Burbank Auto Detail staff member Mark was highly attentive and transparently provided all information necessary for me to make an informed decision on which service provider I would opt to work with. The cost for services rendered was competitive and when the warranty duration for it was explained, it became a no-brainer. He made it easy to schedule my vehicle's visit to the facility. On arrival, the experience was smooth. The requested service for my vehicle was performed with pure excellence. In following up post-visit, Mark even sent photos of the work as it was performed on my vehicle. Team Burbank Auto Detail is professional in every sense of the word. I had a terrible experience with Fix Auto Burbank. After my car window was smashed, I chose this shop based on positive reviews and was assured over the phone that replacing the window would only take a day. However, I was met with constant delays, vague updates, and inconsistent information from the team. The staff promised that my insurance would cover a new window, yet only at pickup did they disclose that they used a secondhand window, which came with scratches! Oh and like another review on here, first thing they do is have you pay deductible and sign pick up and then they show the final result. Despite high charges to my insurance, I felt misled about what I was actually paying for, and their poor communication left me feeling taken advantage of. Overall, I would not recommend this shop if you expect transparency or timely service. read more

I picked my '01 Camry up from Fix Auto Burbank yesterday morning. I am extremely happy to say my car looks even better than it did before the accident. The Fix Auto team was extremely friendly and informative about the repair process. Text message notifications kept be updated on the repair status so I didn't have to worry my car was just sitting in some repair lot. They worked easily with State Farm insurance, who was covering the repair cost. Shout out to Ralphie for being a great guy! read more

Not a good experience, wasted my entire morning. This was to have an estimate on my vehicle for body damage. It was arranged by Geico to have an estimate for damages. The company wanted me to sign a form stating I would have to pay $500 if I did not have them perform the work. I am not potentially paying 500 for an estimate. read more

This 1-star review is in response to Levon adorning his waiting/room office with…read morepsychotic-pro-Trump propaganda magazines. I guess he wants to shock and offend his customers with his peculiar political sympathies. This 1-star review is NOT an account of the hideous rip-off work he did on my Subaru Outback which had an obvious ignition coil problem (diagnosed and fixed instantly at the Subaru dealership after Levon relieved me of $1,000 on a wild mechanical goose chase, not ever mentioning the ignition coil, and when the problem persisted, he told me he planned to continue on a "transmission" journey, which, as it turns out, had absolutely nothing to do with it.) He also replaced my front brakes, after which I had to return FOUR TIMES due to excruciating squeaking, before he got it right. This review also does not reference the estimate he gave us to fix up my mother-in-law's aging Toyota Avalon for *drumroll* FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS*. The Avalon was fixed up nicely and has been running smoothly for around $2,200 at a different mechanic's shop. P.S. In anticipation of Levon responding with one of his attack dog review responses, my wife and I were loyal, happy, enthusiastic customers, patronizing Calstate for, I'm guessing, 15 years----entrusting him with every car we've owned in our time in Burbank. We told our friends, we told strangers, and our words were true. Levon was a magical, brilliant, resourceful, fair, reasonable, honest mechanic. I don't know what changed-----was business off? Were the bill collectors knocking on the door? All I can say was, he made me feel like he was taking me for a sucker on those last visits. I am not especially mechanically inclined, but I did my homework----online, and I asked 5 different local mechanics, what they thought my car's symptoms indicated, and every one of them instantly said: "It sounds like an ignition coil is failing." Even a guy at JIFFY LUBE. After I got the car fixed properly at the dealership (bye bye $500 more) I returned to Levon and asked him how he could have overlooked a problem so obvious. His response: *pointing to an Audi in his service bay* "You see that Audi? If that car had the missing/jumping symptoms I would check the ignition coil. But I haven't heard about that problem with Subarus." Oh yes you have, on your first day of mechanic's school. Anyway, he can kiss my business goodbye and kiss my rear end with his Trump magazines.

I've been coming here for years after they were recommended by others who also had great things to…read moresay. Recently I showed up with a flat tire I got that morning. They patched it on the spot and I could continue my day.

Funny enough I found Garage 88 while…read moretrying to make an appointment with CarMax and it's happened to be one of their recommended places, and it was close to my house so I made appointment through their website. It's always intimidating as a girl to take your car somewhere new but Garage 88 is great at making it a breeze. The girl working at the counter is super pleasant and welcoming. Their online system is awesome. Once your car is inspected everything is sent through a link where you can see pictures/recommendations with pictures as proof & paying can be done through their online site or in person. I would recommend 100%, and will be coming back for all my car needs.
