We had multiple other people look at our stacked washer and dryer setup and tell us the repair would require at least two people just to access everything. Constantine handled the entire job on his own. As you can see in the photos, he literally went above and beyond, climbing on top of our stacked units so he could reach behind them, disconnect the hoses, and access everything he needed without requiring another person. He replaced the water pressure sensor and hose, had every part he needed already on hand, and was able to get our washer completely fixed the same day. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He even took the time to look at an issue with our ice machine and gave me a quote for the parts needed to repair it. After having multiple people tell us how complicated this repair was going to be, Constantine made it happen. I will absolutely be using Aslan Appliance Repair again and recommending them to others. In February, they told me that the cost to replace a board in the furnace was $850.00 in one of my rental properties . In the past if they quoted me a price of $850.00 the bill would be $850.00. This time in February billed me $1125.14 after quoting $850.00. When I asked to talk to the owner's daughter, the lady on the phone said that the owners daughter was on vacation and she would call me back in a week. I called again in March and asked to talk to Carrie, the owner's daughter. The same lady again said that Carrie is on vacation and she will call me back the following week. I still have not heard from Carrie. The crazy part is the February bill had a traveling charge! They have never charged me anything called traveling charge. On February 11th no one in the service industry had a traveling charge! Since I was a customer for over 15 years and Carrie and her family has provided excellent service, when I have been asking them to call me back for over 2 months, I am of the opinion that the business was sold and the new owners are not honorable. Their words don't mean a thing to them , examples: 1) Quoting me a price of $850 and charging me $1125.14 2) Telling me twice that Carrie or her father would call me back and have not. 3) Telling me Carrie is on vacation 3 times in l than two months!

The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.
