And sadly, the chunks of chicken in it were hard, ie tough, precooked for who-knows-how-long-tasting; old tasting. And the sauce was way too sweet. I was disappointed with the $35 bill. We took the food to go. Once we tasted it at home we basically threw it all in the garbage. What a waste but, yuck. Sorry! Ambiance: The place was empty of patrons, and felt like it was closing now even though they still have 45 min. Our two bowls were ordered were handed to us super fast after ordering, like it took no time to prepare, explaining the poor flavor and quality we experienced, plus look at what others have written about all this premade fast food. I want to give one star, but I'll give 2, in benefit of the doubt they were trying to close early and rushed things vs if it were earlier in evening with more clientele.

I didn't insist on sending it back because I was hungry and he didn't offer anything either. He just nodded okay and walked away. No adjustment made, no free dessert, no remedy offered. My wife's dish was also warm. I don't know how they can make it up fresh and not be hot. It's too bad because the restaurant is in a great location with lots of activity. You can sit inside or outside. But I'll go to another of the many Mexican food options next time.

We placed an order at 11:40, after two delay notices, at 1:15 we got a notice through door dash that our order was canceled. When we called the restaurant the Ashley answered the phone, she cut me off and proceeded to tell me "they didn't have the time to make our order". The WORST customer service ever.
