I always come here for my annual inspection. It's quick, cheap and friendly. Chelsea at the register inside is so nice and gave me a super helpful tip today about registration renewal. You're in and out usually in 30 min!

In regard to your response Frank I'll expose again why no one should use you. To start I used you…read moreafter the break issue we resolved to give you a shot. I bring up that brake issue because it eventually became a pattern of dropping the ball, and repeated issues 1. My car had to be towed because basic logic well known issue for GMC/Chevy 6.2 liter V8 engines have a lifter issue which requires engine replacement. The car wasn't in bad shape as you say. Cadillac dealership said I should have it towed due to the knocking sound. My car has always been kept immaculate. Yes you quoted a fair price, it was Lambs in Lakeway that was ridiculous and most people know they are. The engine took long because they sent the wrong engine and in regards to my finances it wasn't I couldn't pay . I was at the mercy of you and I was nothing but polite every single interaction with you. Your dropped the ball so many times and you actually asked me for advance payment at one point because you needed to pay your taxes . I didn't want to pay you UPFRONT Frank. You fix then pay, that's most every way it's done . You didn't have the money to cover costs which is a concern regarding running a business. I had also just spent money on another car repair and boat repairs . The car sat as I decided what I wanted to do. As far as stating you could have charged me storage you never once mentioned that and I have every phone call that proves that. Pretty shady of you to pull that out on your reply here. Again not on single time did you ever mention storage fees. So please don't act as if it was some favor you did. The car went in for an engine replacement. As you confirmed the day you put the engine in to test drive you call me telling me I need steering column replacement. Yes I have you on recording Frank stating that indeed the lift and big tires were the culprit. The steering was completely fine and it had not been driven once per you as we waited for the engine issue and replacement to be resolved. You now understand why I recorded you. You can't remember what you told me. I didn't struggle to pay you. I had a boat in repair and another car a Range Rover in repair. I communicated to you very professionally. By the way let's remember you had me pay up front on everything. It was the engine that was ordered that was delayed. 2. Regarding the transmission line. Let the public see this post. I pick up my car from Frank and I make it about a quarter to half a mile or so down road and what becomes the problem is the transmission line. Frank I have that call to you recorded as well and your claim that I accelerated or false and blew the line is total BS. It had nothing to do with big tires. I'm saving all my facts, statements from GM certified techs , and video of your guy coming over to "fix" it. Within a day or 2 it went out again and I made you tow it for free. It was your guy that you sent and had him do what he did and sent me on my way and that all was fine only to have it sent back to you. By the way on our recorded call you tried to lead me to believe with certainty it was one thing when in fact you were wrong and called me with another reason. Again grateful I recorded both those conversations. The reputable mechanics I discussed were my brothers out of Houston. My brother owns a professional garage and luxury and collector car biz for 22 years. The other reputable people was a connection I had out of A Cadillac dealer in Dallas. I mentioned this to you and so logically my car stayed locally with you. 3. The whole issue about you spending 200 for the detail I will just say to anyone reading this look at the pics of my Escalade left in his care. Never should have happened Frank. By the way I took a time stamp video of my car before it went back to you. I didn't spill the oil. That's a regular engine oil. Why would I need engine oil to leave in my backseat after you just repaired and did an engine replacement. Again shady of you to blame that on me. And by the way I had to waste 3 hours of my work day sitting there waiting on a detail. Completely unprofessional. 4. I asked you you fix my windshield wiper motor while you had it. You never did. I kept asking you very time you had the car and I have your texts alone that show you forgot several times. same thing Frank regarding the transmission thermostat. I asked you several times, you came out to fix my running board and forgot to get the transmission thermostat and windshield motor. Again pretty crazy you fixed my transmission yet our texts show you dropping the ball on the thermostat. I have lost count on the amount of texts I have that show you never show up on time. I'm done with my response. I'll update this post after claims court.