I was able to leave my car with them for more than a week while they were inspecting my car and trying to figure out what was the issue. I went to another car place first that my dad has trusted in the past and told me nothing was wrong with the car and it was just the car battery. The next day, my car died just as it had before I brought it to the other auto body shop. They were going to charge me again to look at it even though they had the car for more than 2 days and basically told me it was nothing. Luckily, Joe and David, were able to take a look at my car and fully complete an electrical analysis on the vehicle. They not only found the issue, but quickly were able to price out a part for me and call me immediately with a fix. They gave me a ton of options and wanted to make sure I was happy with my service and the condition of the vehicle before they continued. Once I gave the "ok" they had my car fixed within 24 hours and even explained in full what the issue was and walked me through the signs if I see something like that again. I highly recommend, because even though I called a lot more than I should have, they never seemed annoyed or wanted to just get me off the phone. Every time I called they made sure to explain each step they were going through and gave me details upon findings. Definitely worth the trip and every dollar I spent.

Instead, I was left without a car for 5 weeks. Eventually, she let it slip that the owner of the car dealership owned the auto body repair shop. This place is crooked and I would not trust their estimates, either in terms of money or how long the repairs will take. Also, my car now has a vile smell, despite me saying several times I did not want it to be polished. Every time I step into my car I now get a bad headache. It's the icing on top of the cake.

I do not remember the ladies name who helped me, but she was an older adult in her 40-50's and had a office in the back right when you first walk in. I told her I had not planned on having extra time today and wasn't expecting to stop by, so I did not have a copy of my estimate. Not realizing the importance of the estimate, I told her I would go home (10 minutes away) and come back with the estimate. She said no no no it is okay (while rolling her eyes, as if she did not want to) I will call and she had me sit there while she called and was on the phone for 25 minutes. It felt like forever and was really uncomfortable for me. After getting off the phone she was rude, cutting me off, rolling her eyes and I felt like overall she was judging me. I stressed again it was no issue for me to run home and get the estimate, but she kept saying no need she'd get it from my insurance. She did look at my car... For a second while scoffing the whole time. That isn't the worse part. She told me she would call me back when she got the estimate from the insurance. I called about a week later an appropriate amount of time to get a estimate and ended up having to leave a message. I heard nothing hours, days, and months go by. Over ONE MONTH later auto hassle body has a nerve to call me and leave a voicemail regarding my inquiry of repairing my vehicle.
