Now looking at the sad little case with 5 options didn't look too appealing. But we bought a custard one and it was pretty good. It is a little on the small side but the flavor is on point. We didn't get a chance to try the coffee, but probably will next time. What's also kind of fun is that there is a Post-It and picture wall in the front of the store. I wish I could give this place 10 STARS instead of the usual five!!! The customer service was SO on point. Despite it being an incredibly busy place, and only one attendant there she EXPERTLY handled everyone, and ensured everyone was heard and their stuff was handed to them in a timely manner. My husband and I ordered a Honeycomb Dalgona and I used the Rooibos tea for it and it was hands down the BEST drink I had ALL OF MY VACAY TRIP IN SOCAL! While I enjoyed the honeycomb, and got extra on top, the taste was too 'chemical-y' for my husband! Oh well...I loved it...especially as it melted and combined with the drink!!! We had their dalgona milk tea and kimchi bulgogi sandwich. The milk tea itself tastes a bit different from the usual milk tea at boba/ cafe places. I like how they were able to give me the dalgona on the side so i can adjust the sweetness. I am a big fan of Flippoly. I go to two locations in Irvine often, and the staff from the Irvine locations seem happy and polite. My gf and I went there to take pictures from their photo booth and waited for the pictures to print for 30 minutes because the staff never bothered to check on us nor to check that the printer is out of ink. The man working the grill was not happy that we were standing by the printer and told us to step away with a ton of attitude. In conclusion, we waited so long that we had to RETAKE the photos. Bad customer service and attitude were free of charge when you ask for help. I tried calling during business hours to let them know what happened personally, but they did not pick up and decided to leave a review instead. Next time, please ask me why I am waiting for so long instead getting pissed off that I am standing by the pickup area. read more

Ahhhh i can't say enough how good this place is! I love it I love it I love it! My co-workers and I play games to buy drinks to each other. OMG! I'm in LOVE with an egg sandwich. Don't tell me it can never work out between us. It is my destiny. When Yelp sent recommendations of places to try, Flippoly caught my eye. My daughter lives in the area so I asked her if she had ever eaten there. She said it was good so I asked her to pick some up when she had some time. Today was the day of destiny. Everyone else wanted the bulgogi sandwich but I just wanted a basic ham and cheese. There was nothing basic about this. If you've ever watched or read Captain America, you know a scrawny Steve Rodgers is selected to receive the super serum that turns him into the super human that we all know and love (unless you're one of those Hydra creeps). Well imagine injecting a plain old ham, egg, and cheese sandwich with the same formula. You get a breakfast sandwich that can defeat the most imposing hunger and subdue your foodie cravings. The sandwich was much bigger than I expected with its contents pressed between a delicious, soft, thick piece of toast, split open at the top and stuffed with heavenly goodness. I was a bit disappointed to find a single slice of ham but it balanced just right with the thick, fluffy layer of egg covered in melted American cheese. The sauce made with sriracha or possibly some other type of hot sauce was used sparingly and gave it just a little kick without being overpowering. To sum it up, it was a Damn Good Sandwich! I look forward to my next order from Flippoly. It was nice to be reminded of that feeling of finding a new love, especially one that's not going to end with my wife hitting me upside my head with a frying pan. We got their Ham Cheese sandwich and it was great! The bread is super buttery and everything tasted great, a really nice breakfast. It's a little big for one person to finish alone, it's do-able but I'd probably be super full after, so maybe split with someone. I also got their Delgado Coffee and it was the best Delgado coffee I've ever had! Other ones I've had were way too sweet, but this one wasn't (I also asked it for slightly less sweet). The Delgado chips on top were really great, and the base drink was good too. The interior is really fun, they have fun photo booths you can use while waiting for your food! $5 to print them out if you want to take them home with you. This review was for the experience 2 wks ago since I didn't have a chance to write one. My daughter want to try cronuts so we were excited to go here based on the review. So we arrived 15 min after they open, as other reviewers point out, the pastry was completely empty. The worker doesn't even turning around to greet us. I'm assuming this place mainly is for self serve photobooth so no need for customer service. Then we saw the sign that say cronuts is not available till 1pm. I already turn off but my daughter insists on trying so we shop around a little more. Come back after 1 and it still not available. As the matter of fact, the girl was only finish making a sandwich, and it take her another 20 mins to get some cronuts ready for sale. The whole time, she was doing it very slowly. She doesn't even apologize for the wait as if she is anticipating that we have to wait for her since we want the cronuts. So after all that wait, the cronuts just taste ok. I have to say though, the honeycomb drink was really good, but quite expensive for the portion of the drink. And while waiting for the cronuts, we peek into the photobooth, it wasn't well maintained. Props are everywhere and it doesn't look appealing. Overall it was a bad experience for us, maybe open later if you can't handle the production of pastry. It is greasy but it is so delicious and tasty. The egg is fluffy and flavorful. The bread is perfectly crisp and toasted on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. Fluffy eggs between toast have just the right texture for delivering a heavenly flavor combo of melted cheese, spicy sauce, and cream sauce. I've been wanting to try this place and finally got the chance last week! It was as yummy at it looks. It seems the sandwich is not quite a sandwich because the back part of the bread is connected? It's like a big piece of toasted cut down the middle like a hot dog and then glazed with a garlic buttery sauce inside before being stuffed with yummy cheesy scrambled eggs and your choice of add ons. There is definitely at least 3 eggs in there. For the flavor I mostly got the sharp cheddar cheese taste but there was also a creamy sweet sauce in there that really did it for me.
