They are clean, on time, respectful and flexible with changes I had made. Communication was the best part of dealing with Kyle. Kyle came and gave me a bid, I called him back a few more times and he was always on time and never annoyed. I tried other people but they flaked and were unlicensed. I am a very picky person and Kyle and his team resolved all issues I had. He explained the process, asked a bunch of questions for clarification. Told me about products he would use. He was very honest about the work that needed to be done. The quality of work is the best, his price wasn't the lowest but you get what you pay for. OK where do I start? the reason I pick this place was because they had five stars. Now I did do some research and it seemed like everybody was very happy and was impressed with the work that this company did so I thought I'd give them a chance to come out and give me a quote. After talking to Kyle, I was very impressed with his confidence And the way he carried himself I would say he was almost on the line of a bit on the cocky side but I don't mind that especially when you're confident in what you do. So I went ahead and hired them as the price in my opinion was very comparable With the other companies that I got estimates from. He sent a gentleman down named Andre and let me tell you Andre was extremely professional, extremely courteous, and was extremely attentive to our needs. I know I'm using the word extremely a lot but it's because it's true he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Listen to all of our complaints, took care of them and made sure we were happy with the results. Unfortunately, I never got to see Kyle again other than talk to him on the phone but with someone like Andre on the job I wasn't worried at all. To be 100% honest with you. It was a few minor things that I think should've been done, but for the price and the quality of work that was done, and most of all considering the amount of repairs that they had to do on my house I completely understand how some minor things were missed and I do mean minor. So what I hired this company again 100% absolutely for sure without a shadow of a doubt and I would recommend them to anyone that's reading this And is considering having their house painted now we only had the outside of the house done but it was a great job and I have no complaints other than the minor details I mentioned.
