Little Bacon Burger...yum!
Suzanne H.

I love 5 Guys! The fast burgers are always tasty, made fresh on the flattop and just how I want it. Loads of fries and malt vinegar and peanuts are offered too. The best part? The bacon is always crispy! Always! No gross half cooked bacon. And the cherry on top is the very enjoyable variety of music. I've even heard the English Beat's "Mirror in the Bathroom" there! The service is very good. The cons preventing a 5-star review--the exorbitant prices now ($20 for a fast food burger is mind-boggling. This means I can't eat there very often). And my one milkshake was thin like chocolate milk. But I'm a fan!

Another great experience at Five Guys! Always clean and courteous customer service. The manager gave me a complimentary milkshake when he learned my order was missing one. Five Guys gets High Fives all over!!!!

There are about 20 tables in total I'd say, and the place feels roomy for being on a corner shopping plaza.

I could have sworn that I saw at least six guys working there when I went, but after leaving content with my lunch, I'll let it slide. --Food: I got a Little Bacon Cheeseburger and an order of Little Cajun Fries. First, let me say that if these are "Little", I'm afraid to get a normal or a large one. I was pretty full after eating these, and the fries took me almost 10 or 15 minutes to eat alone. - Little Bacon Cheeseburger: More or less what you'd expect. Not too dripping with grease, but you can also tell they don't use lean meat. Nor should they, it was delicious. - Little Cajun Fries: Cajun seasoning is delicious and I make it at home with spices and put it on fish, etc. I wish the fries were a little more crispy (and in fact I'd probably give Five Guys the fifth star had they been), but the seasoning was delicious. --Cost: I believe my bill came to about $8, although I don't exactly recall. It's a little expensive if you compare it to somewhere like McDonald's, but ultimately the burgers taste better so I don't mind spending a couple more dollars. --Atmosphere: The interior is much larger than the outside would lead you to believe. There are upwards of 20 tables and a nice waiting line stocked with free peanuts. --Service: Fast, courteous, and pleasant. --Overall: I realize it's a chain, but Five Guys is delicious. Not somewhere you could justify eating at every day, but if you're looking for a decent fast food burger, it gets my recommendation.

I enjoy coming here about once a month, or every other month. The only reason I downgraded from a 5 to 4 star rating is the inconsistancy of the fries. Many times I come and get my burger and fries the fries have been different every time. They aren't as crispy as they usually are, they have been soggy, sometimes I get a lot of small pieces and sometimes they are burnt. I will still keep coming here, but might be wary of the fries or just get one of the small orders until they get back to the way they were.

I love Five Guys. Call me crazy but they have the best burgers, especially for a chain restaurant. This is one of those places that I get the same thing every time I go there. I always go for the little cheeseburger, the way they do there menu is little means one patty, just a cheeseburger is 2 patties. The little cheeseburger is always more than enough for me. I get it with the sauteed mushrooms and grilled onions...my stomach is already rumbling just thinking about it!! The reason this got 4 instead of 5 stars is because of their fries..some people love them however, I just kind of find them greasy and soggy. They also don't come with the burger you have to pay for them separate. Don't worry though, the burger makes up for the fries. So I will definitely be back!

Cajun Fries vs Five Guys Fries vs Peanuts. Mmmmm.

Swoon Burger Gets 5 Stars Every couple of years I get a craving for a Five Guys experience and head to this location. It's everything a tightly run business should be. Flash and Sass (with a good loud soundtrack) and a good product to back it up. Sure the beef isn't grass-fed, but you can taste the quality of the meat. Everyone is always upbeat and friendly and they seem to genuinely care, which is really not typical at fast food places anymore.

Everyone I've met in Richmond asks me if I've tried this place. According to their wall, they've been voted best of places that sell burgers and fries. I also heard that their popularity is due to how "fresh" the burgers taste. Okay, I'll bite. Dislikes: The price. I'm not a fan of a place that makes you order the sides separately. $2.89 for an order of fries? Granted they did give me a decent portion, but I could have done without it. Neutral: There are peanuts everywhere. I guess to help you feel like you're getting more for your money, you can eat peanuts while you wait? Meh. Likes: They don't make the burgers until you order it. They were fresh and delicious. You have to order the additions (grilled onions, mustard, bacon, etc.) and I love being able to customize my burger. The wait wasn't that bad either. The location is large, the line was long, and I felt that it was a great atmosphere to hang out & eat with friends. Star Rating: I truly enjoyed eating here although I will say that I won't be back at my own expense. I think it's definitely worth a try just beware that you're not going to pay "fast food joint" prices.

I LOVE Five Guys. Love the burgers and the fries. Nothing frozen about the food here. A bit pricey but satisfied each and every time.

My family and I were in town for a few hours on an errand and found Eazzy Burger on Yelp as we are…read morehuge burger fans. Parking in the area is a little difficult and Sunday at lunch is no different. We were able to find street parking a few blocks down and were happy to enjoy the Spring weather. Eazzy Burger is a bit off of W Leigh St but adjacent to Ardent Craft Ales. The shared outdoor patio was casual with a contemporary flare and filled with Richmond 20-somethings. We easily found a table, put our things down, and headed in to Eazzy Burger to place our orders. The first thing I noticed is how creative the menu is! Craft burgers with a variety of options... everyone will find something they like. You place you order at the counter and then wait at your table until they call your name so be prepared! It took about 20 minutes (10 minutes less than what they told us!) for our 5 top to get our orders. The burgers were massive and the fries were cooked to perfection. An order of fries was missed but when I mentioned it to the expeditor at the counter, he was quick to remedy the situation. All in all, a 5 star experience!

Even though it was busy when we went (around 5:00-5:40 pm), the service was still top-tier and super friendly. And the cookies & crème ice cream? That was the cherry on too! sweet, creamy perfection to end it all. Definitely coming back!

I was really impressed with how stocked they were considering we arrived well after 10am. So it's were fresh, moist and unique with their flavors and options. Definitely recommend. Had to go to Richmond for a car repair issue. Seeing as it was early Saturday morning I thought…read moreI'd swing through Krispy Kreme and get some donuts for breakfast. Well, "teh machine was broke" at Krispy Kreme and they didn't have any glazed. Which led me to Sugar Shack Dounts. It's sort of in the Fan (I guess?) thank goodness for GPS or I'd never find it. Very small parking lot. No inside seating, all grab and go. Anyway. Walked in, scanned the donut case. Lots of Gucci looking donuts (I'm a big fan of glazed and chocolate iced...basic donuts). didn't see any glazed but they did have chocolate ice. Seemed somewhat busy for a Saturday morning (surprise? not to me, but apparenlty a surprise to whoever schedules people to work there). Service wasn't necessarily slow, but adding up the gucci coffees and all the door-dash (I'm assuming....there was a tape machine by the cash register steadily spitting out tickets) it was busy for one (then two) people to handle. Service was friendly enough. Second person showed up...placed my order, 3 chocolate glazed. $8! are you kidding? $8 for 3 donuts. Crazy. But I bought them. Went to my car to eat. So (after eating my 3 chocolate iced donuts): oh my. They were spectacular. A little "thicker" or "firmer" than a Krispy Kreme....and the chocolate ice stayed on the donut, solid, the whole time. Great flavor (donut and chocolate). So, yeah, you get what you pay for. I certainly wouldn't eat there everyday, or take a bunch of kids there.....but every once in a while? A nice treat.
