This review is based on my experience with Flight Park and using a Groupon. I purchased a Groupon for 7 day parking for $42 dollars. As luck would have it I was able to get 10 dollars off that price because Groupon was running a 10 dollars off 20 dollars promo. Per the Groupon instructions, I scheduled an appointment for the times and dates I would be dropping off my car. On arrival, I parked in the drop off area and was greeted by an employee that helped check us in and another employee that took our bags into the van. Everyone who works there is always rushing around, they are very focused on making the service fast. The driver who took us to the airport was very fast! You'll want to familiarize yourself with the "oh shit" handles in the Mercedes (they're very proud of that fact) vans. Upon check in, you receive a little slip with the phone number to call when you arrive back at the airport to be picked up. They also have a convenient number you can text with a code and the shuttle will come for you. The shuttle picks you up in the lower level, where the limousine sign is. Our driver on the pick up was Jeff. He was very friendly and super fast. We told him we had some glass bottles in our luggage and he was very accommodating to make sure they didn't break. We arrived back to Flight Park and our vehicle was in the same spot we dropped it off at. Jeff was great and a standout in the company. I was worried the Groupon was going to be a hassle to use, but it was very easy. All I had to do was show the Groupon on my phone to the cashier and he clicked "Use Groupon" and I was good to go. I received an email that showed how much it would've been without a Groupon, $108.62, I got it for $32. Look for a Groupon if you can! If not, you won't be sorry for using Flight Park. read more

This place is amazing! If you're lucky enough to get a groupon, jump on it! I was really apprehensive about the whole experience so I'm going to lay this out for anyone that's currently feeling the same way: So this is what happens.. You pull up and someone immediately starts unloading your luggage, like they've been waiting all day and so excited to get you to the airport! There's another employee typing your car info(make,model) into his tablet thing and before your luggage is loaded he hands you a tiny slip of paper with pickup instructions, which are basically- call when you land and we will be there ready to pick you up! You get in the awesome (air-conditioned) van of which your luggage was loaded and you take the 4 (if that) minute ride to the airport. You get dropped off right up front and they unload your luggage for you Needless to say it's amazing and well worth it! read more

Stay away from this company! Like many of the other people writing reviews here, we bought a Groupon for a seven day trip. We arrived a few minutes ahead of our scheduled time, but from the second we arrived they treated us as if we were very late. They hustled us straight out of our car and into their van without even taking our names, despite my wife trying to see what information they needed. The driver was rude, driving fast and wreckless to the airport. Upon arrival at the airport he slung our bags on the curb as we let ourselves out of the van. Before I could even offer a tip or ask about pickup he stormed away, shaking his head, and left. Arriving back was even worse! My wife called for the pickup and guess what? They can't find us in their system! They give you a little white slip at drop off and can ONLY find you with a number on that slip. (Nobody told us this of course) We dug through our four bags of luggage to find this after them being insistent that it was required. We gave the slip to the driver, who called it in to their office. The driver lectured us on the importance of keeping this slip next time. They still couldn't find our car! As we arrived they found it, explaining our Tennessee license plate was identical to a car in their lot with a Kentucky plate. Yeah, right! Once we got our car, it had a funny smell on the interior and had clearly been driven about 30 miles by them. I will never ever use them again! read more

We used this service May 25 2022. We were in the van with 3 other parties and the driver had 2 different stops at the airport for different airlines. As we were the last to get off the bud the driver handed us our bags. It appeared we were given the wrong suitcase. The driver had already taken off. We immediately called Flight park to obtain the previous parties information without success. We called the number in the bag looked up in Facebook and worked with lost and found at the airport. This went in for 2 hours and we missed our flight and stayed at the airport for another 8 hours. My son was getting married and we needed to be there for the dinner that night which was missed. I called Flight park many times before our return may 29 and was told they would talk with me when I returned as he "wanted to get out of there and did not have time for this." When we arrived the 29th and no manager was available per the front representative. I have continued to call multiple times with promise of a call back. I was given excuses of the real manager is in the middle of a move and there are too many new managers that can not take care of this. They do not care about customer service. read more

For outdoor, it's $11.95/ day. But I got a groupon (3 days for $15) + had to pay a 4th day at $11.95 + airport tax + sales tax = $16.88 + groupon was about $30 for 4 days. It was a better deal than parking lot B, not really that much better. It averaged almost $8 a day while Lot B is $9/ day. Both are not covered parking but secure. The difference though is that Flight Park valet's the car. You don't have to look around for your car like in Lot B and they carry the bags for you. Its a little bit less worrisome but you need to be able to take into account extra time for Flight Park whereas Lot B is at the airport. Personally, I prefer Lot B over Flight Park, but I can see why people would use this business. Outdoor valet is $12.50/ day and indoor climate control valet is $15/ day. Its secure, well lit and monitored 24/7. They're 4 minutes from the airport and you're driven by one of their Mercedes fleet vans. These guys rock! Employees are extremely nice and helpful. The only way to go when you're flying out of Nashville. My wife left her sweater in the van when were dropped off at the airport and just assumed we would never see it again. When we came back, they had it waiting for us. Very professional. They say call after you get your bag for pickup....I wouldn't. They are not the fastest when it comes to pickup, so call or text your ticket number early. Other than this blemish (I use them often and this is unfortunately the norm) they are great to deal with. If they can improve on that, then the stars will go up. Don't tout that you're four minutes to curbside if it takes almost 15 every time for a pickup from the airport. read more

