We go to Five Guys almost every week. My daughter loves it. Today's service we great. Everyone was polite, authentic and worked very efficiently. This is typically one of the best places for burgers and friends. Unfortunately tonight's burger had the worst tomatoes I have ever seen. Rather than enjoy the rest of the meal and let the terrible tomatoes slide, I decided to provide the feedback so they can get back to their typical high standards. Keep up the great work but I would rather hear there are no tomatoes than take a bite out of one of these. read more

If you haven't already had Five Guys before this review won't help you. So happy to see a Five Guys in the area. I have only gone here once, but so far so good. The burgers were consistent with what we have had at other locations. It also, didn't have that we just opened up and have to work out the kinks service that you see at most new places. Great job! I really like to eat there. The place a always clean and they have free peanuts! I usually get the Traditional Bacon Cheeseburger. The service here was great, maybe a little over-priced but overall incredible. My burger wasn't juicy but the cheese was gooey which was nice. There were free salted peanuts which also were incredible. The fries were a bit crunchy with a fluffy inside. Overtime the fries got a bit tiring, so as the burger. The only thing I would change about this place is the pricing. I would recommend this place to anyone trying a burger for the first time. Great example for the perfect fast food burger. read more

Food is good, though prices are high. We're hitting this place up less and less just because there are better options available. Specifically, the last 5 or 6 times we've been in here over the last year, the place has just been disgustingly dirty. Food and paper (used napkins, straw wrappers, food,etc.) all over the floor. Trash cans over flowing with trash all over the floor around the cans. Also, the "kitchen" area is often disgusting. Food, small spills, food particles all over the floor and counters in the food prep area. A/C seems to always be blasting too cold and there's nowhere we've found where we can sit and not be "blasted." My wife KNOWS to wear a jacket when we come to this place but even that wasn't enough last night. Teens at a table across from us were "commenting" on how cold it was in there. It seems every time we visit this place, somebody (besides us) is commenting on just how cold the keep the temperature. It's gotten to the point that my wife doesn't even want to eat here anymore. Not because the food is bad, but it isn't. Just because of how disgustingly filthy the place is, and how cold it is to eat there. Not an enjoyable experience and certainly not representative of the Five Guys chain. read more

Excited that this place finally opened up. Place is located directly across from Lucky supermarket. We came here around 6:30pm and there wasn't a line. So we placed our order and food came out decently quick. You can pick up complimentary peanut (like all five guys chain) and munch on it while waiting. Joseph and crew nailed it. This is the second time we've placed a large on-line order, lots of burgers and a boatload of fries. We arrived early both times and our order was not ready. THIS IS A GOOD THING!! Truly, I don't want my order sitting there, getting cold. Joseph said, yep, your order just came up and we're starting it now. I went into this five guys for a bite. Inside was the usual. Nice and clean. Friendly people waiting to help. I wanted a hot dog. I wasn't so hungry. So I got the Kosher dog. I added a couple of toppings. No fries. small drink. Almost $10. That was a lot for a dog and drink. The dog looked good but was salty. The bun was cut all the way in half so the contents fell out when biting. But the fourth bite it all fell apart. Stick to burgers and fries five guys. Those are great. Dogs...not great. read more

Ordered online. 3 other people got their food before the employee on fries even dropped my fries despite the fact that I alerted him that I was present. Then he served two more people while he made me wait. He finally gave me my food after another employee, who looked like the boss, came over and said something to him. He kept looking at me strangely --perhaps because I'm black or gay. I base this on the fact that he was very nice and bubbly with all the Caucasian customers as he handed them their orders, and was quite standoffish with me when it was my turn. I gave him no reason to be uncomfortable or intimidated. I will avoid this place for a long time. 0/10 for me. Edit: they also got my order wrong. Five Guys is legit. I have been to and reviewed several locations and they have the ideal formula for a burger joint. Fast service, made to order and quality ingredients. The burgers are good, the fries are good and the shakes are awesome. The only criticism I can add is when they are busy they get short handed to clean off the tables. If you haven't discovered Five Guys yet, you must try it out! What a great find. This location just opened up a couple of months ago and it's tucked in where it isn't highly noticeable from the roadway. The burgers and other items offer fresh, quality ingredients that are typical of Five Guys and the fries are hand cut and served in abundance in a paper cup that spills over into the brown bag they serve your order in. Next to their ultra modern drink dispenser, they have bottles of malt vinegar on hand- I like to mix it into my little serving cup of ketchup and dip the fries in! read more

Sorry to say, but I remain a die-hard In-n-Out fan! I am not trying to say that Five Guys burgers are not tasty, but they just are too big for me. I tend to like to eat things that at least fit my mouth. But I am impressed by the Five Guys burgers and fries quality. They are definitely freshly made to order and extremely satisfying. I tried the traditional bacon cheeseburger with double patties. I also got a medium fries; in hind sight, given the size, a small fries is probably more than enough. Be awed by the size of the burger though; you will have a hard time trying to take a single bite at once through the burger. The fries are good but are more the mid-western large fry style. I do like the freshness of the burgers, but the taste and sauce are not as special or savory as In-n-Out. read more

Went there today after seeing that this place recently opened right by my house. I've actually done a few reviews in the past at the Sunnyvale location where I used to live and that location was a bit "hit or miss". Sometimes the burger was just bland. Today's experience wasn't like that, thank goodness. The burger had decent flavor but I actually really enjoy the fries here. I still rank Five Guys behind In N Out and Habit but it's always good to have another burger joint around the area. As long as they keep the standards up, this location should have no problem getting plenty of business. Burger joints seem to be recession proof! read more

Very expensive but also very good. I saw this place had opened and decided to check it out instead of the nearby Chipotle, and it was a good decision. The food was really fresh and tasty. It was a rather expensive meal but you get what you pay for. Service was extremely friendly and the place looks as brand new as it is. I'll be back for sure. read more

On Tuesday (April 23rd) I called for an order to go and asked for the milkshakes to be ready when we got there since I was on a time crunch and that was the only thing I ordered besides fries. The lady on the phone said we don't usually make them until you arrive and I said I know but can you please start it now and she said yes though it might be not be cold. I said it wasn't a problem because I was only 3 minutes away. When I arrived she hadn't even started with the milkshakes, instead she was just standing there and when she finally started to make them, she made a mistake on one of them and had to redo it which required more time lost. I was there about 3 pm on a Saturday. There were very few patrons. After I ordered my food, I realized that there were no clean tables in the entire seating area and there was food all over the floor. As for the food, it wasn't as good a In-n-Out. My burger was cold, and the "coffee" shake didn't taste very coffee-like. Finally, I am disabled (on a rolling walker), and no one bothered to ask me if I might need help getting my order. Wish I could give zero stars and could have taken pictures but I just wanted to leave and go next door to Chipotle after seeing this place and receiving an undercooked, raw, pink burger with horrid customer service (it's a burger joint, you have to provide very little.). Unsanitary conditions, a couple looking very upset looking customers that have been obviously waiting in a dead burger joint longer than I waited, and the employees are obviously unhappy. I was too afraid to complain, they seem like the type to spit in your food, roll their eyes, and not care. Idk if I'll ever go to another Five Guys again but if you love them, there are 2 much better locations within a couple of miles away. All my friends that live in the area say they have problems too with this location too after discussing my experience here. One claimed to have seen a guy in bottle thick glasses that picks their nose. Wish I would have heard this sooner before I wasted $10 on a raw burger. Instead of giving the customers without cash their orders they turned everyone away. I know they would lose money but that's not the customers problem.
