Tiffany did amazing on my sister's Mexican themed graduation cake. I sent her an inspiration picture and the cake was even better than the picture. It was also very delicious and our guests at the party were raving about how beautiful and tasty it was. Will be ordering from her again.

Ordered custom cupcakes for a baby shower, and Tiffany and team created beautiful, scrumptious cupcakes for us! Love that they can do gluten free and conventional. We did chocolate and snickerdoodle, and then gluten free carrot and gluten free tiramisu. All had rave reviews. She did a great job color matching my colors and following the inspo pics I sent for the design. Recommend calling to start your order since emails took a longer reply. Once contact was established, all communication was easy and prompt. Pics are of the cupcakes all set up at the shower :)

Stockton should consider itself so lucky to have this amazing bakery! Tiffany and her crew are doing amazing, amazing work. I brought in an idea for a kids Spider-Man birthday cake two weeks before the cake was needed. The timeline was going to be a little tight for the type of cake I wanted but Tiffany was straightforward and upfront about what she could create for us since they were so busy with other orders. When I say I screamed when I walked into her shop and saw the cake, I mean it! This cake exceeded all my expectations design wise. She managed to add things I didn't think were going to be able to be done. I am so impressed by the way this cake looks but also just completely blown away that it was delicious and moist. Please come to Fizz Bakery for whatever needs you have.

I was in search of some good quality cupcakes for my daughter's bday celebration. While I waited in line a sweet lady told me I would be hooked on Fizz bakery. She had come to get 1 of every flavor! I chose banana cream pie, red velvet, snickerdoodle and chocolate cake. They were absolutely delicious!!! I could not have been more impressed. My cousin said the snickerdoodle was the best cupcake she ever had. The cupcakes were fresh and delicious. The lady in line was right... I'm hooked!

I've been looking for a bakery that can make a speciality cake for my nieces graduation party in 2025. I found this bakery on Yelp and saw that it had a ton great reviews. I decided to stop by today so I could sample some of their cupcakes and inquire about their cakes. I purchased four different cupcakes: raspberry/vanilla, carmel, banana cream, and a vanilla confetti. They were ALL super moist and absolutely delicious. They each also looked visually appealing too. The staff and the baker were all super friendly and helpful. This is the one yall, I have found the bakery I was in search for!!! Ok this place absolutely deserves an added star to their rating, EVERYTHING I have tried here I have devoured, from their cookies and baked goods on the shelves to their custom cake creations, Tiffany and her staff have always went above and beyond my families expectations. Recently we ordered a 40th Bday Cake asking simply for a 49er Design, what we picked up was literal art, I felt bad cutting it! Lemon curd and Guava Filling with White cake and let me tell you EVERYONE asked for a slice of each when they went home. That was Nov 11th, we also ordered Pumpkin Pies for our Thanksgiving feast and when I tell you it was the best pumpkin pie I have ever had I absolutely mean it. I was blown away but how light and smooth the pumpkin filling was and the crust was perfect. I had plans to take pics like the cake but It was eaten too fast If you're in the 209 or nearby or even passing thru Stockton, STOP at Fizz Bakery, collect your baked goods then continue your journey you will not regret it!

Easy 5 stars for Fizz! Everyone who works here is kind and helpful. We've tried their cupcakes, cookies, scones, and other treats and everything is consistently delicious. They've also baked several sets of birthday cupcakes for us and each time, our guests rave about how yummy there are. We recently had a Wednesday theme party and I requested black and white cupcakes, so they made half chocolate, half vanilla/oreo with vanilla buttercream + whipped cream + Oreo. I bought spiderweb cupcake wrappers and made cupcake toppers and they were kind enough to add them as decorations for me. I was able to order 2 dozen cupcakes two days before the party without issue. For cakes, definitely order ahead of time (6-8 weeks).

Im soooo happy with my cake purchase from Tiffany and her staff! I go here regularly for pastries or cupcakes it's always 10/10 so delicious ambiance is always nice! This cake was so good and moist! She is so talented. My son was thrilled and the kids all were so excited to eat it. AMAZING cupcakes!!! Theyre so light and fluffy. Theyre also incredibly moist and tender. These feel like biting into a fluffy cloud. There is NO other bakery in Stockton that makes cupcakes that feel like bites of heaven! My grandma doesnt like chocolate, but even she liked the chocolate cupcakes I brought home. Theyre very flavorful without being overtly sweet. All the different flavors stand out and you can taste everything. I got a biscoff cupcake and a Reese one and you could tell what they were with your eyes closed. If you have a chance, please treat yourself to their cupcakes! I still need to try their other items, but man. I can't stop thinking about those little bites of fluffy clouds. read more

Best Sugar Free Cake n sugar free whip cream frosting !!!!! I was calling around for a bakery requesting sugar free cake for my husband's birthday and Fizz Bakery was the only one that makes it. I have had cookies and cupcakes from Fizz a few times in the past, but completely forgot about them. So glad I remembered today. I had a craving for a sweet but wanted something well made and tasty. My husband and I got an assortment of cupcakes and they are excellent. Don't miss the churro cupcake! Everyone is very friendly and everything is fresh. The owner, Tiffany, was amazing. I needed an Alice in Wonderland cake for our daughter's wedding shower. I showed Tiffany a picture of my idea. She was able to run with it and make it so much better. It was perfect. The top was Rice Krispies. The middle layer was gluten free carrot cake. The bottom was yellow cake with chocolate mousse filling. It was delicious, and super moist. I was thrilled with the results. So was our daughter. Tiffany went above and beyond. I can't recommend her and her bakery enough. read more

Their cupcakes are amazing! I ordered cake for my son's baptism and their designed that I choose was amazing! Top cake was banana favor and bottom cake was champagne strawberry and everyone love the banana. Only thing is little disappointed was they made very thick fondant and it was too much and people wished it was thinner. read more

