A solid Five Guys spot in San Jose to appease any burger craving. I always have to remember to get the mini burgers since they only have 1 patty. I usually mistakenly get the regular burger with 2 patties haha. We were greeted by friendly staff and the grill master was definitely overzealous in getting our orders ready. I always get everything knit with the grilled onions and mushrooms. The burger was juicy and filled to the brim with all the deliciousness I can expect. I always appreciate the peanuts as we wait. They are a nice salty treat. The drink options are pretty endless and I always enjoy trying new flavors.

Great Food, Great staff, Great Ambiance. I think the prices little high but I think the quality is good.

Reminds me of the beer nuts at bars... nope- no thanks! Aww choo! Hee

With the power outage that happened due to the storm, a handful of restaurants were closed and luckily, five guys was open late night after my son's tournament got out. He was starving, and since this particular place had a lettuce wrap due to my celiac/gluten issues, I was happy to get a burger since I hadn't had anything since lunch! There were a handful of highschoolers also, in this plaza, I think the crumble next door attracts more students. This plaza has some questionable people in it, I think some of the unhoused lived nearby, but everything looked clean, and World Cup. The idea of open peanuts grossed me out since I am a germ-a-phobe! Hahaha I've always thought those grab free-for-all bins were dirty. So the fact that I could walk by and sneeze on these peanuts and then somebody else could get some for free just creeps me out. Lol. Nevertheless, the burgers were great, and we got our order and french fries in a timely matter. The only thing I would say is that the french fries were incredibly greasy and had a little bit too much salt. I don't favorite salt, so maybe I'm just picky. Everything else tasted delicious though!

Service was buns, some guy named Aden had me on the phone for half an hour and was highly disrespectful upon getting to the location. At that point eat at another location or go to in n out lol

Forgetting the Bacon on a Bacon Cheeseburger in this economy is diabolical. Last time I leave without checking.

Phenomenal service here today! Super friendly cashier who gave my nephew a sticker as it was his first time there. Later on he checked in to see how we liked the food and my nephew his milkshake. Food was delicious and made fresh to order. We'll definitely be back!

Dined at the Camden location on Saturday, early evening, and did not have to wait to place our order. Fast service and a great hamburger.

This is their current location, but I don't think it's their permanent place of business. Just for the time being. Google maps will take you to a parking lot entrance that's closed, blocked by a chain, so make sure you enter the parking lot on Locust Street. I ordered online, and the wait time was a bit long (20+ minutes) but not terrible. And once you arrive, there's a sign near the parking lot directing you to walk down an alley-like path. No signs at the door, just a dumpster outside. Yup, that's where you pick up. It feels like you're walking through the back door of a restaurant kitchen. Actually when you step inside, it indeed IS the kitchen which doubles as a pickup spot (no seats, no signs, I just showed the guy my order on my phone and he handed me my food packed neatly in a paper bag). I got the perro loco which comes with fries on the side, and an arepa with cheese. I didn't like that customers can't customize items when ordering online for pick up. Also wasn't a fan of the pineapple sauce, though I think that's one of the things they're known for. But the hot dog was still good, generous with the toppings and certainly unique. The sausage was plump and juicy with a mild flavor. The fries were delicious as well, and didn't taste cheap. And the mini arepa with cheese was buttery and had a nice texture. Altogether it made for a filling meal.

There is a new food hall in San Jose and it's filled with a lot of new businesses. Colombian…read moreburgers? Yes please! You can order online or at the kiosk. The menu is extensive with a mix of options (including a vegetarian burger). I ordered El Apto which came with a beef patty, bacon, shredded chicken, lettuce, tomato...all between a brioche bun. This came with fries and a side of pineapple sauce and apto sauce. I dipped my fries in the apto sauce and it was so good! The pineapple sauce goes well in the burger and also on the fries. The beef patty was perfectly seasoned and so juicy. All the flavors were amazing and tasted so fresh. I loved the crispy bacon and the shredded chicken. The chicken was well flavored and they put an ample amount on top of the burger. Wow! What a great combo. I also tried the maracuya (passion fruit) drink and it was so good! I like that it wasn't too sweet. It's fresh and refreshing. They are pretty busy because it's their opening so there might be a wait but it's totally worth it. There are tables around for you to sit so it's casual. The owner is so nice and you can tell he is very proud of his food. Highly recommend!!

The hostess was very friendly and showed us to our table. We had a table inside, which was an intimate upscale casual area with a bar. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms for a starter. It was so hard to pick one because everything on the menu sounds so good. Alas, I have a small appetite. The mushrooms were very tasty and a nice start to our meal. For entrees, we had the halibut and prime filet with a side of broccolini. Everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Drinks are on the pricey side- I had a Hero Old Fashioned and the Taylor Made, $20 each. They were nicely crafted, so worth the price. They brought out a Carmel Popcorn Sundae for my husband's birthday and even gave him a birthday card which I thought was a nice touch. Service was slow and steady. We had ample time to enjoy our food without feeling rushed, but never felt like our server forgot about us. We spent about 2 hours for dinner. Probably not a place to go if you're in a hurry. I'm eager to return and try some more of the starters. It's the kind of place I'd love to take out of town guests - high quality fine dining in a casual and relaxed environment.
