Wow. First time here I came in last night. I had called in an order 15 minutes before close and they were super nice about taking my order! When I got there I was greeted by the sweetest girl who remembered my name from our phone conversation. The decor was really cute. Being partially Asian I felt really welcomed by the modern decor which felt very traditional too! The sushi was amazing. The Dylan was my favorite. They pride themselves on take out and to-go. But I sat there waiting 45 minutes for my to-go order. Thats to long if you want to actually have a niche to contend with the other sushi places. They weren't even busy. The tuna was poor quality. The color was blotchy and un appetizing, the texture was horrible. Left a metallic taste in my mouth and you could easily tell it wasn't fresh. This place opened towards the end of my time in Provo and I was so jealous of the freshmen as I spent most nights of my freshman year at In N out or even the hospital cafeteria. Sushi that's delivered to your door!!! Why is this just barely a thing?? Okay, I do have to admit, I was a little skeptical about this at first. The idea of sushi filled with raw fish being transported from a the restaurant to my house sounded a bit sketch. I am not a fish expert, but I do know people have gotten food poisoning from sushi that only traveled from the kitchen to the table!!! Yikes! Anyway, my worries were all in vain. We probably get sushi delivered twice a month and we love it every time! The sushi is safely placed into nice little to-go boxes, and delivered right to our door just in time for us to start our favorite TV show or movie. They are SO MUCH more reliable than pizza delivery. You can order everything online, choose a delivery time, and you can do the tip in the original transaction. I like getting the little bro and gyoza. BTW, they have a new store, I haven't gone in yet, but it looks really cool from the outside! My personal favorite is the Russell's Fish Taco, which tastes like the tacos we used to get at the beach with a spicy twist. Any of the tempura style rolls will also not disappoint. Solid sushi, great ordering system in place. I'm usually in and out with my late night orders within minutes. Everything is always fresh, and the presentation is absolutely fabulous for take out. My wife and I have ordered from them several times now and are never disappointed. One thing I would love to see however, is some more traditional sushi. I'm fairly picky when it comes to my fish, often going with the "less is more" mantra. Well done sushi should be all about the fish, and even the rice. The food (4 stars) - The sushi is very tasty. The rolls are simple yet flavorful, the menu is small, but I think that this is a good thing. Every roll they have is made well, and you can tell it was put on the menu for a reason. Service (3 stars) - The service we received was prompt, courteous. They were super busy which made the experience a bit rushed. I chalk this up to more of a growing pain of a small restaurant more than anything. Value (4 stars) - The value here is right on par with where it needs to be. The rolls are not cheap, but still, provide a good value for what you are getting. Extra Notes: I hope that as this little establishment grows, that they are able to open up a storefront, and expand their hours. So this little gem is the perfect place for your late night sushi cravings. Be warned that they run out of Mi Lindo Guadalajara at night and are only open 9pm-12am Tuesday through Saturday. They offer pickup or delivery to South Provo. The Menu is very simple with 9 rolls and some sides (tempura shrimp or pot stickers) the rolls are $7-$9 which I think is a fair price. The pot stickers were 5 for $2 I ordered the Dylan from Vegas, pot stickers, Tiger Mom, California Roll, Band Manager, and Lil Bro. I ordered over the phone and talked with Sarah. She was super helpful and great to talk to. The downside was that I ordered at around 9 and didn't get my sushi until 10:15. Be prepared when you order that you will be given an ETA that will be later. My ETA was 9:45 to 10. Granted they just opened 2 weeks ago so they're still figuring things out. Zack was my delivery guy and was quite the chiller. You do have to pay with card or exact change. Now for the sushi: Dylan from Vegas: thickest of the rolls. Heavier in the rice but still good. Lightly battered and fried Gyoza (pot stickers): not bad 5 for $2 is a good price for them. Tiger Mom: Good combination of flavor I liked the sweet chili sauce on top. Has the most amount of fish. California roll: they are all the same in my book. This one was fine Band Manager: heavier batter but didn't have a lot of flavor to it. It was half off on some sort of promotion so I went with it. Lil Bro: smallest of the rolls. Super simple with just cream cheese and salmon inside but the sauce on top made it work. Overall I would say it's worth the try. It's not the most amazing sushi but still pretty good considering the price. Plus you don't have any other delivery options or late night sushi in Provo. read more

While easily possible, there is no signage from the street as it is located behind a retail strip which nothing to note the location other than seeing a sushi chef through the window. The sushi was tasty, well presented and will fill that sushi craving you have. Beware that some sushi rolls sell out too, so if you know mid-day that you will have a late night sushi craving, then text ahead!
