I wish I had read the reviews of this location prior to eating there. We ordered little bacon cheeseburgers. The bbq sauce was left off. We do not have bbq sauce at home, nor ketchup, so the dry burgers were unpalatable. They don't have an option in the app for extra on any of the toppings anymore. I ordered onions and counted 6 onion diced squares on my burger/in the wrapper. If they had put more onions, the sauce-less burger would've had some flavor. The fries were soggy and the Cajun fries were not spicy. The regular and Cajun fries did not taste like they had salt to us. We had to put the fries in the air fryer when we got home to make them less soggy. By that time, our burgers were cold. We ordered large fries to enjoy leftovers, but threw away the Cajun fries bcs they lacked flavor. They may have had paprika, but we're missing salt and cayenne or whatever spice they normally use. They were generous with the fries servings, but that was unappreciated bcs they didn't have flavor. Both fries needed salt as well. The person whom prepared our food was in a hurry to leave (either to break or home) and he did not focus on preparing our food properly. For $32 I expect a better tasting meal. We did not drive back once we got home bcs it was the beginning of rush hour and the shopping center was getting busy with kids out of school. Plus, we were tired and very hungry from skipping lunch. The one in Morgan Hill is great. It is worth the drive for the difference in quality. I've never had this kind of experience at a Five Guys before. Ok - I love five guys. But I've had it with this location constantly getting orders wrong. Just went in to get 1 burger for my son. It was busy, but shouldn't matter. Waited normal time. Order was completely wrong. Like WAAAY wrong. Went back to service counter and told them. The server apologised and gave request to cooks. They then ignored the reorder. I watched fir 10 min and nothing. So I complained to the cashier. Instead of moving my request to the front of prep line they put in like a new order. It shouldn't take 50 min for a burger. Five guys, Burgers and Fries, I love the fries here more than the burgers. The burgers aren't very memorable for me each time I come, but the fries are bomb and it's the first thing I think of when this place comes up. The second thing that comes to find is the free peanuts! Buckets of peanuts available for your snacking pleasures. I have yet to try their milkshakes everyone talks about, so I def have to pass by soon. BURGERS 3/5: the little bacon burger with grilled onions, mushrooms, etc is usually what I opt for. The meat is always cooked perfectly, but other than that, nothing too special. CAJUN FRIES 4/5: YESSSSS perfect little thangs. Sometimes if I'm craving that cajun stuff, I'll pass by just to grab some fries. They give you so much that a regular size is enough and it usually overfills and falls out of the cup and into your bag. They're are crisp on the outside and mushy inside. The only downside is that sometimes it's inconsistent and sometimes there will be a lot of seasoning and other times barely any. Other than that, these are great. The latest food craze... hamburgers! Yet another burger joint. I find Five Guys a good comparison to In-N-Out. A simple menu (add hot dogs & veggie option) with a single or double burger, good fries, milk shakes. Five Guys adds the enjoyable free peanuts into the mix. Another plus is the large variety of drink options available from their nifty touch-screen drink dispensers. Despite the complaints of dry tasteless burgers, I liked them. I understand the criticism, but I found their steamy fluffy-bun burgers good for what they are. I do like In-N-Outs burgers a little better though, and they are cheaper (& smaller.) Cheaper, that's the big drawback of Five Guys to me, you get a burger and fries, and you get a bill too large for fast food. I also find the menu strange, the regular burger is actually a double burger, if you want a single patty "regular" burger, you have to order a "little" burger. It makes no sense to me outside of marketing. When you order the large fries, you're given a tall but narrow cup to hold them, which you may find disappointing considering you paid 5 bucks for it. Lo-and-behold the Five Guy's gimmick -- your cup overfloweth into the paper bag with a cornucopia of loose fries. So now you have a grease-soaked bag full of fries instead of a normal container. Again I see no logic outside of marketing.. you're fooled into thinking you're getting gluttonous extra fries because I guess they just really like you. I would say the innovation of Five Guys is that they've figured out how to get you to pay more for fast food. I liked Five Guys burgers and fries, the fries in particular were fairly good, but I think they should price closer to McDonalds. My niece gave her burger 5 stars. read more

