DONT BUY FROM THEM! HOME DEPOT OR LOWES HAVE BETTER RETURN POLICY I ordered vanity, mirror and countertop. All 3 items arrived damaged and the damages were concealed. The designer told me to take back one item but when I arrived the manager refused to take back the item. I highly recommend the shopper buys vanities and all special orders elsewhere because you will be stuck with expensive and non-refundable items. The fact is that I have already tried dealing with customer care at headquarters and they offered a miserable reimbursement of which I refused to accept. It was an insult! read more

This store has the best customer service. Yesterday we were helped by a gentleman named Darren. He was patient with us and walked us through several choices of stone for our fireplace. Had total knowledge of our projects needs when I showed him a picture and gave him the measurements. Loaded us up and helped us getting the stuff to our car. It's so nice to know that there are still big businesses that feel like a mom and pop old school store. Definitely coming back next week to get the threshold stone tiles. While the selection and service in the store is a great experience, the curbside pick up has got to be the least efficient of all curbside pickups. I've come twice now and have sat for nearly an hour waiting for my order when it seems almost easier to go inside the store myself! I also think it's faster to walk into the store to let them know you're here than trying to do it by phone. Selections in the store are of a huge variety and are pretty economical, but nothing super fancy when it comes to design. It's probably the size of a Costco warehouse inside and crew members are easy to spot in their vests but aren't casually walking around so you may need to grab them if you need assistance. read more
