I have come here many times with my two teenage kids, they always love Flanni's. This particular round of food was quick, wings were great and the waitress was attentive. The only reason I am rating 4 stars is my burger (which I ordered medium) came more rare than I have ever seen on a burger. Do yourself a favor- unless your a vampire- order medium well, unless you like the warmed over middle :-) Every time that I am here, I can count on a manager to come by and ask how was everything? I didn't mention the burger as we were on a time crunch that night and I didn't want to have to wait for another one. And I'm not about the 'complain to get it free type'. read more

I have been coming to Flanigan's almost monthly over the past years. All locations over South Florida. Usually Flanigan's is amazing. One of my favorite places to eat Every time I order the same thing "Full Rack of Ribs" . This time the rack was unbearable to eat. My only reason for such a low rating for this particular Flannigan's is the HORRENDOUS parking lot system. I had a group of friends (6 in total) driving in three different cars from BJ's Brewhouse by Intl' Mall to Flannigan's. While one car managed to park within 5 minutes, the other two took upwards of 20 minutes just to park. Now, we could have parked in other lots, but it was 1 in the morning and the parking lots nearby were either not lit or not attended. We were sat down fairly quickly by the hostess and sat near the bar, thinking drinks would be handed to us fairly quickly. I ordered the pitcher of beer(every drink order was 50% because of late night happy hour) with fries. My friends ordered various drinks like the Flannitini, a daiquiri and of course lots of beer. Our waiter was courteous at first, but he left a lot to be desired as far as attending to us and making sure we were doing well. Our bills came out being dirt cheap, and we tipped fine. I just suggest taking one car for your group of friends if at all possible and make sure to get a table close to the bar - your drinks will arrive much faster that way. read more

I was so glad this Flanigan was operating during difficult time I alway take my family to have a good time and enjoy the day having a good dinner over here they alway busy cuz the food and special are amazing and the service was exceptional this is the second time it happen that we wait 30 minutes to get a table and 20 minutes to get a server on the table the server was so busy with 6 tables including my table party of 7 only one guy I did have to helping to get my dishes to the kitchen I request to speak to a manager who's name was angel I ask him if I can get a brownie as desert and the check I'm not complaining about the server but 1 guy taking care of 36 people including my table was not acceptable running out staff or having preferences is losing service and loyal customer I definitely thinking to not come back to this place again plus's I almost get charged for a piña colada lucky I notice before I pay my check I had the worse for Flanigan's read more

I am a personal fan of Fanigans. It is a good choice for a last second celebration or happy hour. I would give them four stars, but I feel that service of this Flanigans tends to lack compared to other locations. I was there recently with a group of 8 people and the waiter would mix up orders and rarely ask if we needed anything extra. In addition, parking is a headache, so you need to arrive earlier just for parking. Weekday perks: Mondays: Free loaded nachos with first pitcher; Wednesdays: Free order of 10 wings with every order. They have others, but I cant remember. Happy Hour starts at 9, which is 50% off every alcoholic drink. After 10 pm you get free order of wings for every pitcher you order. read more

Service was marginal. Ordered a barbecue chicken sandwich with blue cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion. Received chicken breast with blue cheese on a roll. Asked the server for the lettuce and red onion and when she came back, she had lettuce and white onion. She explained they don't have red onion, which was in the salad my friend was eating. I proceeded to open my sandwich to put the lettuce on only to find tinfoil stuck to the chicken. She quickly took it on a napkin to point out to the manager and explained this is because it's cooked on foil and it happens. Manager showed up ten minutes later, after dancing in the doorway deciding whether or not to come over. Asked 'so who had the chicken sandwich'? That quickly followed with the same explanation that it's cooked on foil and it happens, then walked away. Wonder if that was the same explanation I would have received if I ate the foil. Not to mention the cold, hard and dry curly fries. Caesar side salad was good though, even with the $3.99 up charge. In the end, the manager took 10% off the check, or the equivalent of my Caesar salad. read more

Everytime I come into Flannigans I'm hit in the face with a burst of nostalgia. The narrow entrance that squeezes us all in as if we're already family, mixed with the chatter of Miamians (which means loud lol), gives this place real character. Add to the decor, which screams Florida fishing culture. The food is generally pretty good when I go. I came this time for a meetup with old friends. Our waiter was pretty nice and patient with us. We ordered a few pitchers of Yuenglng for the fellas and the ladies had some Blue Long Islands. The beer came out fast and cold. The ladies had some pretty solid drinks ( as I tasted for quality assurance ). I would say the lighting can be better. Overall though the experience was pretty good for what we wanted. Went there late on a Friday night going into Saturday and we were sitting near the bar towards the back so we could easily see the kitchen. One of the waitress her name tag said "Mitchell" was preparing a Banzai Brownie for a customer when I witnessed her putting the little plastic cup she was using to scoop the Oreos out the plastic container to her MOUTH not once but twice. Think about that for a moment. She used the same little plastic container the size you would get a side of dressing in. This is unsatisfactory, unsafe and if anyone gets a cold or even worse she's to blame. Really makes you think twice about eating out. I have had some pretty horrible experiences and some pretty terrible food from here, which has caused me not to come back for a long time, but yesterday afternoon was an awesome surprise. Me and my fiancée sat at the bar. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and he got the chicken stickers. We would've ate every single thing on the plate, but my cheeseburger was just bigger than my stomach...everything was amazing! I had my doubts because the place was packed but the food came out perfectly! The fries were golden crispy, my burger was a PERFECT medium and the chicken were crispy, even though they were tossed in sauce. You can tell the food spent no time under a heat lamp. Also, the 50% off happy hour at the bar was an added bonus. Too bad it's not available the restaurant too. Overall the lunch shift here does it right! I've never had a good dinner here though, always bad service and gross food. Go for lunch! read more
