The staff was very friendly. The rice was cooked nicely and the sauces very good. Disappointed with the food. I ordered two veggie bowls but when I got home I realized there was meat mixed in with the tofu. I told staff we wanted vegetarian. The vegetables were very undercooked, pretty much all carrot and cabbage very little broccoli. The coleslaw is just chopped up cabbage and carrots with no sauce. Too much cabbage and carrots. This is a great place for meat eaters! read more

Came here on a 30 min lunch. Placed my order and had it in my hands in a few quick minutes. The staff is nice and friendly. I ended up putting waaaay too much hot sauce on my food and it was almost uneatable. They offered to replace it for me. That's some good customer service right there. With a runny nose and biting mouth, I was confident I could finish this fire bowl lol read more

I tend to come here often. Some of these workers look too grubby and Need to wear a beard cover or shave it when working with other people's food. The owner should have already been on that. I'm sorry but portion size is a big thing to me. I hate when restaurants give tiny scoops of protein sources and load you up on carbohydrates. That's exactly my experience was with this flame broiler. The wait time was ridiculous as well. Does not compare to the flame broiler off haven and 210 freeway. Very unhappy with my portion size of meat. I felt the meal was fit for my toddler. It's a big deal to me to get my money worth when it comes to my protein source. I need 40+ grams of protein in my meal. I weighed the beef from my beef bowl and it was 2.8 ounces. I had to cook 5 ounce chicken breast to get enough protein which took more time out of my day. Help America build muscle by loading protein and reducing carbs. We have enough obese Americans suckin down other sources of cheap carbs. I will avoid this flame broiler and stick to the haven/210 one for appropriate measurements. read more

The restaurant is always clean and the gentleman that's usually making the bowls and ringing you up is very friendly. The food tastes great but I have noticed that they are putting a lot more rice now than veggies and protein. I wish they had a shrimp choice like waba grill. That being said I still recommend eating here for great food and service. read more

Normally I'm a fan of Flame Broilers healthy food & this was my 1st time at this location. One girl took my order, then inexplicably walked away from the register. Another girl came up & rang me up. After waiting 20 min for my tofu bowl I went to find out what the delay was. The new guy at the counter asked if I ordered online. When I showed him my receipt he said no one had put it in...WHY?? He asked if I wanted my money back, or if I'd like them to make it now. I opted for the latter (which took ANOTHER 10.min.), and only received a perfunctory "sorry", but no offer of anything to compensate for my wasted time. I WON'T be back to THIS location again! read more

I frequent FB regularly and this by far was my most disappointing experience. First and foremost the portion size was smaller than other sites and to make matters worse my veggies included two large in eatable HUNKS of cabbage core. I brought it to the cashiers attention and he shrugged his shoulders and told the person in the kitchen. No attempt to make it right with me. The place was clean enough although no one came out to wipe down the tables after they were vacated. My experience at other FB is that the staff are always wiping down and sweeping/ moping up. Oh well there's another FB about a mile away. No need to return to this location. read more

Worst Flame Broiler ever! The rice was not cooked all the way chicken dry and burnt the cooks didn't even use gloves. The cook put his hand in the broccoli grab it with his dirty fingers then but it in a pot to cook it and touched his face then came to the front to help customer and didn't wash his hands. I wouldn't normally write a bad review but I was so frustrated by the way things went. I went in at 1:30 today and just ordered a side of chicken and because of health reasons the only veggie I can have that they offer are the green onions. After ordering, telling them I just wanted chicken and lots of green onions I paid. Then they tell me they hardly have any onions, so rather than giving me any both people just paused and seemed as though I couldn't have any. I had asked for a bigger bowl than the tiny one I got so I would be able to toss the onions chicken and hot sauce together and was denied the ability and then had to push for any onions. I wasn't even given a bag so I had to carry my chicken and sauces in my hands, very unhappy. Now don't get me wrong, I was told the shipment was not there yet and I know that isn't their fault but I am a paying customer. If I had been allowed to eat anything else it wouldn't have bothered me as much to not have onions but because I explained to them I couldn't eat anything else I felt they could have handled things differently. I have been here a few times and haven't had the best service but this was by far the worst. read more

Well my first impression of this location was when I entered there was a weird smell like as if they just finished mopping the floor with a smelly dirty mop I quickly ordered my works bowl with brown rice to go as I waited notice they were not too busy until a minute into waiting it began to get busy so glad because 3 mins after I got my order so I didn't stay and left. Getting to work to eat the taste was pretty good they could have made the veggies a little softer mine were a bit hard and to crunchy for my liking but other than that for quick lunch it was alright read more

Okay first off the place was so nasty, not even clean. I ordered a tofu bowl with avocado, avocado was not half a slice like it normally is. Tofu was not cooked well done and they were out of water cups. A business that is out of water cups and then on top of not being clean is stupid. The vegetables are all chopped up together in one container, super bad in my opinion because what if you do not like carrots or the other one? I always go to the other flame broilers and I always only get cabbage but at this one I literally had to get all the veggies I hate because of a stupid management choice. I go to many different flame broilers, even the one in Upland that is owned by his cousin and it is ran so much better. The floor was so dirty at this location and since they were out of water cups, the lady literally charged me for a soda cup and said I could put water in it. Yet when my daughter and I went to fill up the cup, the one worker guy was watching us to make sure we were getting water.... like are you freaking kidding me. Rude attitude. MESSY place. Floors need to be mopped asap and it was just Sunday morning not even 1pm yet. How can the floors be that messy. On top of it they seriously need to hire new people, that is why they still have the help wanted sign up. They need to seriously step up their game. read more

We ordered catering from this Flame Broiler for a baby shower. The manager was very helpful making sure that we ordered the right combination of food for our group of 25. The food was made fresh, and was just being packaged when we arrived to pick it up. The staff was friendly and helpful and our guests raved about the delicious food. Tried to order a chicken bowl with white meat on Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018 at 630 pm. Posted hours said 7pm closing. Was told the grill was turned off 1/2 hour before I arrived. Not sure how they would warm up my non-white meat had I stayed to order it, which I did not...but I wasn't about to eat microwave warmed or cold meat on my rice! As I left, If noticed the neon "Open" sign was turned off and it was difficult to tell if the place was open which I am sure was the point so the kids could leave work at exactly 7 or before. The boys working were cleaning up and ready to go before the place was to close. The last time tried to eat here at this location they were cleaning with a spray bottle and blue cleaner over my food. read more

Stopped in today for lunch. Location was clean including the restrooms. Food was fresh and delicious however took a little long to come out. Longer than normal. I only saw one cook back there which seems like it could be a little much especially for the lunch crowd. We will still be back tho. read more
