She was friendly, attentive, and checked on us throughout the meal to make sure everything was perfect and that we were enjoying ourselves. Her genuine warmth and attentiveness made this the best experience we've had since we first started coming here. To me, great customer service is about more than just taking an order--it's about making guests feel welcome, comfortable, and appreciated.