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for quite sometime now, but this location was a first for me…read more Normally I go in for a hybrid oil change and have complimentary air put into my tires, then go about the rest of my day. That would generally cost me about $90. Yesterday I end up leaving Jiffy Lube having spent almost THREE-HUNDRED DOLLARS ($285!!!!) I have never had to spend this much at a normal routine oil change ever in my life. As soon as I arrived, the first thing they did was try to sell me any service they possibly could, and though I understand it is a business, it was all they tried to do to me the entire time I was there; one thing after another after another. They told me I should get my tires rotated that it was 29.99$, and I didn't think I needed that but I agreed at first. Then they told me I needed an oil flush that was gonna be 29.99$, so I'm thinking okay this is too much, if you MUST insist, I guess we should but then I won't get the tires changed. THEN, they come back in and tell me I have low brake fluid, but I'm thinking wait a moment, I NEVER ASKED you to run a test on that, we'll come back to that. So I'm thinking what is going on right now. One of the lady's there quotes me 110$. She insists that I get it or my car would be in trouble. So I felt obligated to say to repair it. After all of that is finished, I'm being cashed out and she tells me I'm only being charged for three items. I go to check my bill, and I see that I have hidden fees thrown on my bill. And not to mention that she tried scamming me out of my money by charging me 40$ more on the brake fluid. It was NOT an accident, and we will get back to that. How does someone get charged almost 300$ for a simple routine that should have taken within 30 minutes? They tell you that you need all of these extra services, run tests, make you pay for those, and then hope you do not check your bill, and you are falsely charged. The only reason I did not complain about the test, was because I ended up getting the brake fluid anyways. I am not even sure that it was true that that was my test or they used a false test to get me to pay for extra services. The entire crew seemed extremely sketchy. And I am not just saying that because of my experience there, they literally kept checking over their shoulders at moments when they were 'checking' something about each persons car. Coming back to billing, I paid and went over my bill as another woman after me went to cash out, she thoroughly checked her bill and complained that there were a couple things overpriced as well and I heard her saying that she was quoted something different and the worker just said 'oh I'm sorry I'll change that.' How many times has this happened? And twice in a row, too? I had to go back and get partial refund because she thought we wouldn't check our bills!! These individual owners are allowing their workers to take advantage and scam their customers. If they had the nerve to do that to customers one after the other and all in our face, imagine the ones who did not realize and were completely scammed out of their pockets. I cannot believe I almost spent all of that money there and I'm not even sure if these prices are correct or if I needed that service in the first place. We come there trusting we'll be taken care of and the absolute opposite happens.

Two words: UNPROFESSIONAL and DECEITFUL…read more I truly don't know where to begin. I despise writing a poor review for a locally-owned business, but after months of being led-on and ignored, I am writing this in hopes of saving someone else's precious time. My husband was in a car wreck in October 2025. The person who rear-ended him has terrible insurance, so we decided to file a claim through our insurance, Allstate. Capital City Collision provided us a quote that our insurance did not agree with. An Allstate negotiator went back and forth with the shop. Part of the issue was my husband's truck had after-market parts that were damaged. Our Allstate negotiator, Elizabeth, called us to confirm that she was able to get funds approved by her manager and they reached an agreement on pricing with the shop. A check for $2,207.66 was sent to the shop to start ordering parts. According to Allstate, the shop cashed the check on January 20th. It is now March 19th and the shop still has yet to reach out. I have tried calling the shop multiple times in the last two months. Each time I call, they answer and hang-up immediately. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they are busy. I tried calling the shop today, and again, same situation: answer, then hang up. I thought to myself, "hmm... maybe they really are ignoring our calls?" So I waited 15 minutes and called back with a blocked number. What do you know... Catherine decided to pick up and answer this time! She kept me on hold for 9 minutes before taking me off hold and hanging up on me immediately. I called back, and a man answered. He transferred me up to Catherine, who kept me on hold for 4 minutes this time and hung up immediately. While I was on hold the second time, I received a text message saying they wouldn't do business with us. They ignored my text, asking when they planned on returning the check they cashed for $2,207.66. My husband and I have been trying to get his truck fixed since October 2025. It is now March 2026. I understand that our insurance was being difficult to work with... we were annoyed by Allstate, too! That being said, Capital City Collision could have rejected our business months ago, instead of stringing us along. Rather than sending this text message 5 months ago when this all started, they chose to dodge our calls and waste our time. Unprofessional does not even begin to describe their behavior. They were avoidant, deceptive, thieving, and rude.
