Oscar F. far exceeded our expectations when we returned to Floor and Decor to replace tiles broken by replacing windows damaged by the Eaton Fire. Unfortunately, the tile has been discontinued, but Oscar did everything he could to locate any of it. The product which were looking for they were short on that but he checked other locations to check their stuck. We decided to buy our items from Covina location because they had everything that we need but we didn't travel to Covina location, we paid everything in this location. It was super easy. The delivery was on time(after checking my status by phone after more than 20 times attempts) *some minor issues which I hope Floor & Decor will fix it is the website. My husband purchased over 2.000.00 dollars of flooring from floor and Decor in San Gabriel. We had a installer install the floor and 3 weeks later we started hearing cracking noise. After that we noticed in different areas the floor was cracked. I immediately made a complaint with the store and it was sent to corporate. Corporate sent a guy out to look at the floor took pictures, measured the floor to see if it was level, and he told me yes it was level. Well Floor and Decor does not stand behind their warranty so be careful what you by from that store. Will not ever shop their again. read more

Horrible customer service, for starters. We asked for help and the cashier most definitely couldn't be bothered. We didn't get a glance, no type of eye contact for sure and ended up walking away entirely. The second cashier was much more helpful but after 45 minutes of trying to get some help, the experience overall just sucked. Ron, did try his best to make our experience a better one and I acknowledge his efforts but we were already annoyed and disappointed with the store overall. Both were incredibly knowledgable, kind, sympathetic, and helpful. Plain and simple: Socorro gave us expertise advice. We felt like we got all the knowledge we needed to make decisions quickly without feeling any pressure. It felt like she was putting herself in our shoes. She really made our experience. She even went above and beyond to call around to other Floor and Decor stores to see if they had what we wanted in stock. We ended up working with her to get tiles for bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. The best part: she took time to workshop with us and compare all our tiles to every color grout and trimming options (we didn't even know that was a thing) one by one until we felt like we had the perfect combo.