I feel ya, Andy C. The drivers are the bright spot, and this used to be the best airport valet service in Nashville. But now it's full of rude, inept, habitually touchy workers who seem to try to outdo one another in treating you like an inconvenience: Vince (just look at his helpful replies below); Luke; Mario; Eli: all rude as hell, and Eli is a liar. Every question or request is offensive and/or impossible. Last week I waited 37 minutes for a shuttle that I was assured by Eli, the mgr on duty who also laughed at me, was on it's way. I finally took a cab to get my car. If you understand and routinely experience the headaches of frequent travel, you do NOT want to have to deal with these people. After two years of near-weekly patronage, the "service" at Flight Park has deteriorated to the point that you, the customer, are barely tolerated. And trust me, they do not give a rat's ass. We'll never park at the airport again. Drop-off was easy, even well before dawn (04:00). Pick-up was also easy. There are instructions on the back of the ticket. Completely ignoring them, we called the office after picking up our bags (on one of the last flights in). They told us were to go and sent the driver. We were waiting less than a minute before the shuttle showed up, and our car was waiting at the flight park. read more

Worst experience ever! Long standing customer of over 4 years. Last 2 visits to flight park my car was damaged. Last visit the windshield was smashed. VINCE LOMAN, one of the owners, would not call me directly? He has one of there many many managers call me to say "don't know what to tell you , file it under your insurance". Nice to know they appreciate a customer of years so much. To date, I have yet to get my car fixed. If you value your car or vehicle at all DO NOT leave it in their hands!!!! Even though they are legally responsible for its care. So if you have an old beater and want to be at the airport 2.5 mins earlier, bring your car their...... OTHERWISE. Very frustrating experience. Purchased a groupon, but didn't use all of the purchased days. Their solution is scribbling on the paper how many days you have left. Unfortunately we lost that piece of paper. We called and were specifically told that they'd honor the number of days we have left, even without the scribble paper. Upon pick-up, we were told they wouldn't honor the groupon and that they employee we initially spoke to "was a new guy and doesn't know what he's talking about" and that "this happens all the time". They eventually knocked 50% off of our parking when we were quite angry about having to pay at all, despite THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE assuring us the groupon would be honored. Absolutely ridiculous that they have no better system than scribbling on a piece of paper, but I'm sure they use it to their advantage for situations like ours. With 5 other park and fly services within a block, we WILL NOT be using their services again. read more

We have used Flight Park for over 7 years. In the past it has generally always been a good experience but our experience last night was some of the worst service I've ever experienced from a company. After arriving to the airport and gathering our luggage my wife called to have Flight Park send a shuttle. Mario answered the phone and asked for the ticket number. My wife didn't have the ticket at the moment so she gave him the two names it could be under. He rudely replied "I'm not going to look through every ticket for you." My wife was shocked at the way Mario was acting over something so trivial and she immediately apologized for the trouble. He continued to be beligerent and respond rudely stating he couldn't do anything and to make sure we had our license. Like I've mentioned we've used this company for over 7 years and my wife's father (who was also with us) has used them much longer than us. We were both stunned at how aggressive Mario was on the phone with us since we have never had this problem before. I should also mention we have never needed a ticket number to pickup our car either. After arriving to Flight Park I went in to pay and asked who it was that answered the phone because he was extremely rude with my wife and I was curious why. It turned out the man I was speaking to was Mario and he immediately began to be defensive and combative with me. Granted the whole time I never raised my voice, or got aggressive. I simply wanted to know why he was being so rude. He didn't like that question apparently and proceeded to respond, rudely again I might say, how he wasn't rude or aggressive at all and had been doing this 17 years (like that excused a bad attitude). I simply told him I wasn't looking for anything out of this but a simple apology goes a long way. Mario wasn't having it and continued to argue and get aggressive. So, I signed my receipt and left saying I was sorry it had to be this way. It's a shame a good company like this has gone so down hill. Listen, I understand everyone deserves a pass now and then and can have a bad day. I get that, but Mario was one of the most aggressive and rude individuals I've come across in business. He didn't care that he was being aggressive over nothing and wasn't apologetic about it at all. The fact is, there is plenty of competition around Flight Park with plenty of companies who would be happy to at minimum be civil with their customers. I don't expect perfection from a parking service but I also don't expect them to be beligerent and rude. It's unfortunate but Flight Park will never get my family's business again or my recommendation. We all fly out of Nashville many times a year for business and vacation and have always used Flight Park; unfortunately that will no longer be the case. read more

