The kids also got little In-N-Out sticker activity books to play with, which kept them entertained for minutes at a time. I got my usual order, a double double with grilled onions and a heaping side of whole yellow peppers from the condiment stand. Pure deliciousness. My boys got a grilled cheese and a plain cheeseburger, and they both ate well. We got some fries, too, and while I'm not a particular fan of In-N-Out fries, I ate my fair share of them. We hit the bathrooms on our way out, as we had a long drive ahead of us, and I noticed the bathroom situation was less ample than the typical In-N-Out, maybe because this one wasn't right off the freeway (I do think the restaurant was smaller overall, but this was the only way that mattered for us). Just a couple of single bathrooms instead of the usual stalls, and we did have to wait to use them. In any case, this was an excellent, easy dinner, the perfect way to end a long day in Buena Park. This review is a five star review based on three factors: (1) I really like and appreciate the fact that they have designated parking for customers who plan to dine in or order food to go here. It's very convenient since the parking area can be hectic when he parking lot is shared with other tenants here at this location. (2) the staff here are very friendly and provided excellent customer service to me (01/27/17) and the they have a very simple menu options and choices and for the healthy individuals, this is the place for you. (3) their half and half regular size bowl is very good in portion size and has good amount of chicken and beef here and you have option of brown rice or white rice(of course I get the white rice). It's very good and when you add the magic sauce, soy sauce, and hot sauce they have here it's perfect for the unhealthy water such as myself. they also have organic tofu here to for the healthy friends you bring to this place. read more

One of the employees who helped me had a very bad attitude. I received two packets of sweet sauce and two packets of spicy sauce. I returned the two sweet sauces and asked if they could be exchanged for spicy sauce. Instead, she told me I would have to pay $0.30 per sauce. I didn't have change, so I paid with my card, but I was not going to pay another $0.60 for two additional sauces. When I told her I was returning the two sweet sauces and asked if she could at least give me one spicy sauce, she became upset and threw the bag of sauce toward me. Honestly, this was very unprofessional and disrespectful. After this experience, this will be the last time I come back to this location. Very poor customer service.
