Well, we didn't eat so I cannot comment on the food other than it looked decent. Ultimately it was the service that killed this for us. After being sat quickly, our drink order was placed but we didn't get drinks for about 15 minutes or so. We ordered but after waiting another hour for our food it came out completely cold. We watched our food sit at the window for at least 7 minutes before it was served. We didn't stay to eat and left the food at the table. While we were there we watched several people leave from the hostess stand after waiting to be seated and never even being greeted by a hostess. Another table send back all their food because it was both cold and not made to order. One table left after sitting for 20 minutes without a server to take their order. They ran out of clean silverware. Maybe they were short staffed? Maybe they need a new manager? Overall, I wasn't remotely impressed. It was lentil based with arugula, tomato, onion and I added pickles. Also requested a side of sweet potato fries. First of all, I asked the young lady did they remember the pickles? She said, "they should of" which means check. They did not remember the pickles but she quickly got some for me. I also don't like for someone to bare hand my food. I could NOT finish my "burger". Tyler absolutely loved this place! We stopped in for lunch and the service was quick and the atmosphere was busy but clean and vibrant. You can choose to order at the counter and then take a seat where your food is brought out to you on the coolest little boards or you can sit at the bar and receive a full waited service. The burgers were absolutely awesome and cost about $8.75 each. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Think higher end, higher quality, and way more delicious version of a Burger King burger. Tyler loved his BBQ burger and my create your own was just as delicious which is difficult when it's just a plain cheeseburger. Our burgers were definitely the high point of our meal. We also ordered the Parmesan truffle fries (2.95) and a chocolate shake (about $3) to split. I thought the fries lacked seasoning even though they were packed with Parmesan. Tyler did not care for the fries at all and said he will probably stick to regular fries next time. The chocolate gelato shake had a strange aftertaste but they have other more exciting flavors we will probably try instead next time. Much different from a normal burger joint! You can really taste the difference in their burgers. Was in the mood for a really good burger and have been wanting to try this place out. Today was my cheat day and I was really, really hungry so I decided to go all in and get the Goliath burger. They call it the Goliath for a reason..this thing was HUUGEE. Two patties sandwiched between another bun with melty American cheese, special sauce, pickles, onions and lettuce. Burger was also cooked a perfect medium. I proudly, and shamefully finished the entire thing..a girl has to eat! Hubby got the flamme burger which he also really enjoyed. You can really tell that the burgers were grilled on a woodfire and haven't had any burger from a restaurant provide this great unique taste. All of the burgers are customizable and allow you to add additional toppings and pick your bun type including gluten free buns. We also got the wood fired wings, which love the fact that they were grilled and not fried to break up all the fried and greasiness you would expect from burger and fries. Wings were charred just right and we're still juicy and delicious. We also really enjoyed the queso fries-we got our order to go and the queso came in small to go containers on the side so the fries were still crispy when we got home. Queso was a little spicy and had a hint of Parmesan flavor to it. Oh..and the espresso shake! This was sinfully chocolately, rich, and well just downright good! We went last night (which was a Friday night), and had TERRIBLE service. I feel slightly bad giving a 1-star since the food was really good...once we got it. There were four of us, and it was a slow and steady Friday night. There were empty tables around the restaurant and there was no wait when we arrived, or any time during the two hours we were there. We were excited to try this new spot, and Taxman had a tap takeover which was neat! Food: The burgers really are phenomenal and have a delicious, smoky-grilled flavor. I got the blue cheese burger which has blue cheese, bacon, blue cheese spread, and I added a slice of cheddar. Seriously..it was amazing! We ordered an order of regular fries and an order of sweet potato fries, but they did not come out with our burgers. We literally had to tell our waiter three times that we were still missing our fries (even though we already had our burgers and dips for said fries). I am still so baffled by this occurrence, since he wrote our entire order down by seat! So strange. The regular ones were good, but the sweet potato fries were soggy and clearly not cooked all the way. We ordered three dips and got only two of what we chose, and were given the chipotle one instead of the truffle. The chipotle dip was good, but we didn't order it. The bill: Again, he wrote our order down by seat so I am still very confused by this. He brought two copies of the same receipt to have us tell him for what seemed like the 20th time what we had, because he was "so confused", and "you guys are going to need to figure this out". Wow. It seems like somebody with a fast food background just figured if they put something in Fishers, they can charge twice what it's worth due to location. We came here check out a new place but quickly figured out that there is no table service (contrary to the plaque when you walk in.) I asked for Sun King as it was listed prominently at the register but they were out. I opted for Blue Moon and it came out about 10 minutes later and it was not garnished with an orange as it has been at every other restaurant and bar I have ever been to. The layout of this place is absurd. You walk in and are supposed to grab a menu, pretty extensive to make a choice from in the 3 steps it takes to get to the register and make your choice and order it, then you fill your own cup and go sit down. My wife and I ordered 1 burger each, 1 fry each and she got a water and I got a $5 beer and the bill was $31. I can go to Five Guys and get the same service, 3 times as many fries and pay $15 less for an awesome burger. So we sat down at a table and 5 minutes later, our fries came out. They told us they came out early. Another 4 minutes went by and my burger came out. Another 5 minutes went by before my wife's burger came out. So I was half done before my wife's burger came out because she told me to eat it while it was hot. The burger itself was a bbq burger. Their burger was pretty decent but was very much like Five Guys. The toppings were weak. It had bbq sauce, a few small shoestring onions, and jalapeño pepper slices. It wasn't great. I expect a $10 burger to be a quality burger loaded with something as I have seen in every other good burger joint. Overall, I am extremely disappointed. If I paid $18 for both of our items, I would have been ok with it but this was over the top poor for the price. On a side note, a place that has $30 meals for 2 had menus that had photos that were pixelated. The rest of the menu was printed properly including the flame background but the management didn't even think it was important enough to provide the printer with good photos of their own products for THE MENU! It's just a list of things that show me that they are only out to make money and not provide a nice restaurant experience. We definitely won't be back. read more