Called flight park the evening before traveling to discuss parking an oversized vehicle and the "manager" on duty stated "we don't turn anybody away" Next morning 5 AM the manager on duty seemed to be having a challenging day and severe control issues. Stated "I don't need this shit this early in the morning, GET OFF MY LOT ! " Yep 180 degree different opinion than the night before. I doubt that I will ever get an apology from this organization, so I will spread this story to all of my Nashville friends until or unless they reach out to me regarding this incident. I recently used Flight Parks for our family vacation we took I used a Groupon for $59 for 10 days of parking it was a great value. But upon arriving back, at 1am, my wife noticed an ant on the dash board we didn't think anything of it just smashed it. The next day got into our car and ants where everywhere. Now, our Honda Pilot is very clean, always garage kept. This infestation is crazy, like I was parked on an ant hill. I called Flight Park, the man answering the phone quickly denied any responsibility, not that he could do anything but a simple "bummer" or "I'm sorry" would be suffice. I just called to let them know so they could take care of the issue in their parking lot. The man on the phone referred me to the manager, whom I left a message for and still have not gotten a call back. A week later and I am still fighting these ants having sprayed a ton of ant killer and have even found a ton of eggs in the frame out side the drivers wheel well. I don't expect them to exterminate my Pilot but a simple "sorry, sir we'll try and resolve that issue so another customer won't have the same problem" would be an average expectation. Unfortunately I will not be using them again, the service was good but the experience afterwards is a nightmare. I wrote this review and the Manager called me back a week later, he was on vacation, he was very apologetic and was and still is willing to help in anyway possible to resolve the ant problem. He said, "sir, I take full responsibility of anything that happens to your vehicle while it's on my lot" That is what I wanted and anyone would want to hear so thanks Vince. Hopefully the ants will die soon if not Vince said he'd detail the car out and pressure wash the under carriage to try to help with the problem. read more

I had no issues with the parking and transfers to the airport. My issue was the manager "Chance". I had bought a Groupon and when I parked I asked for a wash and wax. I was then told the Groupon did not cover the wash and wax. Chance told me no one that worked at flight park would ever tell me it would. I did not appreciate his attitude that I had to be wrong and there was no way anyone would have mis communicated at flight park. My prediction is this guy won't make it long in management. read more

I recently used Flight Park's valet service during a several day trip out of town for Christmas. I was generally pleased with the experience. Flight Park is located in a garish yellow building in a somewhat elderly looking shopping center not far from the airport. I drove under the little covered area, dropped off my car, and was on my way in minutes. I was a little concerned they never asked for my online reservation information, but they must have dealt with that on their own while I was gone. They accommodated my dog, which I really appreciated. Pickup after my return was reasonably prompt, although I felt the phone operator needlessly reminded me of their pickup procedures after I told him I was already following the appointed procedure. I was out of the airport, paid up, and driving away again in minutes. Price was more than reasonable and compared favorably with airport onsite parking when hassle surrounding the dog is accounted for. Two constructive suggestions would be to add their name to the pickup ticket and to give the numerical equivalent of their 800 number along with PARK on said ticket. Overall, very pleased and will certainly use them next time I fly. read more

Using Flight Park was the easiest part of my trip. We had made a reservation and they were expecting us. We left the car and also arranged to have it washed. Within 10 minutes we on a clean shuttle to the airport. On the way back the service was also exceptional. Easiest process I've ever done!! As soon as we pulled on to lot we were greeted, the gentleman immediately unloaded our bags from our car and put into shuttle. We were on our way to airport within 5 minutes! The process for picking up was just as quick... we called flight park as soon as we got our luggage and they were there quick with our car waiting for us when we pulled back on to lot!! Stay Away from this parking service!! If no stars was an option I'd use it. I left my brand new truck with them for a few days and whamo! The damage wasn't severe but does it really matter how bad it was? It wasn't there when I dropped it off with them. What made the situation worse was their attitude about it and refusal to even acknowledge that it could have happened while on there lot!! The managers logic doesn't even make sense. Read the Emails for yourself: "I would like a Manger to contact me as soon as possible regarding damage on the front of my truck after it was on your lot for 5 days (11/4 - 11/10). We have always used flight park in Nashville Tennessee and been extremely satisfied until our last time . After picking up our truck and returning home I noticed a scratch on the passages door . I called to ask what had happened and was told a manager would return my call the following day . Two days passed . I called back only to be told by an employee that the camera had been reviewed . They didn't see anything. My truck was only a few months old and the scratch wasn't their prior . Very disappointed in the fact that it happened . No apology offered, no explanation,and no return call from manignent team . After using flight park for many years sadly we won't be using their services in the future . read more

There isn't much to say, that hasn't already been said. They got me loaded up as soon as we arrived, and the car was waiting for us as soon as we were dropped back off. The entire staff had a sense of urgency about them and obviously know how to get repeat customers back through the door.
