I am in awe of the team at Fix Auto Lake Forest! As a State Farm select repair shop, I initially chose them based on their stellar reviews and proximity to my house. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get me in for a same day estimate and even more thrilled to have found a team that was so professional and authentically friendly. What's the chance of having to return the very same day for a different issue? That was me and it was truly a Terrible Tuesday. By Wednesday, they coordinated with both State Farm and Geico to confirm the estimates. On Thursday, I received a call notifying me that all of the parts arrived and they were going to finish earlier than anticipated. Friday morning, I received a text letting me know that my car was going to be ready by the end of the day. I couldn't believe it and had to call to confirm! I picked up the car mid Friday and was thrilled. They did a phenomenal job with the front and back repairs! It is rare to find people (and companies) who exceeds expectations, but these guys are legit. Travis, Gil, and Tristan are deserving of a glowing review and much more. After working from home for an extended period of time therefore not paying close attention to my car parked outside for days and weeks on end I finally noticed over spray paint from one of several neighbors who were told to repaint their houses by our HOA. I filed a comp claim with my insurance company to have my cars paint fixed and I was referred to Fix Auto in Lake Forest. Dropped the car off Sunday Night and by Wednesday the guys from Fix Auto called to let us know the job was done. I am impressed with how quickly they got the job done, they paid attention to every little detail on the car, the car looks like it came from the manufacturer with its fresh coat of paint. The surface is smooth to the touch and the paint tones are even all around the car. These guys did an amazing job. As a Matter of fact they did such an awesome job I will be taking my other car in for a quote over the up coming weeks. Took my TESLA there for an estimate on Tuesday. Gentleman who looked at it quoted me $1800 to $2100. He said they will write up the estimate and email it to me. Called them on Thursday they said they are writing it up, told them I just don't want it dragged because I was told parts needs to be ordered and Justin told me no they don't need to order parts. called the again today Friday and he said they are still completing it but looks like it's $6556.00 to fix it. Definitely impressed with everything! They are one of the few body shops in the area that work on Tesla's and after I was rear ended, Tesla recommended I go with them and I am SO happy I did! Everyone is so professional and so kind! I was helped by Triston when I first took in my car and he knew exactly what needed to be done right away. Instead of replacing my bumper, which was pretty damaged (there was a hole in it) he told me they would repair it and was 100% confident in his guys making it look perfect and even though I was a little worried about how it would end up I agreed and took my car in the next day. The facility is so clean, not just clean for an auto facility, but immaculate, period. You could eat off the floors. If there was a way to give rare 6 stars, this business would be one to earn it! I was rear ended recently. Fortunately, it was minor and no one was hurt, but it left some minor damage on my new Model Y. The person that hit us was a kind mother with 3 small kids in the back, and I just couldn't bring myself to file a claim. Sure, the car would get fixed, but the other drive would pay a deductible and their rates would go up, and the damage wasn't that bad, leaving me conflicted. I was involved in an auto accident with my brand new Tesla Y. There was no visible damage but my driver side door began to make a loud noise when opening. I was on the fence about going to have it fixed. Large deductible and time were the reasons that were preventing me from doing it. After the estimate and waiting for my insurance to approve the claim, Gill accommodated my schedule and got me in on a Tuesday.
