Fleur Tea has a lot of competition in that plaza, but it is a pretty good spot. The interior is quite nice, and there is free wi-fi and a lot of outlets. Great place to co-work but not too quiet. Goldilocks volume to feel surrounded by people but enjoy your own conversations. The coco matcha cloud was pretty good and quite filling. They use whole milk. I felt like I did not need lunch after drinking it. They also accepted my reusable glass cup to make my drink so I appreciated that.

My new fav spot for drinks!! Their menu looked so promising, especially the teas. The Ha Noi Plum Berry tea immediately caught my eye, so I had to try that along with the Hibiscus Berry Blossom. The Hibiscus Berry Blossom has a more floral flavor and is lightly sweet, while the Ha Noi Plum Berry is sweeter with a really refreshing fruity taste. Out of the two, the Plum Berry was definitely my favorite. The drinks were so good that I came back the following week to try more. On my second visit, I ordered the Lychee & Red Currant Tea (you don't usually see red currant on drink menus!) and the Strawberry Matcha Latte. The Strawberry Matcha Latte was an easy 10/10 for me. The matcha flavor really comes through. It was bold, smooth, and surprisingly refreshing. The strawberry complemented it perfectly without overpowering the matcha. I highly recommend trying it! I'll definitely be back again soon to try the Banana Matcha. I've seen so many people order it, and it looks delicious.

Been here quite a few times. Tried their genmaicha milk tea, orchid oolong milk tea, their oolong milk tea, golden passion, matchanana, and more. My favorite would be the orchid oolong milk tea for their light floral taste and their refreshing Golden passion. The thing that stands out is their oolong mochi boba and their ube mochi boba. Though I'm not a typical ube fan, their ube mochi boba is something that I would come back for. I love their mochi boba for their chewiness. My only con is their price point for the drinks are on the higher end.

I'm always on the hunt for new boba/matcha places to try! Fleur Tea is located in Vietnam Town and it stood out to me because of the beautiful, minimalist aesthetic. Definitely a must for Yelp pics. I ordered the Guava Bloom, while my husband got the Banana Pudding Matcha Latte. Mine was really good, it was sweet but light. I've been on a guava run lately, so I really enjoyed this one because it was a very natural-tasting fruit tea. Sometimes fruit teas can taste a little artificial/syrupy, but this one was great. It also came with tasty guava jelly too. My husband really enjoyed his drink as well, it literally tasted like a dessert on top since it's a large scoop of banana pudding on top of a matcha latte. He preferred eating it from the top vs. mixing it all together, but to each their own, right? I would love to come back and try more of their drinks! It's definitely a must-try if you're looking for a very cute boba/matcha place in San Jose.

I'm a fan! I would recommend this place if you love a strong matcha latte or a creamy (BUT FLORAL) milk tea. This might be my new go to in Vietnam Town! For first timers, I'd recommend the Strawberry Bloom Matcha Latte or the Jasmine Oolong Milk Tea. Incredibly high quality and really get the job done. The tea is fragrant and shines through the milkiness, but it's still super creamy! If you don't like a rich creaminess though, it might not be for you. I've also tried their oolong mochi boba, which seems to be made in-house! The texture is really gooey, but you definitely taste the fragrant oolong! Something really unique and worth a try.

I recently visited this spot and tried the Double Matcha. It was decent, but honestly, it was pretty average. There wasn't anything particularly unique about it--it was essentially a matcha drink topped with more matcha, and it didn't really stand out compared to other matcha spots in the area. That said, the ambiance was really nice. I loved the lighting and the overall vibe of the café. The barista was also friendly and welcoming. They have a few seating areas that make it a great place to sit, study, or catch up with friends and family. I think it would be great to see more creative and unique matcha-based drinks on the menu to help set this place apart. Overall, it's a nice spot with a cozy atmosphere, even though the matcha itself didn't quite wow me.

6/20/2026 Fleur Tea was such a lovely stop during our day in Little Saigon! When we walked in we were immediately greeted and got our orders take. We tried the Silky Matcha, Guava Bloom, and Love Peach. The Silky Matcha came with silky tofu, which sounded a little different at first, but it was surprisingly delicious. The Guava Bloom was the standout for sure--so refreshing with real bits of guava inside. My dad ordered the Love Peach (he's a big peach‑drink guy), and while it was good, I'm still convinced my drink was better. I forgot to snap photos of the Guava and Peach drinks, but trust me, they were worth it. The decor inside is modern and clean, with limited seating, and a lot of people seem to hang out or work on laptops. There are tons of food spots nearby too. I'd definitely come back just for that Guava Bloom--I'd make the trip again, haha!

