For food, we had the Caesar salad, beef cheek tacos, and the Apothecary Burger with the truffle fries upgrade. The Caesar was a little too heavy on the dressing for my taste, making it quite fishy, so I'd recommend asking for the dressing on the side or going light on it. The burger with truffle fries was easily a 9/10, and the beef cheek tacos were just as good--tender, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. One of the best parts is the happy hour offered every day until 6:30 PM, with all "Over the Counter" cocktails for $12 and 50% off food. Not precisely sure but I think it's new ownership, at the very least a new Food & Bev manager. I also know the staff is very upset about these changes and the relationships with the repeat music talent is now a mess. I wouldn't be surprise if the staff start leaving.
