Havent been here in a long time. I worked next to this flame broiler a few years ago and it was my every day spot. It looks like all new people maybe it was sold or just new people. But the girl up front was super friendly, food was out quick, line didnt take forever and i love me some flame broiler. Same menu as all the other flame broilers. This one is a little small compared to the rest but that's not their fault. Love the magic sauce and the employees here are always nice and smiling. Since it's located across the street from knotts berrt farm there are occasionally weirdos that come in. But overall it's clean and tastes good. read more

Excellent quick bite after spending a Sunday at Knott's Berry Farm. I ordered the half and half bowl (chicken and beef) with brown rice and green onions. Everything was cooked perfectly. I topped mine off with a little cup of their teriyaki sauce and a little cup of hot sauce for the perfect spice. $6.90 plus tax for a great portion size. Parking was okay. You might have to drive around once to find a spot. Seating inside is a bit limited, but most patrons were ordering to take away. There are about 5 or 6 tables inside as well as a few tables outside. read more

I go to knotts all the time because I have a season pass. I always go to McDonald's cuz its fast but I dont always want it. I've gone to this flame broiler before and it's always good but I went in this past week and everyone was extremely nice. I guess it is under new ownership now and I can see the changes. I'll come here more often now! Also it's so much cleaner than McDonald's and waaaaay healthier. read more

I hadn't tried Flame Broiler before. I decided to give it a try and so glad that I did. Sami, our order taker, told me to give the chicken and veggie bowl. Great suggestion! The chicken was delicious and moist. The veggies were cooked to perfection. The rice was fresh and blended well with the chicken and veggies. It was a great value for the money. I will be going back for sure and will ask Sami what I should try next time. read more

They keep it warm in here and personally I like chillier places but they have outdoor seating so I guess you can choose your preferences. It's pretty average. I only see two people working the entire place on a Sunday night so they're very busy. I'm taking out 2 stars because I drove all the way here to get a tofu bowl but they were out of tofu. It's just really annoying. If you're a meat eater you won't find any problems here. The two employees on 10/15/17 at 7pm were good especially the girl running the register. read more

I thought because there were other locations that they would all taste the same but the new owner told me he really cares about the quality and that he wanted to actually have the chicken and beef taste "flame broiled" and it totally does!!! They messed up two orders in a row and it wasn't even busy. The lady in front of us politely let the cook know that they messed up two of her bowls and he scoffed and said, "oh sorry I forgot." I was hoping they wouldn't mess up me and my bf's order, but plot twist, they completely switched up our bowls. I asked for no green onions and extra veggies and my bf asked for green onions and no veggies. When I realized they messed up our orders I went over to let them know. Cashier didn't even care to apologize, she actually questioned me as if I was wrong. Food's still good & got a decent amount of avocado so I slapped on another star for that. The location is very cool. You get Knott's nearby and a froyo place next door. The store itself is tiny but they have tasty food. A little pricey but definitely good quality. Portions are a little too small which was very disappointing for a first-timer like myself. Another disappointment was the ratio of rice to meat. Their bowls are deep, but the meat only covers the top as the rest of the bowl is nothing but plain rice. What you see is what you get. On the bright side, I was surprised/glad that they accepted my coupon that was meant for Inland city locations. Came here for a late lunch with my husband. The gentleman behind the counter asked what I wanted so I gave him my order "The works bowl with brown rice". I had to repeat this 3 other times because he was watching my lips move but not didn't listen to what I was saying. My husband ordered and we sat down. After getting our food, we hear the same guy talk to the cooks and proceeded to drop f - bombs in almost every sentence. Then went on to make threatening remarks about another employee he "wished would show his face around work". This isn't now you conduct a professional attitude while customers are present. Flame broiler food it basically the same at all locations. My review is based on customer service. My family of 5 visited this location and we ordered four bowls. We have small children who can't eat a whole bowl, so we wanted to divide one between them. We asked for additional bowls. The cashier informed us they couldn't give them to us. So we offered to pay for them, no problem. So she stops to ask the manager. He got all up on arms completely exasperated that we would ask for additional bowls. We repeated that we would be willing to pay for them. He still says no, they won't give us any. Really? Thirty dollars or more of food, and you can't spare a $0.05 bowl. Even when we offer to pay whatever you're asking for it? Not only did you lose that sale, you lost our family's business in the future. Hundreds of dollars gone because you couldn't be accommodating. read more

I like Flame Broiler a lot!!! However, this location is very inconsistent when it comes to their cooking. Some days the rice is super dry another day it is super moist. Some days your bowl is filled up another it's not. I still come here because it's the closest to work. However, I never know what to expect when I come eat here. read more

I was on the way home and decided to pick up some lunch. This flame broiler was extremely busy and I only saw 2 employees working, I'm really patient so I didn't mind. Never been, never heard of this place. Took a break from Knotts Berry Farm and stumbled along this place as my family and I were walking back to our hotel. The foods was decent, not bad. This is a well operated Flame Broiler in the former Quiznos location. The staff is friendly and very accommodating to my special orders. Food is always fresh and tasty. The new Angus Beef they are using is delicious. My only gripe is that the tables are very small to eat at, not much of a dining room and there is no outdoor seating as there was when Quiznos was located here. Also parking can be an issue due to Knott's Berry Farm being across the street. read more

I came here after the gym and I should have just gone to the one on Euclid in the Palma. As soon as I walked in the cashier Monica didn't greet me at all. Her and another employee were more focus on counting their tips and didn't bother to say anything as I stood there for about 3 minutes for her to take my order. Monica needs to take a class or two about customer service. Lastly, the portion is a joke, it's seems like your getting half a bowl! Definitely not going back to this location! read more
