    Little Bacon Burger...yum!
    Suzanne H.

I love 5 Guys! The fast burgers are always tasty, made fresh on the flattop and just how I want it. Loads of fries and malt vinegar and peanuts are offered too. The best part? The bacon is always crispy! Always! No gross half cooked bacon. And the cherry on top is the very enjoyable variety of music. I've even heard the English Beat's "Mirror in the Bathroom" there! The service is very good. The cons preventing a 5-star review--the exorbitant prices now ($20 for a fast food burger is mind-boggling. This means I can't eat there very often). And my one milkshake was thin like chocolate milk. But I'm a fan!

Another great experience at Five Guys! Always clean and courteous customer service. The manager gave me a complimentary milkshake when he learned my order was missing one. Five Guys gets High Fives all over!!!!

There are about 20 tables in total I'd say, and the place feels roomy for being on a corner shopping plaza.

I could have sworn that I saw at least six guys working there when I went, but after leaving content with my lunch, I'll let it slide. --Food: I got a Little Bacon Cheeseburger and an order of Little Cajun Fries. First, let me say that if these are "Little", I'm afraid to get a normal or a large one. I was pretty full after eating these, and the fries took me almost 10 or 15 minutes to eat alone. - Little Bacon Cheeseburger: More or less what you'd expect. Not too dripping with grease, but you can also tell they don't use lean meat. Nor should they, it was delicious. - Little Cajun Fries: Cajun seasoning is delicious and I make it at home with spices and put it on fish, etc. I wish the fries were a little more crispy (and in fact I'd probably give Five Guys the fifth star had they been), but the seasoning was delicious. --Cost: I believe my bill came to about $8, although I don't exactly recall. It's a little expensive if you compare it to somewhere like McDonald's, but ultimately the burgers taste better so I don't mind spending a couple more dollars. --Atmosphere: The interior is much larger than the outside would lead you to believe. There are upwards of 20 tables and a nice waiting line stocked with free peanuts. --Service: Fast, courteous, and pleasant. --Overall: I realize it's a chain, but Five Guys is delicious. Not somewhere you could justify eating at every day, but if you're looking for a decent fast food burger, it gets my recommendation.

I enjoy coming here about once a month, or every other month. The only reason I downgraded from a 5 to 4 star rating is the inconsistancy of the fries. Many times I come and get my burger and fries the fries have been different every time. They aren't as crispy as they usually are, they have been soggy, sometimes I get a lot of small pieces and sometimes they are burnt. I will still keep coming here, but might be wary of the fries or just get one of the small orders until they get back to the way they were.

I love Five Guys. Call me crazy but they have the best burgers, especially for a chain restaurant. This is one of those places that I get the same thing every time I go there. I always go for the little cheeseburger, the way they do there menu is little means one patty, just a cheeseburger is 2 patties. The little cheeseburger is always more than enough for me. I get it with the sauteed mushrooms and grilled onions...my stomach is already rumbling just thinking about it!! The reason this got 4 instead of 5 stars is because of their fries..some people love them however, I just kind of find them greasy and soggy. They also don't come with the burger you have to pay for them separate. Don't worry though, the burger makes up for the fries. So I will definitely be back!

Cajun Fries vs Five Guys Fries vs Peanuts. Mmmmm.

Swoon Burger Gets 5 Stars Every couple of years I get a craving for a Five Guys experience and head to this location. It's everything a tightly run business should be. Flash and Sass (with a good loud soundtrack) and a good product to back it up. Sure the beef isn't grass-fed, but you can taste the quality of the meat. Everyone is always upbeat and friendly and they seem to genuinely care, which is really not typical at fast food places anymore.

Everyone I've met in Richmond asks me if I've tried this place. According to their wall, they've been voted best of places that sell burgers and fries. I also heard that their popularity is due to how "fresh" the burgers taste. Okay, I'll bite. Dislikes: The price. I'm not a fan of a place that makes you order the sides separately. $2.89 for an order of fries? Granted they did give me a decent portion, but I could have done without it. Neutral: There are peanuts everywhere. I guess to help you feel like you're getting more for your money, you can eat peanuts while you wait? Meh. Likes: They don't make the burgers until you order it. They were fresh and delicious. You have to order the additions (grilled onions, mustard, bacon, etc.) and I love being able to customize my burger. The wait wasn't that bad either. The location is large, the line was long, and I felt that it was a great atmosphere to hang out & eat with friends. Star Rating: I truly enjoyed eating here although I will say that I won't be back at my own expense. I think it's definitely worth a try just beware that you're not going to pay "fast food joint" prices.

I came in for a pick up order, since I was in willow lawn for light shopping. I love that they have a cool bar area, and outside seating. This definitely looks like a cool hang out spot for tacos and great drinks. I was really impressed with their to go bags (pictured with the chicharrones) which look more like a cool tote bags, I'm almost positive they could be reusable (which I will be doing)! However, I've been loving the basic traditional tacos with just onions and cilantro, like the carne asaada and pork. Two tacos and a side or two here is my sweet spot, but when feeling indecisive I'll sometimes add a third taco. The wings are tasty too. Bamba Fries are a treat, but I find them a little heavy and better as a table shareable. Not sure how they would hold up on takeout, but dine in they are great at least. I enjoy the chips and guacamole, and the rice is so moist and flavorful. You wouldn't expect an order at the counter spot to have such great food and drinks, and even a nice happy hour! They win at this, and drinks are delicious!

Luckily Lee is open until 9 PM, and I have been meaning to try this place on the recommendation of many friends. When we got there, the drive-through line wrapped around the parking lot, when we walked in, the one inside was equally long. They were so busy that they had to pause orders for a little bit, but the major hold up was with the wings. The way the counter was incredibly nice and helpful. When we told her it was our first time, we ended up deciding to get the chicken tenders and the eight piece family meal. Because we opted to not get the wings since we were hungry, our food came out very quickly. They were kind enough to also include an extra piece in both! The size of the pieces were also very generous, and between the three of us, we had plenty of leftovers. The chicken itself was crispy and delicious, and I loved the wide variety of sauce options that they had. the potato wedges were also great, though I found the mac & cheese and green beans a little bit forgettable. The cashier had told us that the apples were one of her favorite signs, and they were definitely delicious! I would love to come back and try the wings, though I'll know in the future to not order quite as much!

The heat was perfect, the coating crispy, and the wedges were always on point. I couldn't come to Richmond without grabbing spicy wings. So when the owner decided to stop making the spicy wings and convert the fry station to breast strip fryers, that was it for me. That spicy recipe was the reason I came. Without it, this just isn't the same place. I won't be back unless the spicy chicken makes a return.

A WHOLE Club Royale is $12 and some change. I paid $12 and some change for my 1/2 of a sandwich. So of course I asked why is the 1/2 the same price as the whole give or take a dollar after taxes). I said for all of that just give me the whole (which I won't eat because all I can eat is half, hence me ordering half). They told me they didn't know why they were the same price (ish). When I get home I call customer service to express my concern on the prices and how I felt they were pretty much stealing from me because if you are using 1/2 the ingredients there's no way you should be charging me full price. No way! Not cool at all Jason's Deli. Anyway, corporate customer service told me "thanks for your feedback, have a nice day and HUNG UP!" What in the world do y'all got going on. You lost a customer 1st on price gauging and 2nd your corporate customer service. You should be ashamed. For the record, I called back 3 more times to speak to a customer service manager and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone.