Solid spot for a sweet treat drink, specializing in milk teas and matchas. I tried both the banana and coconut cream matcha. They were both really tasty with yummy cream tops, but the matcha itself wasn't very strong and therefore overpowered by the taste of the cream. I would say this is a very good introductory matcha if you're just starting to get into it, but nothing worth raving about for those who love strong matcha. My friend's black tea drink was really good (forgot the name). The drinks are pricy at an average of close to $8.50. Place is small but really clean with a few seats great for studying or a chat with friends. Drinks came out within 5 minutes. Not dying to come back, but wouldn't be opposed to it if I was around the area again!

This shop is located in Vietnam Town, on the side close to the Walmart plaza. I love the aesthetics and interior with the limewash walls and concrete seating. It's super cute and modern. We ordered on the tablet. I got a Midnight Ube Cloud. This drink didn't allow for a sweetness adjustment, and fortunately, I didn't find it too or overpoweringly sweet. The ube sauce and foam were delicious. The ube boba was also nice. The texture wasn't perfect but still enjoyable nonetheless. We ordered a Strawberry Jam Waffle to share. This was decent, nothing too special. I wish the waffle was a little bit crispier. It was also quite small for the price point. I would definitely want to come back here in the future.

I have been seeing this on social and finally stopped by not once, but twice! Drinks Matchanana - $8.25 regular sweet regular whole milk less ice The drink itself has the matcha and banana flavor profiles. It was a bit too thick and sweet to my liking even after the ice settled for a few hours post order. Fleur Signature Oolong Milk Tea - $8.25 regular sweet oolong mochi boba The oolong was stronger than expected, which was a nice surprise. The oolong mochi boba was chewy and a unique twist from the standard boba pearls. Creamy Black Milk Tea - $8.25 regular sweet oolong mochi boba This was my favorite drink from the order. The name speaks for itself - creamy with black tea! The oolong mochi boba was a perfect addition and still just as good after several hours of being refrigerated. Customer Service There were several baristas making drinks behind the counter areas and helpful with answering my questions as a first time customer. There's a self-service touchscreen kiosk where orders can be placed; which is minimal interactions with the employees. Ambiance Neutral aesthetics with lots of beige, cream, and soft tone color ways throughout. There's a large mirror near the front entrance against the wall and tables and chairs to lounge, study, or have a drink date. Location / Parking It is occupying what is formerly known as Story's Organic Milk Bar which specialized in soft serve ice cream (sadly, didn't have a chance to try it). A couple doors down from Sack of Potatoes near the side of Walmart in Vietnam Town. Parking was plentiful when I arrived and found a spot near the front entrance.

THEE BEST BANANA PUDDING MATCHA I'VE HAD SO FAR. They use fresh banana and the pudding is delicious! Its light sweetness really compliments the bitter matcha. Service is friendly and quick, despite how busy it is. Love the minimalist vibes inside and plenty of seating! Parking here is crazy, especially on the weekend so be prepared to be patient. It was worth it though.

Wanted to try a new tea place just for the heck of it, left kinda disappointed. It was pretty busy when my siblings and I got in so props to staff for working as fast as they could. Unfortunately though, it did take 30-45 mins to get our items. We had 2 matcha drinks (matcha latte and strawberry matcha) and one of the waffles. Our drinks came out pretty late and no one really called out for our waffles so I had to check in twice to make sure our order wasn't forgotten. The matcha was okay, wasn't cold anymore after we had gotten it. All the ice had melted when they handed it to us. My sister did say that the waffle was good, so I guess that was a plus. No hate to the staff at all! I just wish that there was a better system to calling out for drinks and food. read more

ordered the jasmine oolong and genmaicha during grand opening weekend. the wait was about 10 minutes to get to the front of the line and about 20 minutes to get the drinks, which was to be expected since there was a deal going on. we were warned of the expected wait time for drinks after paying for our order. the jasmine oolong was kinda mid at first sip but the distinct floral aftertaste was nice. the genmaicha was rich and had strong notes of roasted rice. the drinks are $7 each on a regular day. i'd get it again if i'm in the area. read more

