I can honestly say I am not good to anybody when disaster strikes. So, I got into a car accident and had to get some work done on my car. I chose auto fix because it wasn't that far away from my place and they seem to have pretty good views. Plus, I didn't any clue what I was doing... I called in to make an appointment and spoke with Elizabeth. She said they didn't start taking appointment until 8:30 AM. I explained that I needed to be at a training for my work by 8:30 AM and was mandatory. She went ahead and accommodated me, which I was beyond grateful for. When the day came, I was met by Juan who seemed confused at my arrival. I explained my situation and he was more understanding. He told me he would check out the car and keep me updated. And he kept his word. I was able to receive text messages regarding the work that was being done on my car. It took about a week for the work to done and they did not disappoint! My bumpers looked so good, I told them I need to get the rest of the car redone. All in all I had a great experience with them. read more

I came to Fix Auto Paramount looking for an estimate and met with Roy who right off the back was attentive, interested with my concerns, and very clear as to how long the turnaround would be. So I looked around for a while before I found Fix Auto. They have been in business for decades so I was happy to find an experienced shop and Fix Auto is a well known chain, so that was a plus... My quote was turned around super fast compared to the other shops I went to, and the price was more reasonable. Anyways shop was ok was first attended by I think a guy who was the manager wasn't real helpful typical body shop guy cocky try's to give you the basic crap so was thinking about taking it to caliber I have dealt with them in the past and was more professional then I was handed over to a young guy name mike was doubtful after meeting the manager but mike was honestly real nice and down to earth he let me know the whole process and made me feel positive about leaving my car here would definitely recommend to family and friends mike did a great job !! I was very impressed with how polite they were, how they kept me informed on when the car was broken down, when they would have the parts, how long to do the work, and how long it would take the paint to dry on the car. Their calculations of the cost and how long were perfect. They were able to tell me in just a couple of days when my car would be ready and they were right on the money. Got my front bumper fixed around September 2021, everything looked good, my car was driveable and everything. At the moment I'm getting my front bumper worked on again. The body shop is telling me that the body shop that fixed my bumper the first time did a horrible job. Fix auto left a couple of broken tabs and also another few pieces were broken. If I could give it 0 starts I would. Took my bfs car in for body work with just a damaged hood (that could still latch on) and some grill damage, everything else was perfectly functional. Came back with a $7200 estimate of a bunch of bs that had to replaced written up by Roy Reeves. Took it to a different shop in Whittier, $1800 estimate. The whole place couldn't have given us a more weird experience to say the least, the gal on the phone constantly feeling uncomfortable and unsure when speaking with us, even a heard a "shhh it's Danny" when we called asking for the status of the vehicle. lol anyways fix auto is usually good, just this location has tons of issues. Usually people who are unable to answer you directly, and are strangely awkward aren't up to any good. Hopefully they hire more experienced estimators or whatever that Roy guy does there. Overall just weird experience. Seemed more uncomfortable for the employees than us. Definitely go elsewhere. read more

First of all, thank you Fellow yelpers for posting your reviews. I went based on the reviews and decided to take my car for auto body repairs after being rear ended on the freeway. This place not answered all my questions they also helped me out every step of the way dealing with the insurance.The insurance Fred Loya who was responsible to repair the damages, was a nightmare! The adjuster is rude, unprofessional and much more... My car was dropped off on a Tuesday and ready by Thursday however I was not able to pick up my car THANKS to the insurance not sending payment! Oscar was taking care of contacting the adjuster and he did a great job. Stephanie also did a great job, good customer services. They did an excellent job repairing the front end of my daughters Audi. The car looked brand new again.. We had a small problem with the brake light turning on a couple weeks later but they were very nice and said bring it in and they'll check it out. They fixed it the same day at no extra charge and with no problems at all. That's Great customer service. I am an owner of a 2017 Chevy Volt and I needed to have repairs