    Little Bacon Cheeseburger, no bun
    Bernie L.

I've visited this Five Guys locations a few times over the past few months, and I've always had a great experience. The food is always made fresh, the cashiers and employees are always friendly and patient with requests on my order, and the seating area is clean. Today, I specifically ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger, no bun, "All the way" with no mayo, less ketchup and mustard, raw onions in place of grilled onions, and jalapeños, with a small order of lightly salted fries. The order came out about 5-7 minutes later. I do need to point out that I usually visit during off-hours times - today, I dropped by around 3:30 PM and there were no customers. I would usually drop by after lunch on a weekday the other few times, so I can speak to the quality and service during off-hours.

Got two small burgers, fries and shakes. The food was good. The fry guy gave extra fries in the bag- so cool. Thank you! The burgers were bigger than I thought they'd be, so glad I ordered the little ones. There were 5 people working behind the counter. Was that planned or a coincidence in the name of the spot???

    Where's the cup??

Good, hot food. Good customer service. I am just discombobulated with the high frequency sound in the 16K area as shown in the picture. It's really unfortunate because I cannot eat my food in the restaurant because of that high pitch sound. Also, what happened to the cup of fries???

My family has always gone here when we want a burger and get all--or none--of the toppings we want. (My son is a plain bacon cheeseburger kind of guy, with nothing else.) The service has always been great and places is always clean. The prices have gotten very expensive but what places aren't these days.

My First time here and got to say that this is a step up on the Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers we like to eat. The prices are a little more than the In and Out and other burger places but worth it. I will be back. Most of them come with double patties unless you order a single one. The meat was a great taste of beef. The extras they put on are delish. Grilled mushrooms with the lettuce, tomato and onions and pickles with some mustard took my experience to another level. The milk shakes tasted like a milk shake. Not all thick and MALT like the other places that sell shakes. They have different flavors too. They also sell hot dogs. The fries with cajun salt spice added were NOM NOM city. The small fries could feed 2 people. The facility was clean and location was of course the Almaden Plaza where a Costco, Trader Joes and Lazy Dog and a bunch of other businesses are operating. Service was excellent and seats were perfect for small or large groups.

Had a great experience at this Five Guys! Arrived here for a late breakfast around 11:30 am. Pretty empty so I didn't have to wait in line. I wanted to try their Patty Melt and it took about 8-10 minutes for my order to be called up. Hot, fresh, and delicious. The meat and bun were so soft, the cheese was melted well, and all of it was tasty.

Cheeseburger - so greasy, undercooked, bun was soaked with grease and disintegrated.

This review is only for the food. The kids that worked there were nice. The food was awful. Our burgers were so greasy, the lettuce was limp/wilted, the buns were soaked through with grease. Also, I asked for mine "extra well done", and they said "all our burgers are cooked well done." I asked again if I could please have extra well done, they said no problem. One of my patties was literally pink inside. This is my second experience with awful food at this location. Myself and my guest both agreed we won't go back to this location, and personally - I won't visit any Five Guys location. It was so bad.

Grub a dub dub. It's Five Guys so you already know the burger's good. Not like the absolute best or the biggest selection, but pretty darned good for an everyday burger for fast food. I like this location because it seems bigger than most. And it's nice and spaceous, meaning the tables aren't crammed together. Yes, Five Guys have jacked their prices up, but what can you do? And you get those peanuts, so you can't complain.

This is a good place for burgers if you're going to have fast food. It takes a lot longer to get your food but that's because it's made fresh per order. Their burgers are full of flavor and they use toasted sesame seed buns which I like. Their fries are really good too. You get a lot of fries, so consider sharing an order. This location has a massive parking lot.

hunger for burger for lunch today and visited this restaurant nearby. The burger was so good , as I ordered " all the way " . I should put the mushroom on the side instead but I forgot. The service was good as usual , and clean sitting area

Shakes are super yum. The burgers are good but the bread is not great. It always gets ways too soggy and my burgers fall apart.

The bread, meat, and overall flavor all tasted below average. I'd even rather eat at Subway, and that's saying something, because Subway still doesn't come close to a good local deli like Zanotto's or any number of places that make fresh, quality sandwiches, not to mention firehouse is more expensive. I'm not writing this to discourage anyone who enjoys Firehouse Subs. Everyone has different tastes, and if you like it, that's perfectly fine. This place has been on my list for a while now…read more I called for a to-go order on 4/12/26 and got the Kao Gai Sap and fried chicken skins. When I came by, there wasn't really any other patrons there so picking up my food was easy. Inside was very decorative too, it has that mom-and-pop vibe to it. Kao Gai Sap (5/5) - The chicken was soft and juicy on the inside, and crispy on the outside. It came with a chili dipping sauce, and I opted for white rice instead of chicken rice. This has to be by far the BEST chicken I've ever had. The chicken was seasoned to perfection. Cucumber was crisp and refreshing, although I do wish there were a few more slices. Would definitely order this again. Also, this Kao Gai Sap also came with a small portion of soup which was also equally as good! When you order this, make sure to ask for it LAAB STYLE! Crispy chicken skin (5/5) - I mean it's fried chicken skin, but I'm pretty sure they used the same salt/pepper seasoning on this as they did with the Kao Gai Sap, which gave it a nice flavor profile as opposed to being plain. The lemon-pepper dipping sauce was the perfect pairing with the chicken skin. The lemon flavor was there as well as the pepper, but both were very mild and didn't overpower each other. That dipping sauce made a HUGE difference. ALSO GET THIS LAAB STYLE! Will definitely be coming back because I'm hooked now. No one does chicken like Tuk Tuk!

First time I had the chili cheese fries, and two chili dog special for six dollars. I must say it didn't do it for me. The chili cheese fries were a bit too mushy for me and the chili. Dogs were nothing special. Tonight I came over after not getting a chance to eat till 10 PM, had the Chicago dog to start with. It was a solid four out of five, giving some leeway to it being a fast food place and only being about $3.60. So I followed that up with a sauerkraut mustard dog and added the grilled onions for free and that was also quite good pushing my luck I went with the soft serve ice cream, and I must say it went a bit downhill with that. Services reasonably friendly The store has plenty of seating and is kept reasonably clean. I think their corn dogs are also quite solid, however, I was trying to avoid fried food. I think it's a fine place for a quick hotdog, wouldn't come here for dessert. Their hours are spectacular. Try the Chicago!

The chili cheese fries were good too and hit the spot. I also got the mango Southern lemonade. It tasted good, but the mango flavoring was sitting at the bottom when it was served, so you have to mix it yourself first. If not, you're basically getting all the mango at the end. My biggest disappointment was the chili cheese burrito. I specifically asked for no cheese, but it still came with cheese. That was especially frustrating because I'm allergic and cannot have cheese. Order accuracy is important, especially when it involves dietary restrictions or allergies. There were definitely some strong points to the meal, but because of the mistake I'd give this visit 3 stars
