As a foodie, I'm picky about pizza, and Flippers absolutely exceeded my expectation. We stopped by for a quick bite since it was the closest place still open at 11pm on a Saturday. ordered the Hog & Honey, Buffalo Chicken BBQ, Pepperoni, Margherita, and a create-your-own pizza, and every single one was incredible. The crust had that perfect brick-fired char with a crispy outside and chewy center, there wasn't a single pizza we didn't love. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. I'm huge on customer service, and Kameryn delivered some of the best service I've experienced in a long time. We arrived around 11 PM for a party of 6, only an hour before closing, with about a 45-minute wait, yet she never looked stressed or rushed. She was friendly , attentive, and made us feel welcomed. Those kinds of employees are rare. I also loved the open kitchen, where you can watch the team in action. The cooks never stopped moving, working in the heat while a steady line of DoorDash drivers kept asking when orders would be ready. Instead of cutting corners, they focused on making every pizza fresh and right. Management: Please do everything you can to keep her! She's the type of employee who creates loyal customers. This is honestly one of the best pizza I've had since &pizza on a trip to Washington, DC, and now I don't have to keep searching. Was craving a pizza for lunch and I remember having this in the past so I decided to place a take out order. I remember they had a carbonara pizza so when I called I asked them and they said no they don't have it so I went with a white sauce pizza. Pizza was extremely bland! The crust was nice and crispy so was the bottom layer but the pizza overall lacked flavor. I liked that it was a thin pizza. The crust was much larger than the rest of the pizza. Staff were friendly. Ambiance looked chill. Overall if I come back I'll probably get a pizza with mixed toppings but $18 for a cheese pizza is a tad overpriced in my opinion. read more

I had Flippers at a catered work event and the delicious food made me go back to try more. I ordered Togo the pepperoni rolls, a small pineapple pizza with oregano, and the farmers market salad. When I picked up my order, I was greeted by multiple staff and they all made sure I was taken care of. The food took only 15-20 minutes total which I thought was good for a Saturday night. I was skeptical about getting the pepperoni rolls priced at $10 but it was well worth it. The serving size was quite large and they were SO good. Each roll is a bite or two and has just a few pepperoni's, which I liked because it doesn't overwhelm the mouth with just pepperoni flavor. The fresh garlic butter on top is drool worthy. The small pineapple pizza with oregano is definitely one of my new favorite local pizzas. The pineapple and oregano is fresh and it really makes the difference. I've only had pizza one other place that has fresh cut pineapple on their pizza and it was not in the U.S. if you're a pineapple on pizza person, this place is for you. The fresh oregano really steps the flavor up and makes me only want fresh from now on - no more shaker flakes for me. The farmers market salad was good and hit the spot. I didn't like the bacon in the large pieces and prefer cut into smaller pieces but I survived. Would definitely get food here again! read more
