I just came to warn everyone to avoid this location of 5 Guys. I will also reach out to corporate to makes sure they know this location is destroying the reputation of a once, prominent brand. Last night my wife and I ordered via Uber Eats. We ordered 2 Cheeseburgers, one in a bowl, a Large fries, and 2 cokes. They delivered- 1- cheeseburger 1/2 a cup of fries- ($7.50-Used to be more fries than we can eat) 2-cokes Uber Eats non-responsive. Called 5 Guys and was told "call Uber Eats, not our problem! Click! With Shake Shack opening. In/Out everywhere, Brodericks, and Burgers and Brew, there is simply no reason to order from this disgusting, incompetent, and horribly managed location. This brand used to symbolize quality, quantity, and friendliness. What a shame! read more

I love Five Guys. So happy they are near me. But, dude was not wearing a mask, while cooking burgers, making shakes and bagging up orders. I think that sends a bad signal. He also seemed to be distracted by somebody I think might be his new snuggle. His manager, or at least she appeared to be, and all others were wearing masks. Now, the nitty gritty. I ordered a "Little Hamburger" all the way and "Little Fry" to go. The wait was acceptable. I went to my car, as I was waiting for someone at the dental office. Opened up my bag, looked inside, greasy fries. I mean seriously greasy fries. So soggy and filled with oil. Then the burger. Now this is probably my fault for not checking with the cashier, but I got a regular size burger, which equals a double pattie. Too much for a quick lunch. But I didn't mumble and maybe he should have read the order back, like 90% of counter order clerks do. The burger was flavorless. What happened to this place? It's a burger and fries. Overall, I gave them two stars, because of the hope it gets better. For $14 I should get quality food and better service. I was shocked to get the $62 bill for 3 hot dogs, 3 shakes, and one large fries. The most expensive hotdog, lunch ever! And the hotdogs were nothing special; instead they were small, store-bought size hotdogs with regular store-bought hotdog buns. I ordered large Cajun fries and when I had received the order the fries amount was not alot for that amount of money you would think they would get it right. I tried to tell them and they just said yes it is arguing with me that I was wrong that they were right. Also I don't think the fries should include a rotten fry. The milkshake wasn't even a milk shake consistency more like chocolate milk. I could drink it like water and it was not cold like it ought to have been. Also most of their drinks were out and I had to keep pouring out my drinks because they didn't taste like the syrups for flavor weren't full. They have two drink machines only one had ice. They may have replaced my fries only after the complaint of the rotten fry. Though there so much things wrong with this location and it's almost every time I eat there. Unfortunately this is my closest five guys and they were all either managers not regular employees in black polo shirts. Due to food allergies, I asked for a bun with no sesame seeds. I was told Five Guys has a policy only to serve buns with sesame seeds. Then I was told they could serve me a burger in a bowl or wrapped in a piece of lettuce. That's just wrong. Also, how can a burger joint claim to be offering a veggie option when all you get is the fixings? No veggie burger included. Lame. Too bad Crocker Village let Five Guys setup shop. Very nice employees, service was great. The food came quickly and it was super good. I love how the fries are topped off, so you get even more than what the container can hold. In addition, they have free peanuts all around the shop for you to munch on while you wait. read more

I love 5 Guys!! I have been a customer of this establishment since they first opened as they are really close to home. I had never had a bad experience with them until today. The cashier Savanna G. had a terrible attitude while taking my order, after she took my order she just walked away, I asked her for my drinks, and she seemed annoyed when handling the cup lids to us. Bad attitude all the way. The rest of the staff was pretty nice. Savanna you need to work on your attitude, you made my experience here a bit unpleasant. read more

The service is non-existent, the food takes way too long and is not prepped well, and CERTAIN staff sit behind the restaurant (which is along a main road) and get stoned in their Five Guys shirts IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. This location used to be awful. The staff would consistently close the store at least an hour before their displayed closing time. There would even be staff inside and wouldn't acknowledge customers when the doors were locked. Orders were usually wrong or underwhelming when compared to other locations. Basically, it seemed that the folks working in this place weren't even trying to make this a mediocre or passable location. However, in the past 6 months or so, the employees have been very friendly and the food has tasted fresh each time we've come by. At the very least, the staff are actually putting in effort now. So, I don't know what got changed here, but it's great to see this location has improved. read more

