This location made a terrible sandwich for me.. Last Thursday I went to a Subway in Upland and my 'Thursday turkey special sandwich' was delicious! So today I went to the Foothill, San Dimas location expecting the same. When I walked in I didn't smell bread baking. The bread on my sandwich was not fresh. They put very little turkey (compared to Upland Subway) which didn't have much taste. The gal helping me out at about 1:00 p.m. today, Monday, 7/27 acted like it was a bother for her to be making my sandwich. I was so disappointed after having a great experience at the Upland Subway. Ordered on the app 2 salads and 2 sandwiches. They ran out of white bread before 11:35am. The ham salad I ordered came with brown wilted lettuce, worker didn't cut the meat, cheese, tomatoes, or cucumber. Left it all whole like they were putting in on a sandwich. We went back to the store and all the lettuce was bad so we decided to make it a sandwich instead. The worker didn't return the price of the salad and then charge us for the sandwich. So I not only had to go back to the store to fix a nasty salad, I also got a sandwich for salad price. Very disappointed with the service and quality of the food. read more

If I could give a zero or negative rating I would. I ordered an almost $30 sandwich off the subway app and for whatever reason never got picked up so I then proceeded to call the store 3 times and no answer. I left work to go confront the store regarding the sandwich and it had been sitting for an hour mind you it's chicken and then the worker opens the sandwich and it's does not look appealing at all I ask for the sandwich to be remade where then the worker called the owner MARIA. She proceeded to call me I liar and said I didn't order for delivery that I was wrong and that they don't do delivery talked over me the whole time and did not even let me explain nor heard her own worker that I showed her proof that I ordered for delivery thru the subway app then the DoorDash lady shows up for the order and now Maria says I'll remake it but a simple sandwich not what you paid for. Here is proof of the disgusting sandwich that she would not remake and proof that the store does not answer. If I could post with zero stars , I would. Worst service. When I walked into restaurant, no 'hello welcome to subway'. I ordered the subway club. The owner Maria made my sandwich. She skimped on the meat and cheese and refused to give me the vegetables I wanted. I order the subway club every time I go to subway, which is often. This sandwich was the absolute smallest subway sandwich I've ever had. It looked nothing like the picture on the menu. This woman was rude, she ruined my experience. I will never return to Maria's subway. I hope she doesn't worry about this, but I'm going to tell everyone I know not to go to her establishment. Rude cheap owners don't deserve customers. read more

I came here today on August 1 with my friend around 10 o'clock in the morning I had specifically asked the guy there who was working alone which is very unfortunate considering that there was a long line and he was alone. Ordered two sandwiches online. Apparently, they DID'NT have flatbread as per the order. Without verification from "me" the customer they decided to use white bread? Due to my health condition, I DON'T consume a lot of bread. **I didn't accept the order altered w/out my approval. The flat bread finally arrived and they tried to pull a slick one on me!!! They were scooping the filling from the old sandwich to the flatbread? That is NASTY!!!! It's cold and now it's more undesirable!!! Order sandwiches. I had a coupon for a free six inch sub when buying a footlong. I presented the coupon which was still valid per the date on the coupon. The coupon was not accepted. The girl called her manager who said they don't take the coupons. (Every subway I've been too does, it was the common coupon sheet that comes in the mail). The manager said coupons are accepted at "participating locations" and she didn't participate. She offered a twenty percent discount......far from being free. Keep in mind, there wasn't any sign or notice indicating her Subway didn't accept coupons. I left the 6" sub behind and left. If you have coupons......I wouldn't go there. read more

If I was the owner of this subway I'd put cameras WITH audio above the sandwich makers!! I know their independently owned because my son worked at three of them in high school. He floated to short staffed stores and helped out, but mostly worked at this one or claremont. Otherwise I'd write a formal complaint to corporate. Went in, nobody else there, guy working said "im the only one here so you have to wait while I bla bla bla" and went into the bathroom. Ok. I tried to be friendly and when I asked if he washed his hands after exiting the bathroom and hearing the toilet flush with immediate exit from the bathroom, I was smiling. He didn't like that any better then me just walking in the door. Onward and upward, he said to wait a minute and disappeared. I could tell that this was going to be daunting for him so I made sure I asked no questions and had my order clear. The music was blaring so I had difficulty hearing him, plus he was mumbling as if he absolutely HATED his job and helping me, so I had difficulty hearing him. After several times of him snapping at me downright nasty and borderline bullying me, I said forget it and left. As I was walking out he said "yeah, fine, go". I'm NEVER entering this establishment again! I LOVE to yelp great reviews and anyone is welcome to check my history. But this is one time that I felt literally hated for just walking in the door. This location is near my job and so I buy lunch here often. I can't speak on the service since I order on the app and pick up. I've never had any issues with that. The only complaint I have is the way my Wraps or sandwiches are cut. They cut on a diagonal making it extremely messy to eat! For this, I am deducting a star. I try to remember to write a note not to cut my food this way but sometimes I forget. I wish they could just stop doing this. read more

A recently read modeled the Subway Sandwich shop, they installed a stainless steel cover over the meat and cheese. You can no longer look and see how fresh or what? They're putting in your Sandwich. Whether it's even what you ask for and can't tell if they pile lettuce and tomato on top of it and you take it home. And it's the wrong item. It's not what I go to the Sandwich shop 4 I wanna see what goes in to my Sandwich. I will not return to that location ever. read more