Went in to pre order a cake but first wanted to do a little cake tasting. Staff and owner were extremely helpful and nice from the moment we walked in! We picked two cakes to try(Hershey and coconut) and after the first bite we basically ran back in and told them it was the best cupcake we've ever tried! When we tried ordering a cake they informed us they would need a few weeks in advance. (That's how you know they're bomb!) They saw the disappointment on our faces as we were absolutely set on having fizz host our party, so they compromised and said we could order cupcakes. And THEY WERE A HIT! So disappointed in this bakery. My wife and I booked a Mother's Day cake about a month in advance. No issues, pre-paid, bought a bunch of $4 cookies (each) and went on our merry way, with instructions to return on the Saturday before Mother's Day...fine. As instructed, we swing in around 12:30 - 1pm, on Saturday. Nothing was ready. Nothing. The people said they like the cake to be the "freshest" possible and instructed they would call us when it was ready. They also added we could come back at 4. Now, I didn't even bother to look at their hours. Who would tell a customer to come back at the very minute they close. We never got one call. We got there at 4:10 and it was a ghost town. We were there and that cake wasn't done. No phone call...nothing. My wife is thoroughly crestfallen. Tiffany and her team are amazing and so kind! We have been going to Fizz for years and my husband insisted we get a wedding cake from them. We were very specific on our design and the team nailed it based off a couple inspiration pictures. The bottom tier was faux and the top-tier was our real cake. I was searching on Yelp once again and came across her Yelp page once again and thought it was time to take the plunge and contact Jennifer to order one of her cheesecakes. I hadn't called her yet because there wasn't a reason for me ordering an entire cheesecake and felt like it's a bit much to order myself an entire cheesecake. But after so many failed attempts I felt like it was time, after all maybe I can freeze it for future cravings. I let her know I love crust and was requesting a thicker one. She ended up asking me if I wanted my cheesecake to have a crust on top so that way I'd have crust on the top and bottom. I told her it sounded good and I really appreciated the fact that she took into consideration what I told her I liked. So today I got my cheesecake and I couldn't be any happier. It's creamy just like I prefer and there's definitely a lot of good crust. I'm so happy to have found Jennifer and look forward to getting more from her in the future. From what I saw on Yelp she makes really good treats. If you're looking for great cheesecake or other desserts you really don't need to look any further, I'm positive that you'll be more then happy with what you order from Jennifer. She's also very friendly and of course accommodating obviously. That's better then any bakery I've ever went to. There's nothing better then getting the exact dessert that you've been craving. We have family with special dietary needs, and I was drawn to this bakery by all the options listed on its website, and by all the excellent reviews I had seen here on yelp. For the first occasion, it was my mom's 80th birthday. I ordered a 10 inch round cake...sugar free marble with non-dairy whipped topping to fill and frost. The cake was excellent! You could not tell the cake was sugar free...no after taste; the cake was moist and delicious, and got rave reviews from our guests!! The second occasion I ordered 50 cupcakes for my sons Air Force Send Off party. I ordered sugar free vanilla, lemonade, peanut butta cup and merry berry strawberry. Once again...rave reviews from our guests. Moist, delicious, awesome flavor, sugar free did not taste sugar free, not did it leave an after taste. And I must give Tiffany kudos for excellent customer service as well. Both of my parties were on Sundays. I said I would pick up my orders on Saturday, but she insisted on everything being fresh, so she was there early on both Sundays so that I could pick up my orders before my parties. Tiffany is sooo awesome, and this place is insanely delicious! The bakery is amazing. I came in on Wednesday afternoon before closing. I wanted a small cake for my 25th birthday party on Friday afternoon but I was told that they are about 2-3 weeks out for getting those types of cakes done. She asked me when my party was so I told her it was on this coming Friday. We decided on a set of 24 cupcakes. These cupcakes I tell you are so delicious. My personal favorite was the salted caramel cupcakes! The frosting was delicious! Not to mention the decorations on the topping of these cupcakes were cool. The customer service I received was really great, very personable, very welcoming and made me feel like family! I am truly impressed with this bakery, and will be back. read more

Tiffanie is truly the best! About a decade ago, she took my idea for my brother's 23rd birthday and turned it into the coolest custom cupcakes featuring Air Jordans 1-23. They were such a hit and showed how creative and talented she is. Fast forward 10 years later, and she's still the same sweetheart who shows so much kindness and grace. We all know dealing with customers isn't always easy, but Tiffanie handles everything with such professionalism and care. She's incredibly responsive through text and email, and her customer service is the kind you just don't see very often these days. Called about a couple designs I needed done. Although pricing was good the ability and quality of previous work wasn't worth even that price. Very disappointed in the knowledge of the helper everything needed to be confirmed which made the transaction very difficult. The design requested couldn't fully be done by they did have options. Don't think I'll go to them for specialty cake but just a simple cake I may consider. read more

After looking at all the beautiful pictures of the work done by this bakery. I messaged them for a quote on a cake for my daughters birthday. Tiffany replied and asked for the number of people attending and and the theme and after I replied to that I never got a message back. I ended up getting her cake from some other place. read more

Recently I gave my wife a surprise birthday party. I got a cake and 100 cupcakes from Fizz Bakery. The baked goods were exceptional. The value/price couldn't have been more fair. We both opted for the traditional thanksgiving menu of roasted turkey with sourdough, apple and turkey sausage stuffing and jalapeño-cranberry chutney, roasted butternut squash with carrots, sage mashed potatoes followed by Apple pie. Cupcakes are awesome and I've never had any complaints until my latest order. If I spend $30 on 12 cupcakes I expect them to have the order correct. Sadly they didn't get my order correct and there is no refund policy. read more