Delicious burgers cooked over a wood fired grill. The restaurant has a great lively atmosphere and vibe. It's not the standard dine-in restaurant experience. You order when you walk in, then find a table to sit down and your meal is delivered to you shortly after. The service was fast. The staff was very friendly and attentive. When my family and I ordered, the cashier told us all about the restaurant and the high quality meats they use in their burgers. The burgers are made from a blend of brisket, short rib and sirloin. They are also hormone and antibiotic free. Given that quality, I think the price point is great. I tried the bacon cheddar burger, truffle parmesan fries and a vanilla bean milkshake, all of which were fantastic! We also tried the sweet potato fries; they were not crispy and mediocre at best. Very impressed! This is my second time at this chain, but the first time at this site. My husband and I went here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. He ordered the American burger (only $5!) and thought it was the best burger that he had eaten in a very long time...even better than some of Indy's specialty burger places. We shared the parmesan truffle fries, which were absolutely delicious (not for those who don't like cheese, though). I ordered the BLT salad, which was good! Nothing incredible, but well made and there wasn't too much dressing. We couldn't have waited linger than 5 minutes for our meal. Impressed with the promptness and service and food! They even gave us amazing chocolate chip cookies for free! My first visit, I got the kid's cheeseburger. It was delicious and actually fairly filling. Service was dreadfully slow with the high school summer kids, minus the nice guy that wiped our table immediately before we sat down. The burgers were served on a wooden board with a small fryer basket of fries. Very eye catching food-porn. Close your virgin eyes, now. Now that "Flamme burger" with melty gruyere, crispy applewood bacon, siracha aioli, and Serrano peppers for some heat was served piping hot. That's how I like my burgers. Pssst...HOT off the press! The beef used is also full of flavor, free of fillers. The fries could use some improvement though. Soggy and undercooked, even the table across from us sent it back. Arguably one of the best burgers I've ever had! You can totally taste the homemade difference and fresh ingredients. They moved to a new location and they serve you instead of self serve like before. We had a new waitress and she was sweet, but we had a lot of questions that she she was unsure about, she always offered to go find the answer though. We had the pretzel bites for an appetizer- it was so amazing! I just wish there more! I had the Flamme Burger with pretzel bun and their fries and it was sooooo bomb. I am sad they are not downtown fishers anymore because they are further from me and new location they are at is so hidden away compared to before. Definitely not what I expected when I walked inside, but still a really neat place in the Fishers area! You order at the front counter right when you walk in. The menu offers your basic American cuisine of burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, salads, and shakes. You take a number, and the employee brings your meal out to you once it's ready. I ordered the Bacon Cheddar burger, but I substituted the burger for a veggie burger. It was pretty good! The veggie burger was a little too "beany" for my style, but I still ate most of it. But holy fries! The highlight of my experience were the giant serving of fries! A single order is pretty large, but they were delicious so I'm not complaining ;) The coolest part: it has the open kitchen layout, so you could watch the chefs make your burgers and fries! I've been wanting to try Flamme Burger for a while but the Fishers location was pretty far away (I live in Danville) so I hadn't made it. I was near Keystone at the Crossing running some errands and decided to grab some food. By dumb luck, I discovered Flamme's move near the Fashion Mall (thanks, Yelp app!) and easily placed an order online, to go. I'll elaborate here because the online ordering process wasn't just easy, it was incredibly thorough. I didn't have to create an account, didn't have to speak to anyone on the phone, and barely had to speak to anyone upon arrival. It only took about 15 minutes to prepare my meal, which I picked up at about 4:45 p.m. on a Saturday. There were just a few other patrons in the restaurant at the time. Upon walking in, you're immediately welcomed with the pleasant aroma of wood-burned beef - the kind that sticks to you when you leave. Their specialty is burgers, sourced with local, black angus beef, and they have more than a dozen to choose from, along with several bun options (brioche, whole wheat, gluten free, lettuce wrap, pretzel bun, no bun). They also offer a variety of chicken and salad entrees, but I stuck with the Blue Burger on a pretzel bun with truffle parmesan fries. I knew the fries wouldn't maintain their hot, crispy integrity for the 45-minute drive home, so I smashed half of them in the car. The burger was wrapped well enough in foil that it was still warm and ready to eat when I got home. It was the perfect size and flavorful. The entire bill was about $15 so it's not super cheap, but I'd say it's one of the top burger joints in Indy based on food quality, and still affordable. Now that they're at a more convenient location, I expect to come back again. They also get bonus points from me for being just a couple of doors down from Gigi's Cupcakes. read more

5/5 hands down! We ordered delivery through door dash and the food was incredible! We ordered the Flamme Burger & Flamme Chicken and the queso Flamme fries. When the food arrived we put it in the oven for a couple of minutes to reheat. Flamme kindly left the queso off the fries and put it into a side cup. This makes it super convenient for reheating! All the food was amazing! The chicken was fried perfectly and the sauce was delicious! The burger was equally amazing with the addition of onions straws. My only hope for future orders, would be the addition of compostable containers. Other than that, we'll definitely order from Flamme again but cannot wait to go in person! read more