My wife and I like our fast food burgers but we're not into McD's and the rest of those places so we thought we'd give Five Guys a try. In a few words: food pretty good, service poor. Read on for details Before anything else, a word of advice: the Five Guys website says they're open until 10. That is not the case at this location, or at least not during these Covid days. They're open until 8 and they don't take orders after ~7:45. We know this because the first time we went there, we walked in to order and were told we had to go back out and order by phone. Once we got through the ordering process and hit the "pay for your order" button, we were notified that our order wouldn't be finished before closing time, so no burgers for us. This was around 7:45. What the hell? If a restaurant says they're open until 8 then they're taking orders until 8. One star down just for that. So a couple of weeks later we give them another chance. We order from home at 7:10 and the app says we'll have our food at 7:25. We jump in the car and head over. When we get in (right at 7:25), one of the workers asks who we are, we tell him, and before he does anything else he apologizes for the wait. Not a good sign. Then we hear the guy next to us say he's been waiting a half hour for his order. Another bad sign. So we stand around for about fifteen minutes and then our order appears to come up! But no, we're told the burgers are done but we need to wait on fries. I look at the fryer and there are no fries going in it. Just a couple of empty baskets sitting there. How do you run a fast food burger joint and not know to keep the fries going at all times? So we wait more, watching while someone finally puts the fries in the basket and into the fryer. (Meantime, our burgers are sitting there getting cold.) After a while, the fries come out of the fryer and we watch while they are dropped into the bags of three different people who came in and ordered after we got there. (Yes, apparently you can now order in the restaurant.) After a few more minutes, someone dumped another batch of fries in the grease, we watched while they cooked, and they put them in the bag, gave them to us, and off we went. So how was the food? Pretty good. The burgers were delicious, although I wouldn't bother ordering a bacon burger as they bacon they use adds nothing to the party. The fries are the fresh cut type, which tasted good but were limp. Points are ALWAYS deducted for limp fries, even when they taste good. Overall, I'd say this place is not run by someone who knows what they're doing. I'm sure Five Guys has a system, for preparing their food and these people didn't seem to understand it at all. There was a lot of time spent staring at tickets and trying to figure them out. There were people sitting around doing nothing while others were working quickly and stuff needed to be done. (Like, say, KEEPING THE FRIES GOING!) These seem like nice people who were stressed over not meeting customer expectations, so I hope they get some help. I went here today. When we walked in the staff member who took our order was rude, he seemed to be rushed yet there was nobody else behind us. We walked outside to wait for our order and when we went inside to see if our order was ready one of the cooks had an attitude. Whatever. So we leave. We didn't want to complain because we didn't want to be those people. But when I look inside the back the fries are just EVERYWHERE, it was a mess, literally it looked like they just did everything so carelessly and messy. Terrible service. I have been here probably 5 times and they have gotten my order correct approximately once. I'm not sure why every time I order they always leave off toppings. I live two blocks away and I actually think their burgers and dogs are pretty tasty, so I will likely continue to get food from here. But every time I get my order home and open it, it is missing half my toppings. That's not acceptable service in my book. They are also super slow in making the food. I can only imagine their food would be really great if I got it how I ordered it. They need to step up their game. read more

App would not let me order online, the store had signs saying cash only on the windows and when I got cash and came back they hit the credit card button almost like it still worked. I had cash in my hand so the guy canceled the card transaction. After getting my food I walked to my car and my fries were luke warm and the burger bun was so soaked in grease that it fell apart after one bite. I just went to this location to get lunch for my employees.. Can I say this is one of the best Five Guys experiences I have ever had! The staff was so kind and accommodating. Great burgers -IF- they're not undercooked. For most people, the little burger (one patty) is plenty. 5 Guys has a lot of toppings, too. The bun isn't toasted. The fries always used to be good but in the last few months, they have been soggy but very brown. This seemed to be a trend at two different locations. Could be using old oil ... Grilled cheese sandwiches and hot dogs are available. They have a good selection of drinks or water. Milkshakes too! Many 5 Guys serve peanuts as an appetizer. Beware if you have peanut allergies. Came in for my order today around 4:30 with only one person ahead of me. Four workers doing a job that two can easily do, as I commonly see at other Five Guys locations. Online order was supposed to be ready when I came in, was told to wait 3 minutes, and waited for 15. As a customer (and food worker for 6 years) I also don't want to hear the crew shouting throughout the store about their conversation. The two people that were with me probably felt the same way, hence why the guy before me asked what was going on with his order and was clearly frustrated. Then I tried the fries. Fry worker definitey forgot to drop the fries early enough or redipped fries explaining the wait for the guy before me and for me. The inside of my potato was mostly uncooked and the fried came out pale. Tried to recook at home and was not good. Not to mention the toppings they forgot on our burgers, including mushrooms and jalapenos. Hopefully you don't come to this 5 guys with the same crew I had today. Drive the extra 15-20 minutes to get some cooked fries, burgers completed correctly, and somewhat decent customer service. Tips: Be a mindful worker. Be honest with your customers (or with everyone?) instead of telling everyone "3 minutes" when they know it's longer. Read the orders instead of talking to each other. First and last time I will order from here. Ordered the cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and pickles for delivery. When I received my order the burger was smashed down and the bread was super soggy. I heard from others it's a good spot for burgers but I'm convinced my friends don't even know what a good burger is after the experience. The food is good if it gets to you. I did an online order that never made it to me. A $60 lunch order for my co workers and I, that someone else got to enjoy. I called both post mates and five guys, only to find that neither one wanted to give a refund. The manager at five guys tried to call postmates for me but couldn't get me a refund. So bottom line, I'm out $60, no lunch, with post mates and 5 guys saying its not their problem. Worst online delivery I have ever had. read more