We always use the app to order, and now have our preferences as favorites in the reorder section. They have great burgers, I always get the grilled onions and sautéed mushrooms, so good. Yesterday was my first visit to this Five Guys, and I really adored the location. Upon entering, the restaurant is on a sidewalk strip with outdoor seating, making it comfortable and convenient to enjoy the recent sunshine the Bay Area has to offer! It was conveniently located near the AT&T Retailer where I had gone prior to accompany my sister with a phone upgrade, and even MOD Pizza where I was going to grab a bite after! My sister had a craving for a cheeseburger and I wanted to get a Malt shake at Five Guys for myself after sampling hers from an earlier trip. The line was considerably long, and it was a busy hour during the late afternoon (around 3ish?), but the team kept the line moving and brought orders out pretty timely. The scent of fresh cheese and french fries filled the dining hall lobby, and my sister and I grabbed our malt shakes and her cheeseburger before we rushed back to the car. As we began leaving the parking lot on our way back home (about a 20-30min drive) I noticed my Malt shake had no crunch to it- and was a bit thin in means of a shake. The last malt I had from Five Guys was more crunchy and thick, and I had figured it was from the lunch rush. I asked my sister for a sip of hers, and it was much thicker with more crunch, which I wasn't expecting. As good as the shake was, I wished they'd make them equal or in the same fashion. It felt as though mine was the end or leftovers from the taste and how the ratio in mixture was pretty off. Yummm great burgers with bacooooon, something in n out doesn't offer. The staff here is really nice and the service is fast. Free, yes free peanuts available while you wait. The fries are crunchy yet soft in the inside. I highly recommend the Cajun fries, perfect seasoning for the fries to go along with the juice burger. This location has milkshakes! The milkshakes are super thick and very delicious. I love coming to Five Guys for their burgers and fries. Its great that customers can customize their order with different toppings and sauces. Their fries are really good, too. An order of large fries should be shared among 2 people, since the portion is huge. I recently found out that you can ask for 'Cajun seasoning' on the fries. I tried the Cajun seasoning and it was a bit too spicy for me, so I prefer their regular fries. Overall, I'm glad there is another 5 Guys location. This one is located in the Target plaza. read more

I don't know what possessed me to come to Five Guys tonight...the fact that it just opened...or just the draw of the full moon. Let's just say it was the moon. So I went in for dinner a little late so it wasn't hopping but there were a couple diners. The restaurant was neat and clean. (It probably helps that it's brand new!) The staff was very friendly and helpful. I just had a little cheeseburger and fries. The burger was very good-there is something about that cheese that I just love! My one complaint is that the grilled mushrooms and onions were too greasy. The fries were very fresh to the point where you can really taste the potatoes! And perfectly salted. I have always come to joint bec I love their burgers but today 3/4/23 was gloomy and cold so I decided to use DoorDash. Order came but I was not happy. I ordered Oreo shake and bacon cheese dog and small fries. The one I was not happy abt was the shake was wrong. I got a vanilla shake. I was so looking forward to my shake especially. So I decided to go out and drive to them to tell them I did door dash and I had wrong shake and this was close to 6pm The girl didn't even say sorry or showed emphaty and just went ahead and got me the correct shake. After that I told her that since I came All the way out now my food is cold and asked if I can get a new one and the girl just flatly told me they can't do that. Another girl came and said I have to deal with door dash and I was explaining to her again my ordeal. So I asked how could the dasher grabbed the wrong order and the girl that got my correct shake just started reasoning like they just place the orders on counter and dasher grabs it. But accdng to dasher when I mssged him before I went to the store , he said it was handed to him by a staff. The girl that changed my shake was unprofessional and was even smiling when the other girl told me to stop talking. I was very calmly talking to them and I felt humiliated when all the staff was looking at me. I felt crying when I walked out the store. I felt like no one helped Me nicely.