done on my vehicle due to an accident (which wasn't my fault... but that's another story). My advice to you is to IGNORE the OVER-GLORIFIED Yelp reviews (likely just family or friends of the shop) and to AVOID Fix Auto Paramount for collision repairs. I found this location based on the reviews on Yelp and when I spoke to them prior to having my vehicle towed there, they said that they HAD experience with hybrid vehicles. Keep in mind, as you read this that there were NO repairs needed to the battery or engine from the accident, so the repairs were mainly focused on exterior damages and airbag replacement. On 5/12/17: I coordinated with Fix Auto to have my vehicle towed to their shop. 5/15: After signing the papers to acknowledge that Fix Auto Paramount will be working on the repairs, they provided me an estimate that this work would take 20 business days to complete. In addition, they indicated that they will provide timely updates via text/voice message especially regarding any delays... but seriously, as you will read below... their updates are WORTHLESS AND AFTER WHAT I WENT THROUGH.... I HAVE TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THIS PLACE. Original estimate of completion 6/9. 5/22: As the days went by, I CALLED to get an update on my vehicle as I haven't received any updates. I was told that they had a hard time finding a dealer to remove the battery from my vehicle. Without this, they were not able to start the repairs. So for about a week, my car was sitting in their shop with no real traction to get repaired! 1st delayed new estimate: 6/23 by 4pm 6/22: On a whim I DECIDED TO CALL THEM to confirm the pick-up time for 6/23 as the latest updates I've been getting were positive and stating that repairs were on track to complete on 6/23. Guess what???! Now there is another delay that was NOT properly communicated. Apparently the vehicle is still with a different auto body shop that is taking care of the paint and exterior fixes which have not been completed. NO ONE thought to call me to tell me "don't come tomorrow, it's not ready"? The even more ridiculous thing was that after speaking to them, literally 2 mins later, I got a text update saying that the repair was delayed to 6/28. 2nd delayed new date - 6/28 by 4pm. 6/27: By this point, I knew not to trust the updates they send me...I CALLED to confirm the pick-up time as promised and...yet again, I was told that there was ANOTHER DELAY - equipment for the airbag hasn't arrived yet. 3rd new date = 7/07 by 4pm 7/06: Then.... You guessed it... I CALLED to check up to make sure my car is ready to take home. This time spoke to another person (Peter) who told me that my vehicle is NOT going to be ready until the following Tuesday, 7/11! When asked what is the reason for the delay, Peter basically said that they still need to run additional checks. I explained to him that the "checks" were supposed to be already included with the last update Oscar provided last week and Peter said that this was not the case. You can only imagine my FRUSTRATIONS at this point, I asked why was this not communicated to me EARLIER and why are they WAITING ON ME TO CALL to find out that my car won't be ready on the day promised... his response.... "if I tell you that your vehicle will be ready on a day and it's not, then you will say 'but you said that it would be ready on this day'..." WOW..unbelievable! So he gave me an arbitrary new estimate date of 7/11 with no real reason for the delay aside from additional "checks" needed. Absolutely no sense of urgency especially with all the delays I had to deal with! 4th new date: 7/11 7/07: Spoke to Oscar and he advised that they can't even get the car started (seriously?!!) and they needed to call an electrical guy to have the wiring checked out. Isn't starting the car the first check that should have happened weeks ago??!?!?! 5th new date: 7/12...maybe! 7/11: Got a call from Oscar that my car was finally ready to be picked up the following day -- oh whaaat??? 7/12: Got a call from Oscar in the morning telling me that the car is actually NOT ready! They got it started and codes all clear BUT they JUST NOTICED that there is damage on the rear bumper that HAS NOT been repaired By this time, my car has been in this shop shy of 2 months! TOTAL NIGHTMARE...Nothing but DELAYS and HEADACHES! 7/20: Finally got a call that the car was READY for pick up. Great! I did a 360 review then guess what, I started the car on the premise and saw an error stating that "the wind shield wiper fluid is low"??!. VERY POOR ATTENTION TO DETAILS!!!! Do yourself a favor... go somewhere else. Absolutely DO NOT recommend Fix Auto Paramount! Trust me, I will be providing updates later if my brand new car (it was only a month old before the accident) is not working as expected later. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. These guys do a rush job that'll have you coming back - and not for good reasons. I took my car here after an accident. These guys put in a new suspension and did some body work. The job was quick, but after i got my car back, I noticed that my rim didn't look the same, cosmetically. So i take it back and tell them the problem and it took some arguing, but they finally ordered a new(used) rim for me, but shortly after that, i noticed my car was shaking... A LOT... and making weird noises. So, I took it back once more, they said they'll fix it. Got it back a couple days later, problem was NOT fixed. But also, i noticed there was over-spray all over my car. I took it back once more and I had to point out all the overspray and the fact that my bumper was extremely loose and that my car was still shaking. They finally fixed the shaking problem, but a couple days after THAT, i noticed the paint was chipping due to a bubble where they had painted my car.. So i take it back AGAIN, and also point out the there is still overspray all over my car. I tell them to repaint my car and remove the overspray. Then they give me the car back again and everything seems okay, but a week later, I give the car a wash and notice that there is STILL overspray all over my freaking car! I'm completely done with these people. I grabbed a clay bar and removed it all myself after that. These guys don't deserve all the time im putting into composing this review. I had 5 different problems with my car after having Fix Auto Paramount "fix" my car. OH, and also i forgot to mention that less than two weeks before i took my car here, i bought BRAND new tires for my car. They had to replace one due to the damage from the accident, and made me pay $13 apart from my deductible to replace my tire for the "betterment fee". which is the biggest BS i've ever heard in my life. and I have NO idea how they have so many good reviews on yelp, but go look at their reviews on google and see what people are saying on there. I greatly regret bringing my vehicle to Fix Auto. At first I thought that their service was good, because they seemed so professional. After a collision, I towed my car to Fix Auto Paramount. When I picked it up I noticed a strange sound and made a follow up appointment. They were unable to diagnose the sound. I brought it to the dealer who diagnosed it and determined it was due to the collision. When speaking to Juan at Fix Auto he became aggravated, repeatedly spoke over me, and denied that the damage could have been due to the collision. He made false claims about the scope of work despite documentation. He also lied to insurance about what the dealer determined. It has been an unnecessary hassle trying to fix my vehicle because of Fix Auto. read more

I have used them twice now and both times they have done an amazing job. The fist time I went to them I had a pretty minor accident but when then they took my car apart to fix it, they noticed that the work that was done on a previous accident (which was done by another company) was done really poorly and unsafe. Fix Paramount help me get that issue resolved. They have been very professional and have done very good quality work. Because of that last situation, when I was recently hit by a uninsured motorist in my new 2017 SUV, I didn't think twice about taking my SUV to them. 2000 LE Camry. Hood was painted due to clear-coat pealing from harsh California sun damage. It's been now over a year and their paint job still looks as new as ever. By far the worst referral I've ever gotten. I was in a collision August 14th 2017 and I just got my car back. To start, they sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and he drug my car through my driveway to put it on his truck, when he dropped it off he left my engine running and driver side window open. Whoever received my vehicle at fix auto paramount did not bother to check my vehicle and if they did left it running with the window down as well. I finally got a call to come do a walkthrough of my vehicle so they could start the breakdown, I went and notice raindamage to the interior of my car and that the battery was dead from having been left running and open. I brought this up to the woman performing the walkthrough and she said it was the responsibility of the tow truck driver. I left my vehicle there because my insurance company had recommended I do so. I received multiple calls after a few weeks stating that my vehicle was almost finished, each with dates of projected completion and promise of a phone call to update. Months went by of random calls claiming that they were waiting on approval from the insurance company for parts... finally in late November they said I could pick up my car and it was not ready. It is now February and after multiple times having to take my car back to them for oversights and errors I now have my car back. I will never recommend fix auto paramount to anyone and I hope I never have to deal with them again. There was not an option for zero star rating read more
