I attended a bridal event today and saw fizz bakery's booth which instanstly made me excited! The past few months ive read several great reviews and just haven't had the chance to stop by. All I can say is OMG!!! the snickerdoodle cake with cream cheese frosting is AMAZING! although I'm sad I didn't win the free cake for my wedding today :((( I'm going to have to come in and at least order my top cake. This bakery is very professional. I had them do my wedding cake and we have absolutely zero complaints about them. We were able to schedule a free tasting which was nice as they brought out the different fillings in small cups along with small bite-sized pieces of each cake so you could taste whatever combo you wished. There was no rush as they leave you to yourself at the table and come back to check on you periodically. When finished tasting you can place an order or not, we did not feel any pressure by the staff to place an order. However, we were totally satisfied with the tasting that we proceeded to place an order. At which point, the lady came out asked about how we wanted the cake to look and offered suggestions and showed us pictures of other cakes to help us design our cake. She suggested a cake based on our wedding size but I asked to upgrade it to have more tiers which she was totally fine with. The price was completely clear as it is per serving and there was a paper with how many servings were in each cake (tier). They delivered and set up the cake to our wedding venue for a small fee. Everything about this bakery exceeded my expectations. They delivered the cake on time with no problems, cake matched both in flavor and design as agreed upon at tasting. As a bonus, they offer a 1 year anniversary cake free of charge. No need to eat freezer burned cake! read more

I don't like giving bad reviews... I'd been searching all over for a good bakery that sold German chocolate cupcakes. Found Fizz online; read the reviews & decided to give them a try. Upon entry, I was greeted, and offered help. I noticed there was a sign for discounted day-old cupcakes (I didn't want those though... I wanted freshly made). So I asked the young lady for FRESH BAKED CUPCAKES, and she ASSURED me that they were . So I bought 5 cupcakes (GC, lemon, snickers, strawberry, and pink chiffon). Total was a little over $10 (seemingly higher than online listed prices, but ok they're freshed baked gormet cupcakes-so I thought)! I get home ready to get into my cupcakes -minus one for the kiddos, annnnnndddddddd........ OMG THEY WERE STALE & flavorless!!! Dry cake, dry frosting (didn't taste homemade either)! I was so disappointed. I called them back to let them know, and the young lady did offer me to come back, but I said no thanks. We loved our cake!! Tiffany made our daughter's 1st birthday cake and it was absolutely beautiful. She was able to capture exactly what we wanted with the design and colors. Also, it tasted delicious. We gave the top half to our daughter as a 'smash cake' and served the bottom half to our guests. Everyone loved it. Our guests were very impressed. Tiffany was so nice and eager to create exactly what we wanted. We will definitely recommend her to family and friends and we will be ordering all of our cakes from Fizz Bakery from now on. What a great little place! I had Tiffany make our wedding cake and I was pleased the entire time. She's welcoming, professional and so very talented! Such a nice lady! From the get go, she had us come in to do a cake tasting, and it was difficult to pick out some flavors because they all were amazing! When it was time to go over how the cake will look, she was bursting with cute ideas that helped ease the stress. She even offered a wooden stand for our cake to stand on because it went with our theme. On my wedding day, as soon as she delivered the cake, all the stress and nerves from planning a wedding just melted away. The cake was beautiful and exactly what I had pictured in my mind. And I got compliments the whole night about how delicious the cake was! I highly recommend this place for weddings/ birthdays/ and any other party because you'll get great customer service as well as a very well made product, worth every penny! Wow what a great place. I have been going to this bakery since they opened over a year ago and Tiffany always does such a great job. Custom cakes are great and cupcakes are a must. She outdid herself for me this last Christmas eve. I called her and wanted her to make a chocolate candy cane pie. Wow it was incredible. My family enjoyed it so much. Best bakery ever! Tiffany and her team are simply the best. Not only does she make the most amazing cupcakes and cakes ever, she also makes the most amazing gluten free cupcakes and cakes ever. Her gluten free tastes so good, its literally so good most of our guests never know they are gluten free. Most gluten free can be dry and have no flavour, but nope not tiffanys! Hers are full of flavour and omg so moist and perfect. The frosting too!! She could probably sell containers just of that! She has done all our birthday cakes for the last 2 years, my bridal shower cake , she did an amazing italian theme cake that tasted amazing and looked so beautiful! My guests couldnt stop snapping pictures of it. She also did our wedding cakes! Our 3 tier was gorgeous and tasted so good, guests were asking the staff to take some home. I came across Fizz bakery through yelp everyone had nothing but great things to say and after coming in for my self I can truly say this place was awesome. Staff was super nice and friendly I didn't know what it was I wanted I showed pictures of the theme and colors and right away she cane up with something super cute. They made us a beautiful and DELICIOUS wedding cake! Two layers with two different flavors of cake and filling. It was all outstanding and I wish I could have eaten more of it. They had stands to choose from and they delivered the cake to our reception site. Also, the tasting process was so much fun..they brought out like 15 different flavors of cake, filling and frosting. It was just a big delicious experiment and the kind of cake tasting experience you would want with your fiance. The service was also fantastic throughout the whole process. Bought their groupon coupon & went in to order a gluten free cake... I was greeted so warmly right away! And the baker, Tiffany, was so very helpful & accommodating w/ all the allergies my family has, as well as the time frame that I needed my order. She also is very creative and the best part is... I was craving chocolate chip cookies so I googled bakeries in Stockton. This is the only non chain bakery and had a 5 star review so I gave it a try. Fizz has the BEST chocolate chip cookies I have ever had. No wonder this place has nothing but 5 stars. If the rest of the menu is anything like the cookies, this place deserves an award. Fizz Bakery is amazing!! From cake tasting, to designing, to the final product. Tiffany is an amazing person, just from her personality, you can the passion she has for her product. We went to 3 other bakeries and we decided to book Fizz Bakery for our wedding and it was the best decision we made! We ordered a 3 tiered cake and 6 different desserts with 8 dozen of each dessert. The cake was beyond amazing and each dessert was decorated so beautifully. You can see the time and effort on each cakepop, chocolate covered strawberry, brownie, cupcake and cookie that they did. They honestly looked too good to eat but were so good that you just had to eat! She also made my bride and I boxes of our desserts to make sure we were able to have some for ourselves before they were gone. And trust me they went fast because they were so good! Tiffany and her team are very professional and makes sure you get exactly want you want how you want it. I will definitely be using Fizz Bakery again and I'm glad I found them because you can't beat their prices for the product you are getting.
