I got them to come out to my house last minute to fix a leak they found the problem and stopped the leak but wasn't able to replace a valve that is from a kenmore refrigerator which is less than a year old. They left the fridge in a inconvenient spot too. Very friendly and professional guys but still need to get the job done! I'm left hanging! Beware!!! This is a scam company and these guys are completely incompetent and ripoff artists. I called them to repair an issue with my washer not functioning properly. Adam came over and basically tore my whole unit apart and then ended up replacing a belt in my dryer, which wasn't broken in the first place! My dryer was then broken once he finished as well. I fired them and then called another company and it turns out Adam fried my wiring harness in my dryer and killed the whole unit. I was told I now have to buy a whole new washer/dryer because replacing the wiring harness is too much of a pain and costly. There were also issues with my tub as well. Pat Beaumont, the "owner", will not answer my calls or texts anymore and I am planning on filing a lawsuit in small claims court. Please disregard their planted 5 star reviews and call another company!!! I have also attached the report the competent technician wrote up after Adam was done destroying my unit. I had a great experience with this mobile service! He quickly answered my text and we set up an appt. He came to my home - so convenient! He replaced the glass and added a screen protector. The glass is still going strong after about a year. And the screen protector almost made it to a year! I just recently replaced it while at the mall a few weeks ago - and guess what? This new protector already has a strange mark toward the middle of it!!! Ugh. I meant to have Patrick do it but my sister was looking at cases and the guy that did them was just sitting there so I thought the protector would be no different. Wrong!! And I have since learned from VERIZON warranty that people who replace glass and protectors can actually damage the touch screen mechanics, if they press too hard. So I will not just let anyone replace these things again. I am contacting Patrick now to replace my MacBook Pro glass now. read more

Awesome service! I can't recommend it enough. I dropped my phone in the water and stored it in a rice bag for 24h. Our washer in our motorhome wasn't getting water (we're on vacation here in Colorado). This company sent someone who figured out (even tho I told him) that there was calcium build up in the water line to the washer. He cleared that and it worked. But then he left and there was a water leak directly under (on the outside of the motorhome) where the washer is. He did come back but claimed it was leaking from my shower (as I took one after he left). Needless to say, I pulled the dryer off myself and pulled the washer out...the line in to feed water to the washer was leaking! I called them and asked for a discount for not finishing the job. Crickets was all I got. I am female and I had to fix the darn thing!! Unless you're desperate, I wouldn't recommend them. read more

Pat came over to pick up my wife's phone which we thought had a pretty cracked screen. She was hesitant to remove her existing screen protector because she did not want to further damage the phone by ripping off glass or something similar. Pat came by and professionally removed the screen protector, wiped the phone down, examined it and luckily informed us that there was no actual damage to the screen and that it did not need to be serviced. Don't judge a book by its cover. These guys are a start up, so they are based out of their apartment. I went in with a shattered IPhone and Pat was able to fix it in 45 minutes. However, my phone was glitchy after the initial fix later that day. I took it back and they fixed it free of charge as it was covered by a warranty. They buy American products that have warranties, not the crap from China. They have the cheapest prices in town, but great customer service and quality products! read more

Pat saved my life! Spilled water on my laptop and was scared that I wouldn't be able to salvage it. He was able to take my laptop in immediately when I called him. After 48 hours I got my laptop back and it was working! However my laptop did come back with a slight cigarette smell that I'm hoping will go away in a couple of days. I contacted EE Repair via email around 9am because a broken screen rendered my iPhone useless. I received a reply from Patrick around 10:20am that he could fix my phone around 1pm. I replied via email 20 minutes later that 1pm would be fine and I asked him to email me if he was going to be running late. After not getting a reply by noon I sent another follow up email asking for a confirmation. After not hearing anything back by 1pm I had to go with another competent albeit more pricey repair service and I never heard back from Patrick until 130pm... I appreciated his apology but the total lack of communication is unacceptable. YMMV read more

Hi All. I was recommended to them by a friend for smartphone/tablets/laptop repairs and I can't say enough about how impressed I was by their quick ability to figure out the problem and their amazing prices. My laptop keyboard stopped working one day and they deduced that a couple of the alphabets had shorted and the whole keyboard needed to be changed. I also brough my mums laptop to be repaired because her plug was not charging right. They figured out it was due to the connection to the laptop and changed it. Right from the start, they told me roughly how much it would cost, and was very clear about price and time to do the repairs. Both Pat and Brian repaired the two laptop promptly and even delivered it right our home. They started the repair company less than a year ago and are working from their apartment by Edgewater to get their feet off the ground. I see them being in business for a long while. read more

I was referred to Emergency Electronics by a friend... I cracked the screen on my iPhone6 last night, called Pat this morning and he was able to, not only schedule an appointment to fix my phone WITHIN the hour!, but he also didn't have any problem traveling TO ME! Within that hour, I actually spoke with Sprint - and per my contract and this phone being paid off, I'm actually able to go to them and get a great deal on a replacement, newer phone. Much to my dread, I called Pat to cancel my appointment with him - which was only a 15 minute notice. I explained exactly what was happening and why I was cancelling, Pat was COMPLETELY understanding and incredibly accommodating to my particular situation. I didn't get the repair on my phone, but just the way Pat handled my situation from very beginning to very end (and let's not forget that he was already a referral), this place and Pat deserve 5 stars. I know I would've been happy with the results his expertise offered, I hope if I have to deal with the horror of the dreaded cracked phone screen in the future that I have the joy and convenience to work with Pat again. read more

I hate to leave bad reviews, but using Pat led to so many issues with my phone. He came to me, which was so helpful. However, upon opening up my phone he realized he couldn't repair the screen. He wanted to take my phone with him to his home to do it there. Not knowing him at all, or being comfortable with his abilities at that point, I asked that he put the phone back together so I could figure out fixing the screen at a later time. It worked perfectly fine before he opened it up. He put it back together and all of a sudden, it's completely broken. I ended up taking it to a store in Littleton that night, they fixed it in 20 minutes and let me know that he had put things back in the wrong spot, and he forgot to put the screws back in. This is what led to the phone "breaking" every time I set it down slightly the wrong way. They were amazing and ordered me the parts he took, but before they could get them in, my phone broke 3 more times- once at my brothers wedding and on my own honeymoon. I was devastated to not have my phone during such big life moments because he was so careless. After he broke my phone, he never followed up or apologized. Really disappointed, and learned my lesson that a cheaper price is that way for a reason. Also found out he uses knock off Apple parts, which is why he is cheaper. I have had to have my phone repaired 4 times now because of what he did that day. read more
