I have been trying to get my refund for 3 months now, they barely respond, they told me they issued my refund last month and I will get it but I have not. I had to chase them for months, only lies. I came here with a Groupon in January and I was initially hesitant with how effective this would be. I tracked my body fat before this treatment, and started seeing a drop in body fat at about 2 weeks later. This convinced me to go for another session (on another area of my body). It's been 6 weeks since the first treatment (stomach and sides) and 3 weeks since the other treatment (upper back), and I've seen 3% drop in body fat. Update: their machines are not cold enough to do anything. I wasted $500!! I've had actual Cool sculpting before and the machines get way Colder and you're numb for weeks, this machine here kept falling off of me meaning no suction of fat Was happening. I didn't know not all laser hair removal places are equal. I saw no difference from the removal (I went to other places where I saw a difference ASAP). All I can say is AMAZING. I drove 2 hours just to come here even though there are so many similar places near me and it was so worth it! The building is so clean and nice, and Gabby was so sweet and attentive. I got the fat freezing treatment on my abdomen and flanks, and the procedure was pretty comfortable after the first few minutes of just slight discomfort. There is no one with prices even remotely close to Flip Your Look and the owner does everything she can to accommodate you.
