Instead of trying to upsell me or charge me an arm and a leg to fix it, he immediately advised me that it would not be worth my time or money to try to fix it. If a return must be made to ASN, include obtaining a signature when delivered.

After looking through other reviews, I noticed similar complaints regarding shipping issues, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. My experience appears to be consistent with what others have reported, which is very concerning. If you're ordering something time-sensitive--especially for school or work--I would strongly recommend using a different seller. My order never arrived, I lost valuable time preparing for school, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I hope the company improves its customer service and shipping practices because no customer should have this experience.

I pressed the power button on my pc and heard the fan start to speed up faster than it ever did before... Nothing was booting, just the fan going and going. I was FREAKING OUT!!! I paid way too much for my computer to have it die on me! Over the next few days, I tried to research what could be wrong and it seemed like everyone was pointing me in different directions. Finally, realizing this was more than my computer skills could handle, I called for help... First, I tried Best Buy and Staples... but they wanted to keep my computer for 2 weeks and charge me about $300. I almost did it anyways, but they said that they would also have to wipe my hard drive and that I would lose whatever I had saved on my computer. My heart sunk at the thought of losing all those pictures, so I kept calling around. Finally, I called Fixing My PC. They were pretty close to where I work, so I figured I'd give them a shot. I brought in my computer and their tech guy looked at it. He had ideas right away on what might be wrong with the computer. I left it with him over night and I got a call the next day that it was back up and running! I have been using my computer for a few weeks now and it's been running better than ever! I paid A LOT less than Best Buy and Staples wanted... I got my computer back in a day instead of 2 weeks... AND Fixing My PC didn't have to wipe my hard drive so I was able to keep all of my pictures and files!!! They saved me so much time, money, and heartache... I highly recommend them! read more

I'd prefer Kory honor his professional relationships by not disclosing confidential contacts to any third party nor having said party request we consume valuable business time marketing on his behalf. Case in point: when he *personally* asked I gladly referred and recommended him to friends and colleagues. The computer service Kory did provide was ineffectual. He couldn't get my computer to sync with the media player I use for instruction, he said the hard drive was old, for which I paid him $65. Nonetheless, until his backwards justifications for slighting my confidence, he had 5 stars in my esteem as a trustworthy professional.
