What can I say, we really thought this would be a great experience since is a Hispanic bakery and we love our hispanic food. Anyhow it's a caótico when you come in, there's like 2 sides to order but it's unclear where it starts. The lady that helped us (very short hair) she was rude from the get go, the food was cold, even the bacon was super moist as soak in grease and soft. I love this bakery! During my time in Kissimmee we went here every single morning. The pastries are super cheap and great quality as well. The bakery is big and is split between the bakery and the hot food. The hot food looks delicious. A wide spread of delicious Puerto Rican food. The bakery had a large variety of different sorts of pastries. I am a big fan of quesitos so if you give me a few different variations of a quesitos best believe I'm eating them all. Not impressed with the food, service and cleanliness. The employees refuse to speak English. All the tables and floors were dirty while the staff sat and did nothing. The food wasn't fresh and selection wasn't very good. How you order was a mess and highly doubt they'll pass any sort of health code. The music is so loud you can't hear or talk. But hey, it's Kissimmee... it's a wonder any of the restaurants on Vine St. pass health code there. This place is great! The two times I have been there it has been very busy but the way everything is set up for the most part you are in and out. The staff was very helpful and nice. As for the pastries there selection is impressive. I got four sugar donuts, four different quesitos and two tres leche cakes and it was around $15 which I believe to be a great prices. I would recommend this to anyone who wants some Puerto Rican pastries. Absolutely must try. read more

Everything is delicious. Everything!!! I don't drink coffee anywhere else but was recommended to try. Wow! I had to go back the next day. My favorite part of the bakery are the desserts. Doughnuts, flan, cheesecake and pastries. All of it is so delicious. I always go for the pastries but they serve food as well. During the weekend, this place is packed! I tried the media noche sandwich and it was good but it took more than 30 minutes to prepare. The restaurant was empty so did not understand why it took so long. Also came last week for coffee and toasted bread also took a long time. It was very clean and people are friendly. Like i said bread was really good but the chicken...raw red chicken , not even cooked correctly , we had to finish cooking at home . Waited a week for opening because it looked like a great place not too far from my home. Very disappointed. Although the food was not bad, the service was HORRIBLE. Although there was plenty of staff, no one seemed to know what to do. I went to where sign said "Orders Here" & told to order where food was. Went there & told I had to go to Register to order. Ordered a Mofongo with Carne Frita & told they had no Carne Frita. Ordered Mofongo alone & 2 minutes later asked to make sure to include Caldo with it. Told Caldo would take another 20 minutes & I told them to forget it. This was my 1st time there & will be my last. Next time I'll go to Melao Bakery, even though this place is a lot closer. read more

The service is terrible and the staff don't know what that ate doing. The seating area is dirty. I complained to the manager and he could have cared less. I will never go back. If you are thinking of going here keep going to the nearest Publix or Panera to get better service. The food was not that tasty and the pop was flat and had no taste. I was excited to try them out when they opened. I went and I liked it, so I became a regular. But after the novelty wore off, I noticed a few things that I didn't like. One day I went to get just a bowl of white rice and the lady that was serving grabbed a filthy rag to wipe the counter after she helped the customers before me. She had gloves on so it was ok but she scooped rice into the bowl she was going to serve me and packed it down with the same gloved hands that she grabbed the dirty rag with. She patted down my rice to fit more in the bowl. That is disgusting! They were so busy and I didn't want to make a scene so I paid for it but threw it away. Today, I went back and ordered a lunch for me and toast with very light butter for my sister. They gave me a beeper to notify us when the toast was ready. 15 minutes lates I was halfway done eating my lunch and we were still waiting for the toast. My sister got up and asked a gentleman at the counter what was the hold up. He identified himself as the owner. He sent a girl to check up on it. They had not even prepared it yet. When they finally gave her the toast I had already finished my lunch and wanted to leave. The toast had big globs of butter even though she had asked for very little very light butter. I told the owner I was very disappointed. He just asked the girl to take care of me and ignored me. That is very lousy customer service. The food initially was good but now it has started to lack quality. The plantains are stale. The pork and the turkey sit there for awhile and the meat is chewy and hard. The rice is very good though. Needless to say I will not go back and I will share my bad experiences with everyone I had recommended. read more
