From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, every single employee who passed me (about 6) asked if I needed help. That's how it should work. Oscar F and Brent both spent a significant amount of time with me and went above and beyond by calling other stores, making printouts and offering great design advice. Oscar F even allowed me to take home 5 different samples of tile mosaics which apparently is a perk of being a Pro Member but I never had any idea. While their selection may not be as good as some of the other stores, in terms of service, this is the best F&D location I've been to, and this is the one I'll come back to. You don't get this level of service at Home Depot - that's for sure. read more

This place has many options to choose from. It can get overwhelming. I have been here several times. There are times when employees go out of their way to help and times where it takes awhile to get assistance. Overall, I still go here to compare prices and have found items stocked. read more

We are two weeks away from our top to bottom renovation of our townhouse and I have to send a great big thank you to the San Gabriel location of Floor & Decor, especially to our designer Socorro!! Choosing materials is incredibly overwhelming and without her help, we would've never been able to design our kitchen, bathroom and flooring. It is hard to envision the project completed and to finally see that the decisions we made actually look great together, is so satisfying! We chose a LVP flooring which brightened up the entire home and we just love the color. The marble tile in the primary bath looks so high end and the decorative tile in our daughter's bathroom is so spa-like. Best news is that we were able to return all unused product! After stopping by 3 different stores in search of a specific wood floor trim, thank goodness I came by this San Gabriel location because Oscar F. came to the rescue. He went above and beyond looking for the exact size I wanted, and found it! He was so friendly and very knowledgeable, he gave me advice on floor transition pieces and I left with the trim moldings plus some other floor pieces necessary for my project.
