After placing my order the other day I was trying to be nice and make conversation. I mearly asked if they knew that the Verison store next door was robbed earlier. But in return was intmidated and verbally assaulted by their 6'3 350 lb employee who was half my age for absolutly no reason. He screamed at me "WHY WOULD I CARE?" I said because it's the 3rd store within 300 feet that's been robbed in the last couple of months. He then said in a loud stern voice "ARE YOU GOING TO ROB ME? SHOULD I CALL THE POLICE???" Stunned I sat down and watched as the other employees asked him what the hell just happened?? I left without my food and will NEVER return. Like I want my food prepared by someone who just spoke to me like that?? I'm 66 years old and don't need to be in fear when I go to get a meal. I reached out to the company via phone twice and email through their website but never got any response so it's clear they don't care. read more

I don't know what it is about this place but they just always seem to disappoint. I live right around the corner and used to try to go often but they rarely have white meat for their chicken bowls they just seem to be always out or they had already put it away for the night or something. Another time they couldn't accept cash for some reason, and then one time they were just closed in the middle of the day for no reason. So I just decided I was never going to go back again it was kind of a joke and then today I decided to give it another try and I go at 4 in the afternoon and they're closed with a sign that says will be back at 4:30. It's just a chicken bowl it's not the end of the world but if you're looking to get a meal here there's probably only about a 50% chance they'll be open and/or have the meal you're looking for. Not sure if the management is terrible or what the deal is but it's not worth the time anymore to find out read more

Flame Broiler is always delicious. I love the food here and the sauce. The employees are always super friendly too. The reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because last time I was here my daughter and I got stomach aches right after. I'll definitely try them again, maybe it was a coincidence since I've never had this problem before. The food here is definitely addicting. read more

The best experience I have had at a restaurant. I am from the Bay Area had flame broiler when I was a kid very sad when it shutdown and was very excited to get it while I'm here. The experience was better than I could have imagined. The staff was very welcoming when I walked in and was able to use the buy one and get one free. Not all flame broilers are created equal. Went here tonight and got 3 white meat chicken bowls and the white meat is such poor quality...you pay extra for quality chicken. It looks like dehydrated dark meat. Yuck! Also, the amount of vegetables in each bowl is laughable. We'll be going to Waba Grill from now on. read more

The woman behind the counter today needs to be retrained in customer service. I know that tofu is cooked to order and was prepared to wait for it. When I tried to order, she rolled her eyes and explained that it would take a minute, almost to try to convince me to just order the dark meat chicken instead. After telling her I didn't mind waiting, she was still apparently bothered, so I left. On a side note, I'm pretty sure it's a health code violation to work in food preparation with fake fingernails. I chose flame broiler to cater a family get together. The family wanted to stay healthy and I knew flame broiler was perfect. This flame broiler location has the best customer service I could ask for. They answered all my questions over the phone. Spoke to a lovely lady... I think her name was Bertrom... she was so nice about answering all my questions. I ordered enough chicken, rice and veggies for 20 people. When it came time to pick up my large order, everything was ready and still hot. All the food was delicious and it was a hit at the party.... not to mention totally affordable. So excited that we finally have a flame broiler in this shopping center!! I came here a couple of days ago and was not disappointed! Right when I walked in I noticed how clean it was! I was greeted by one of the employees named Brittany who was very friendly. I ordered my go to bowl of half beef half veggie. The order came out super quick and super yummy! I've been to other locations and I usually see the sauce station all gross and dirty but this location was super clean! I love that! Especially because I'm super OCD about cleanliness. As I was eating, I was asked how my food was by one of the owners who introduced himself as Jose. Never had that happened to me especially in a fast food restaurant it was actually nice to see an owner there making sure everything was running as it should. Placed an order for their chicken bowl and beef bowl, very happy with what I got!. Fresh veggies that mixed well with the chicken and beef. The chicken and beef was cooked well, great flavor and not over cooked. Both bowls hit the spot each separate day they were eaten! Definitely adding this place to my weekly meals! Worst Flame Broiler I've ever been too. Yes it true the portions are small. I basically got a half a bowl for almost $9. I don't believe the good reviews. This is the third and last time this has happened to me. The veggies were soft and over cooked. My order was to go, I walked out without a bag. Very disappointed with this location. Portions are poor, but it doesn't surprise me because they weigh the meat portions in front of you. To me this is poor etiquette. It tells me the restaurant is looking to nickle and dime every bit of their operation to save cost, that impacts the consumer. Won't return here because they want to maximize their profit while minimizing their product. If I'm paying @ $8.00 a bowl I want $8.00 in food not $5.50. So this is my second time coming here, and so far for a business that just opened, they are doing great! The service is quick, and easy going, some of the employees even speak Spanish, which helps cause my English is very limited (writing this review, using Google translate). As for the food, vegetables are fresh like the ludicrous song fresh, and so far I've only tried the Angus beef, which is delicious. Next time I'll try the chicken, but not trying the tofu, I'm not a vegan, I love myself too much for that. But if you're into that, I'm sure you'll love the Tofu, just not yourself. The sauces are bomb, they range from hot sauce for the meek, to triple hot sauce for those that can move mountains, plus their Magic sauce is straight out of Harry Potter, "Expecto Patronum!" delicious. The place is clean, including the multi-gendered bathroom. I'll be updating my review once I come to try the chicken. read more

Went in on a Friday night to get a quick bite to eat. Overall, the place is very clean and it definitely looks new. What made my experience unpleasant was how long it took to get in and out. Over 20 minutes from when i walked in to when i walked out. Not sure how much of a fan i am of the buffet style, it seemed to cause a decent amount of issues with the 2 other people in front of me taking forever to choose and them weighing our food on the scale. To top it off, i got charged for more food than I purchased and didn't notice until i got home. I know they just opened, but i can't say i would go back. read more