I tried their signature oolong with mochi boba, which came out to a little over $9. I ordered it less sweet, but it was still actually pretty sweet. The tea itself wasn't bad, and the mochi boba was really good and it has a nice texture and flavor. Overall, it was a good experience and a solid drink, just not really my "cup of tea" lol read more

Got the banana matcha and it was really yummy! The vibe of the cafe was very similar to Japanese or Korean cafes, super cute aesthetic ! The servers were also very sweet and kept us updated since the machine was broken for roughly 10 minutes. The wait time was around 15 minutes do our drinks with 5 people in front of us. read more

Came by their soft opening and I'm loving it! Minimalist vibes for days (5/5 for vibes) Ordering was super smooth and the drinks came out fast about 10min. When checking out on the kiosk, the screen applied a 10% "Silicon Valley Tax" to the total, the receipt on our phone showed it under the Tax and Fee section. From what I know, there is no sales tax applicable to cold prepared drinks, nor have I ever been charged sales tax at boba stores before. When asking the owner about what the tax/fee was for, he confirmed it was for sales tax as well. Left a bad taste in my mouth to have him lie to my face, woulda been better to just admit it was for the Chowbus service fee. I've used chowbus in the past and been charged the service fee, which is annoying but fine as long as you're upfront about it. To misrepresent it as a "Silicon Valley Tax" is pretty BS and not good business ethics imo. Drink itself is alright but hella sweet for 75%, shop design and vibe seems like a clone of Arisan and Toro tea (from LA) In response to the owners comment - taxation only applies to orders consumed in restaurant, and not on to-go orders. Came across Fleur Tea recently and wasn't expecting it to hit like that, especially for a newer spot. The matcha was honestly one of the best I've had--super smooth, clean, not overly sweet, just done right. You can tell they actually care about what they're serving instead of just throwing drinks together. The whole place has a calm, fresh vibe and everything feels put together, not rushed. I respect spots that pay attention to the little details like that, glad I stopped by. 10/10 read more

The store is really cute and aesthetic. The staffs also really nice. I got 2 drinks, Golden Passion and Hanoi Plum. I was a lil disappointed with my Golden passion. I cant taste any Passion flavor, only green tea. I hope the they will adjust it since they are soft opening. I might come back when they have smoothie and snack. The drinks are great only problem was that I placed a mobile order and was notified that it was ready. When I got to the store I told the barista I was there to pick up she said it wasn't ready, I explained that I got a notification saying it was ready and she said the emails are automatic and they were a little behind, which I understand. The problem was she didnt fully make sure that my order was being made. After waiting for 15 minutes while everyone received their drinks I finally asked another barista if they were making mine, he checked the fridge where they place the mobile orders and deliveries and my drinks were sitting there the whole time. read more

Beautiful place that look sleek and minimal. I had ordered my drink on the machine they had on the corner near the counter. They offered a variety of drinks different matcha drinks, milk-teas, plain teas and fruity teas. I order a fruity tea that comes with cube jello and bits of guava in it. I got 50-60% sugar normally and the drink sugar was perfect. Refreshing for summer. Only things I don't like was how slow they were making the drinks and to find parking there. read more

It was my first time trying this place and honestly I was kinda disappointed. When I finished ordering, it felt like the cashier picked a tip on the screen without asking, and when I removed it she gave me a weird look. I got a jasmine milk tea and it was just okay, it tasted more like watered down milk than jasmine. The portion was also pretty small for how much I paid. I'm definitely not coming back. read more

Delicious teas in a charming shop with friendly and knowledgeable waitstaff. Also: lots of menus so everyone can easily choose their drink and not be blocked by other customers. Came here with grinds and had Orchid Oolong, Double Matcha, and Mango Passionfruit and they were all delicious, and we would order them again. Parking is easy. The decor is lovely and I am looking forward to coming back. read more

Had a caramel waffle, and banana matcha the other day at Fleur tea. It was AMAZING!!! The service was amazing and so were the employees. I was helped by Kayla on Mother's Day and her recommendations and service were on point. Definitely coming back. I recommend getting the Caramel waffle. It was so flavorful! The banana matcha was amazing and the banana pudding is the best I've ever tried. Great place to study as well, store is very nice. Ambiance was nice the limewash walls tickled my fancy. The matcha i drove 30 minutes for, left a lot to be desired. I ordered the Banana Matcha and was excited about the fresh banana on top of the banana wafer pudding foam. That was probably the only redeeming quality. The matcha, milk, and sweetener were cheeks. I did enjoy everything else. Looks like unique matcha tastes okay. I hope they improve since the location, staff, and menu looks tasty. I'll come back when the quality of matcha is up ! read more

