This Flame Broiler has become my favorite post workout lunch spot . The food never disappoints! The quality and flavor is the best from all the other similar restaurants. I highly recommend the chicken with brown rice and veggies but I have also tried the salmon and beef which were also super flavorful. I love that I can still track with my macros because all the nutritional information is easily available and their ingredients are definitely better quality than all the others I have compared them too. Everything has always been 10/10 when I come here, including the service. I've just started a new job and I'm in training in Ontario. I love flame broiler because I'm vegan. So when I get tofu bowls usually they give me lots of tofu. I usually go to the flame broiler near where I work but I ended up going the wrong way and finding this one. I saw the stars were low but gave it the benefit of the doubt. Terrible idea. I swear they gave me less tofu and their store was so hot! Omg. Please turn on the AC.. I still want more tofu. $7.50 I'm going to a different location and never to this one again. :P read more

When this store first opened we fell in love with Flame Broiler but more recently it's not the same. The quality of food is horrible and the employees aren't friendly at all, those poor people must really hate their jobs. They also never answer the phone. I usually call in to cut the wait time a bit but these people must not hear the phone ringing. Thankfully the location on 19th and Carnelian is not too far away. The manager in charged walked up to me and informed me that the chicken was being made fresh and it would only be another short moment. Man, when I took a bite of my chicken, I was in shock how fresh it was, it literally tasted like it was fire grilled so I know the manager was being honest when he said it was fresh. We always go to the two different locations in Upland as they are always delicious. We happen to be in this area in Rancho Cucamonga so we decided to stop in to purchase a couple of chicken bowls. So the day that we went in into this location it was triple digits outside ... so we walk inside and look at the thermostat that reads 95°. It was Disgustingly hot in there and filthy. There was a weird smell in there as well. The man working was drenched in sweat and that alone was absolutely unsanitary and disgusting. We decided to take our bowls to go because it was so hot in there and so filthy!!! It gets worse, the second we got into my car and roll up my windows and turn the air on you can instantly smell the spoiled food. The broccoli was definitely spoiled because it was so damn hot in there. The smell was unbelievable. So we pulled over and threw them away. A big waste of money. Thank God we threw the bowls away or we would have had food poison. There was NO need for us go back and deal with the man working. He wasn't the friendliest. The one star is not due to the food. The food was great, five stars. The one star is due to the unsafe working conditions of the employees. It Is the summer and it was ridiculously hot in there. It was over 100° outside, so you can imagine how hard it was for the employees grilling inside. Even with The ceiling fans on circulating the hot air I debated whether the extra sauce packets were worth the potential heat stroke. Five stars is for the food but most importantly the cashier made sure that even as she struggled to breathe we got great customer service she got all our items with a smile and she acted like it was no big deal. I will Just like to give her a shout her out and tell her that I appreciate everything she did for us And hats off to the chef who was struggling with that he in front of the grill. We need more employees like them workforce And management really needs to do something about that air conditioning problem because I've been to that location multiple times in the past month and it seems like it's been broken for a while now but the summer just keeps getting hotter. That will cause a company some serious issues if it's not fixed soon. read more
