Not open Sunday and Monday, green flag. Primarily open for lunch, green flag. I just knew I had to check it out. Finally got the opportunity to check it out and boy was it delicious. I got a two meat plate with two sides. I got the tri tip, ribs, baked beans, and deviled potato salad. The deviled egg potato salad taste like it sounds. It taste like potato salad and and deviled egg had a baby. Never seen such a creation but I knew I needed to have it. The baked beans were out of this world!! Top three baked beans I've ever had!! A little smokey, a little sweet, and just the right consistency as far as thickness for me A1 . The ribs by far the best ribs I've had in STL. Very flavorful and tender. The tri tip it was ok. I've never had it shaved before and couldn't really get a good grasp on the flavor. It wasn't bad, just not the way I've had tri tip previously. All of their BBQ sauces were fantastic as well!! The variety of sauces are incredible, but to me, the star of the show was the pasta salad. It was perfect. The pasta was not overcooked and mushy, and the salad had great flavor. It was so good went back the next day and tried the pork rib ribs, and had the pasta salad again. I wish I lived closer.

The meats are delicious! Some of the most juicy Turkey I've had in a long time. Ribs, tender and seasoned well were fall off the bone. The sides, I enjoyed the pasta salad most as it had balanced flavors and complimented the meat well. You order at the counter, which was easy, and then pay at the end of the line. The cashier was super helpful and offered recommendations on sauces and offered pickles or jalapeños for my To Go order. I ordered the Big Muddy sandwich which came with brisket, sausage, lettuce and pickles. It was also supposed to have horseradish and bbq sauce, but it did not. Maybe because it was To Go? The brisket was sliced right in front of me, but it was bad. It looked tender, but it was supper fatty and could handle be chewed. I spit most of it out. The problem was probably a bad cut of meat and not the smoking, but they still served it to me. The sausage was great, but only had a couple of little slices. I added some of the sweet sauce which was very good. I chose the beans for my side. Fine, but nothing special. A little dry, so I added sauce to help it go down. Then they had some local soda option, so I passed on an overpriced drink. It looks like there are more local options in the area, I would try somewhere else if ever back in this area.
