Agreeing upon what I thought was a reasonable estimate, I was able to have two skilled workers come over within my desired timeframe and finished the work within two hours. Not only did they clean the gutters, but they: -- Removed errant branches from my rooftop. -- Replaced the lost guard cover of a section of the gutter. -- Repaired the a ventilation pipe that was sometimes letting rain in above the kitchen. The workers proactively elicited my feedback throughout the job and completed all this within the initial cost estimate. I've been using Steve for over twenty years, he's local and an expert and does high quality work for a fair price. He's also an expert and problem solver, so just show him the work, and watch in awe. We had rusty gutters in need of replacement, and the property management firm had a company from out of town ready to replace everything at a very high price, and with aluminum gutters. I immediately called Steve and he did a free inspection, and told me what needed to be replaced, as opposed to ripping everything out, and gave me a fair price. He was also an expert on the Home Owners Association paint schemes, and was willing to paint the gutters to match the authorized patterns, something that was a lot more complicated then I realized. I thought the gutters and downspouts were just white, and he showed me what needed to be done. He works fast, cleans up after the job and delivered on time. He is a gem, and comes highly recommended. We always turn to him, when we need work done in this area.
