Bumped into this place 2 days ago and it was such a pleasant surprise! As the man taking my order patiently answered all my questions, I immediately knew he was the owner. As for the food, I've had the chicken Alfredo pasta and it was sooo good. The Alfredo sauce had the perfect texture and creaminess, just how I like it. The medium heat is a little too much for me, so I stick with mild and I'm good. The Cajun pasta is also delicious. I add chicken and ground Italian sausage instead of shrimp--because I don't always like shrimp--and listen... adding the ground Italian sausage hits. So yummy. This place is good, period. I've been supporting this business for about a year. The service is good, friendly staff, clean and delicious food HOWEVER, I don't know what happened on 12/23/25! I ordered the large Chicken Alfredo pasta bowl combo with no heat in the sauce. I was so disappointed when I got home and saw that the bowl had no Alfredo sauce but drenched in olive oil! The customer service was exceptional! There was a lot of flavor and it was extremely filling. I couldn't even finish it all. The only negative thing is was that it was a bit too soupy/liquidy for me. They don't open until 11:30 but I needed the trays for a brunch at 10:45 and they were able to accommodate for that! My brother picked it up and he said it was so easy to go in and pick up. I go a little heavy on my pasta sauce, however I found there to be way too much on 3 out of the 4 pastas we ordered. My wife and I both opted for the create your own pasta. You get to pick your pasta, up to 5 veggies, a protein and a sauce. What you get is a large serving of pasta in a fast casual setting. The kid's pasta was easily enough for two small kids to share. This is great if you like a lot of sauce on your pasta and large serving sizes. We all had leftovers to take home.
