What a little gem! I found this restaurant by chance. It's in a plaza with another fantastic restaurant, Taqueria Morelia. I'vei come here for lunch often while I'm at work. They have the best a Bahn Mi in all of Miami in my opinion. There was one location in Wynwood that came close, but this one takes the cake. Their shrimp shumai, egg rolls, and sushi are also great! Not a huge fan of their boba, but I usually don't come here for boba anyway. I recommend this place to all my coworkers and friends in the area. Definitely stop by if you're nearby and looking for something to eat. read more

Id give the guy 100% however he doesn't seem to care about his establishment. First of all Pho with no BASIL is no pho.... Crazy the guy washed his place in fabulouso and it goes in the food sometimes. The pho is good here but it's the owner who doesn't seem to care. Disappointed. Saw all the good reviews and went to eat, restaurant was mostly empty so I thought at least the service would be good, right? Wrong! Ordered the sashimi as an appetizer, never had fish cut so thickly... it was fresh and good, but they should have cut the fish thinner. And the girl forgot one appetizer, the tuna tartar, when I asked she said she didn't know we wanted it? Also had the crispy spring rolls, they were gross; no flavor, barely any shrimp or pork, over fried. My daughters ordered two mango bubble teas, one slushy one iced, both of them didn't drink it and thought it tasted funny, and they love boba and drink it all the time. The rice vermicelli with pork bowl had such a small amount of pork... for $18 a plate it was not a sufficient amount of protein. The pork chop with rice and fried egg was ok... but again, the pork chop had a big bone in each one, not center cut, but the cheaper cut with big chunky bones dispersed throughout... yuck! $18 again wasted. And the beef pho was ok... but it wasn't hot enough for the noodles to separate and the noodles were in a big cluster at the bottom of the bowl all stuck together. Basil garnish was black and dried up. Also, we had to ask the waitress for refills, as she was sitting on her phone at the front instead of asking us how our food was or if we needed anything. Napkin dispenser ran out of napkins halfway through the meal. I told them my daughters didn't like the boba and they told me to come to the front desk to pay. I get there and some big guy has an attitude and says he will get the manager. The manager was nice and took the boba off. Then we had to wait for the girl again, she didn't know how to split the check and said she couldn't split it. But then she finally asked when I told her to ask someone how and she was able to. And sneakily didn't show us the bill, so I realized after I checked my receipt via text that they added 18% gratuity. Vietnamese is my favorite kind of food and they ruined it. We went back after reopening for dine-in. We ordered the Fresh Spring Rolls, Golden Shrimp Pancake, Spicy Tuna Roll, Spicy Tuna Salad, Spicy Octopus and Grilled Chicken and Rice. Homestead got a little fancy. I've always loved Vietnamese cuisine so finding this little gem on my way down south totally made my day. The presentation is everything here. It's a modern and relaxing spot for a nice lunch or dinner that's full of flavor with amazing service. The Vietnamese iced coffee is the perfect pick me up that's perfectly potent and not overwhelmingly sweet (I asked for less sugar) which gave me the oomph I needed for the rest of the day. Yet the boba tea here is unlike many I've tried recently, it's just soooo good. The rare beef pho is strongly recommended. Mine was super hearty and full of pipingly hot flavors and rejuvenating aromas that I couldn't get enough of. Went here with the family over the Christmas holiday break. The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was extremely clean and the service was quick and attentive. Went early just a little before 5pm and to my surprise the place had a lot of empty seats. I'm a huge fan of Vietnamese food specifically PHO and I can say that the pho was pretty good. The large bowl was decent and enough to fill me up but at the same time I wanted a little more. Next time I will be asking for extra noodles. Good menu selection with a lot of sushi but it lacked rice dish options and a kids menu. Service was ok, food took about 30 mins and the waitress managed to mess up an order considering the few people that were dinning at the time. We came here on a early Sunday evening m. Six tables were taken (we were the sixth) and there was only 1 waiter. We ordered the spring rolls thinking they had vegetables or something. There were 4 spring rolls with 2 shrimps wrapped in lettuce with white soft noodles on the inside and a peanut sauce on the side. Honestly, they were NOT good. I debated returning them but my husband was starving and he ended up eating all of them. The lotus roll was good! I highly recommend it I also ordered the four spice roll and he ordered the mango tuna roll and the four seasons roll. I did not like the four spice roll because it had eel at the top however that was my fault because I did not notice before ordering. My husband enjoyed the tuna mango roll and mentioned that the four seasons was alright. My biggest complaint was the service. I feel as if the restaurant was understaffed. It took them over 20 minutes to bring us our drink which were two simple beers and a hot saki. We received the appetizer before the drinks. My husband had ordered a third plate which was a pho plate which we never received. However, it was removed from our check when we reminded the waiter that we never received it. I truly feel like the restaurant needs to have more staff, and more of a variety of beers since they only had common ones like corona, modelo, and Heineken. It saddens me to say that we will not be returning anytime soon since I feel there are other restaurants in the area with more a variety of food and better service. read more

First of all.. if you have ever had Vietnamese ice coffee the REAL way, you can come here and enjoy that "crack coffee." It's not really crack, but it is so addicting. I need to watch it drip into that scoop of condensed milk! Anyway we started off with some fresh spring rolls. The sauce had a nice authentic flavor to it. I liked the peanuts on top! The rolls were packed with lettuce, bean sprouts and MINT.. plus the white noodles. You know. Then we had some sushi rolls. The guy kind of took quite some time to lay out 5 individual pieces. And I wasn't too much of a fan of the avocado salad. It was alright. I myself had the P5. Beef ball and rare beef Pho. I am a fan of the broth. It was light, not oily and had that authentic flavor I'm looking for. What I did not enjoy was when I mixed the noodles there were a lot of "debris" floating around. The broth was not very clear after. This can sometimes happen if the noodles are blanched in the broth, or in "old" water. Still happy with everything.
