fries are like a cross between diner fries & In n Out; pretty yummy. They have a HUGE, and I mean HUGE selection of drinks that are chosen on a touch screen. Pretty techy, but it's not In N Out. First time I tried there cheese burger. I have to say it was delightful. I'm not a huge fan of burgers like I used to be as a kid. So i really hardly ever go to burger joints. But this place is great. Burger is really great with A1 steak sauce. Also it is better then in and out as far as taste and quality. The toppings are still your basics and I hate the fries, seasoned or not they are just not hitting the spot for me, plus they give you way too many. If you do go here with a friend ONLY order one set of fries they give you enough for two with just the one order and you end up wasting a lot. Not bad, not bad. I heard it was one of the top 5 burger joints so I had to try it out. It is a bit more than your average burger. I got the little hamburger and it is huge.You can put as many toppings as you want on it. I got the regulars: lettuce and onion but, I added steak sauce and mushrooms and it is all free. (: The burger was good. I could taste the meat and it was very flavorful. I love how you can pre-order your stuff online because they are always packed and the line is always long. The only downside are the cajun style fries. They were super greasy and salty. People either love this place or they hate it. And I love it ! read more

I held off coming in here cause I'm not a big burger fan, and really there are truly only a handful of good/great burger joints out there, so even with the hype i wasn't expecting much.