Place is cute and the matcha tastes pretty standard imo. Surprisingly, I ended up liking their passion fruit tea more than their matchas lol. I think my main complaint would be the quality and consistency. I've been here multiple times and sometimes the cup would be full, sometimes, they would skimp like a whole inch off the top even though I opted for the regular ice option. Also, there were times when the drink would be warm at the bottom but cold at the top where the ice is. Maybe it's me being picky but it throws me off when I get an iced drink and it's warm with the first sip. read more

Waiting line was terrible it took 40 minutes too order. The matchana was so clumpy and the matcha tasted watered down. But other than the matcha the other drinks are sooo good. read more

Came here with my friends for their soft opening yesterday evening and we were able to order right before a line formed. It took them around 10 minutes to make each drink which didn't bother us personally because we were sitting for a while, but I noticed later on that the other folks were waiting more than half an hour because of the pace the staff worked on each drink. I was able to observe the process in which they crafted them and a lot of items were already in premade mixes which they just had to assemble. The girl who primarily worked on the matcha drinks was wearing sandals with her toes out, which is a hazard in the food service field. Another concern was that they don't rinse their drink shakers after each drink they just put it back on the counter for the next time it's ordered. The order taker (Duc?) was super nice and informative about their 15% off promotion. The store was clean and they had a bathroom in the back available. I got the Hanoi plum berry drink and it was very refreshing but nothing out of the ordinary, my cup was super sticky all around from what I imagine was un-wiped syrup. read more

Ordering was also super convenient since you can either use the self-kiosk or order directly with the staff. I tried the Silky Matcha and the Ubecha, and both were sooo good!!! The Silky Matcha had a rich, nutty flavor from the premium Japanese matcha, and the house-made tofu pudding added such a smooth and delicate texture that made the drink feel extra comforting. I finally dropped by Fleur Tea and it's a fantastic addition to the neighborhood. The standout for me was definitely the Coco Matcha. It is surprisingly well-executed, the tea strength is prominent without being bitter, and it's balanced beautifully by the creaminess of the coconut. What really makes it unique, though, are the subtle notes of pandan. It adds a fragrant, vanilla-like depth that pairs perfectly with the matcha. I'm honestly OBSESSED with the jasmine milk tea and the Fleur Signature milk tea here. I've tried quite a few spots around San Jose, and these really stand out. The balance between the tea and milk is so well done. The jasmine milk tea has such a smooth, floral finish that lingers in the best way, while the Fleur Signature is super satisfying with a deeper, more full-bodied flavor. I also love that their milk teas aren't premade. Everything is made cup by cup, so there might be a bit of a wait during peak hours but it's totally understandable and worth it for the quality. I tried the banana matcha and it was surprisingly really good, the matcha had a smooth, earthy flavor on par to Japanese grade, while the banana added a light natural sweetness that made the drink super refreshing. I got the Corn Matcha Latte which you couldn't adjust the sweetness on unfortunately. Despite it being sweeter than I'd usually prefer for my drinks, I reaaaally enjoyed it. It reminded me of a Filipino dessert called mais con leche but with matcha! I never knew I needed that in my life. My partner got the matcha later with strawberry cream which he also really enjoyed! I think it's really cool that they use Nami matcha as well! I've been wanting to try some before I buy it, so I'm glad I got to at TeaMo.

We got the pistachio drip coffee and pistachio matcha. The pistachio cream that came with both drinks were super creamy and thick! The drip coffee was very strong and bitter even with 25% sugar. But the bitterness was balanced out by the cream. The matcha was very strong too, which was rare to find in other similar coffee shops. The only limitation was that the ice level was fixed and there was quite a lot of ice in the drinks. The lowest sugar level one could get was 25%. The inside of the coffee shop was modern and had plenty of seats. Parking could be difficult in the plaza during peak hours though. Overall I thought we accidentally found a hidden gem! Would love to come back to try other drinks too.

The coffee and sweetness balance gives it a refreshing taste and does not leave that bitterness of coffee in your tongue. You can tell their coffee is legit. The staff was really friendly and served up drinks very efficiently even though it was pretty busy. The interior was super classy, clean, with ample room to sit. Highly recommend and my new favorite tea place in the Bay!
