Probably the biggest bunch of liars I have had to deal with. 100% dishonest. Well known to fabricate facts after the fact. Do not stand behind their work as their website would suggest. Steer WELL clear of this bunch of cowboys !!! Liars through and through See photos below for work that is apparently up to their high standards and that they are prepared to stand behind. Note these are after the repair.No your eyes aren't deceiving you the items that were damaged in a front end smash were left untouched because they weren't visible until the radiator was pulled out to be replaced. There were other items also but the lesson here is Shop elsewhere. There are reputable companies out there..This isn't one of them. I took my car here per my insurance I was in an accident I hit a pole it took out half my car side window messed up I brought my car in twice they made me do a estimate . I live 2 hours away . I brought my car in with half tank of gas dropped it off the lady told me she would call me Wednesday to say when it would be done which was fine because I couldn't get it due to work until following Tuesday . She called Wednesday night saying it's done come get it ..... what ? And what kind of customer service is this , I begged my insurance to let me keep rental until I could drive up to get it on my only day off I drive in traffic only to find that oops they didn't finish my car the whole window still messed up ! She says just drive up on your next day off ?!!! Exactly what I want to do and wait and drive 4 hours . I get into my car it's on zero miles !!! Yeah you got it zero miles !!!!! My initial interactions with front desk members of this shop were professional and courteous but I`m sad I cant display the same about the auto body staff and their work. The only thing I can say about Temecula Autobody is, "DISAPPOINTMENT!!" I met with their representative, Angel, on the day that my vehicle was to have been available for pick-up, but to my surprise, my vehicle was received with sub-par workmanship. Their understanding of quality appeared to have been overlooked when they worked on my car, unfortunate for me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!! WARNING!!!! I had to use them since my car is a fleet vehicle (company owned) and they were the only location in my area. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN...I would drive to San Diego or LA instead! To start with, they told me it would take 2 weeks. As 2 weeks came closer, I stopped by and found that my vehicle had not even been touched. I then stopped by every week for 2 MONTHS!!! Yes, this was a small hit that didn't require much work, just 4 parts. They kept telling me it would be done the next week...then the next...then the next...for 2 MONTHS! When they finally said it was done...I showed up and they said they had to reorder one of the parts, is was the wrong part (how do they not know that for 2 months?). So, I took the vehicle without the part and they had me drive it back in to replace that part the following week. Once I drove it home on the freeway they had misaligned the door and it was wind noise like you wouldn't believe. It was time to turn the vehicle in for another so I didn't take it back (sorry for whoever gets that vehicle). SLOW service. No communication unless I stopped by. Wrong parts. I brought it my Satin White Pearl 2014 Subaru WRX Sedan with some scuffs on the bumper from my neighbor's friend running into my parked car with his Wrangler. They completed the job 5 days earlier than it was scheduled to be complete and it looks like new....perfect paint match. My bumper looks as good as new. They also washed my car, shined the tires and cleaned the interior. Great job to the crew here! Had the best service here! Having to get your car fixed after someone hits you is stressful but Temecula Auto body made it less stressful for me. I took it in on a Tuesday hoping to get it back by Friday. I have a disabled son and rely on my van to transport him and his wheelchair. They made no promises but said they would do there best. They sent me pictures via text as they worked on it. That was awesome! They also had my van done by Friday at 12:00 pm!! Couldn't have asked for a better job or experience. I was getting estimates for some minor damage on my car. I walked right in and Anthony Avina got right to work on an estimate. He was friendly and sympathetic as I was kind of down in the dumps from the hit-and-run that damaged my car over the holidays. Within 10 minutes, Anthony gave me a fair estimate, and he personally cleaned a lot of the paint transfer off my car and gave the area a quick polish! He made my day and made me feel a lot better. After having rear door damage on my 2016 Toyota RAV4, State Farm recommended fix Auto in Temecula. They replaced the door and painted the car. At pick up, I noticed two small blemishes in the paint. The general manager Greg Folden asked if we could bring it back and they'll make it right. I love companies that stand by their employees work and strive for customer satisfaction. This was my second accident within 3 months!!! None of them were my fault though. We ended up removing our car from here and going to Caliber down the street. The service is night and day! We just got our car back from Caliber and it looks fantastic and we even saved some money. BEWARE!!! Read through other reviews and it seems to be a pattern with lack of communication, not doing all the repairs needed and exacerbated estimates to insurance. I'll keep this Reviews open for now. Since my car is back at the collision after having it for 3 days. Then encounter Problem that almost made another major Problem in my car. Already lost a lot of wages and now facing another lost income. I'm so unhappy and disappointed. Considering i already experienced a lot of disappointment in my soon to be former insurance. Collision center and/or Insurance should compensate for losing wages due to a lousy job made by the center. Is this intentional or what? Being a woman is difficult especially at this kind of problem. What do we know about car? All we know is to drive. Women can be easily fooled. That's what i'm feeling. They can just easily tell us this that and those blah blah blah.. etc etc etc.. I'm trying my best to keep my cool. Don't make me lost it. I'll be detailing everything soon. I know how to give chances. I can be good. But it all depends how you do the Job right. We were the claimant and our car was fixed improperly, with used parts that looked bad on the car, so we had to take it to a different body shop to fix everything these people did. We had taken our van to DCH for a minor gate repair as it was misaligned at 830am. After the van being there all day, we were told that the gate was not aligned (which I told them when I dropped it off) and they had no other answers, everyone was gone for the day. My husband called Fix Auto and talked to Orlando who offered to get the van first thing in the morning and take a look. He did as promised and was able to tighten a bold on the hatch and had it fixed and ready to go in under an hour. He was professional and kind (and also an incredible Spartan we found out!). Took in my 2006 Honda Civic about 2 weeks ago on a Monday for repairs under insurance. 5 days from dropping off the car, I did not recieve any call or email to update me with the status of my car. I had to call them to see what was going on. They told me that insurance had approve the new damage found which is understandable. Once insurance approved the repairs they told me my car would be ready by Wednesday of last week. Well it was not ready until the following day. Went to pick up my car and surprise! My car looked okay but there was an area that was still dented. Made them aware and left my car there. Now who knows when they will get it fixed.
