One of the only places to get vegan and vegetarian food at the SEA airport. And thankfully, it also happens to be super tasty. They have a to go counter with pastries, sandwiches, beverages, and snacks like veggie sticks and hummus. There's also a sit down restaurant section with more plant-based and vegetarian entrées if you have the time. They roast Stumptown Coffee, a local staple, so I often try to grab my morning latte here. read more

Floret is one of the nicer restaurants inside the airport. Customer service is excellent, the tables are constantly being sanitized, and the food is clean but expensive and lacking flavor. I had the brioche breakfast sandwich and was expecting delicious brioche, but ended up with average tasting toasted bread. On the flip side, the eggs were fluffy and perfect, and the garden aioli is excellent (I recommend asking for more on the side). The cheddar cheese was almost nonexistent, and the garlicky greens were so... fake testing. The garlic wasn't fresh garlic and the greens were stringy - not appetizing to munch on. Definitely order the crispy potatoes. read more

Floret was right next to our gate when departing from SEA-TAC, and what a great spot! We were sat quickly, though had to wait a bit to order. For breakfast, they had a good variety of options, especially given they are a vegetarian restaurant. I chose the Rose Matcha latte, and it did not disappoint - it was floral without tasting soapy, and well balanced with the matcha without being overly sweet. I had a SoDo Breakfast sandwich for my meal, and while delicious, was way too much bread considering the amount of ingredients inside. absolutely loved the aioli and the arugula as the greens. the garlicky greens and crispy potatoes were the perfect sides for the sandwich. read more

If you happened to be an early airport arriver (like myself) and you find yourself at SEA TAC thinking "what the heck am I going to do for the next 3 hours" I have just the spot for you! Floret is an all vegetarian sit down and grab and go spot nestled next to gate A1. As someone who comes to SEA TAC multiple times a month, I can not believe I didn't know this place was 100% vegetarian!!! This is a game changer. Food: I got the rosemary lemonade, avocado elote toast, seasonal soup which was a chili. Across the board, everything was delicious. I lemonade was on the sweet side but the rosemary really came through. The toast was a bit tough but the corn was an awesome touch. The chili was perfection, i wish I got a whole bowl!!! It was primarily bean based but has a range of veggies as well. The menu changes seasonally so note that these items may not be available at other times of the year. Ambiance: there is a nice amount of space in the restaurant. Airports are tricky because the busy periods obviously get crazy but if it isn't too busy it'd be a good place to sit and work. Service: stellar! The servers were all kind and quick to get me my food, drinks, silverware, etc. They also had great suggestions for what was popular and their personal favorites. In closing, I'll see y'all at Floret because it's now going to be my go to airport spot. Can't wait to try more of their seasonal menu! read more

After reading the reviews, decided to buy a breakfast sandwich at this place. When I saw that the deluxe sandwich had spinach and Mama Lils peppers, I opted for it despite the extra cost. Could not find a single pepper on my sandwich though. There was some Mama Lils oil on the bun, but no actual peppers. Pretty disappointing sandwich for $13.50. read more

Absolutely delicious and the staff are so nice! They always get my food out in a timely manner which is obviously so important for travelers! I love that they serve seasonal dishes and constantly switch up their menu to keep it fresh and exciting. I think my two favorite dishes I've ever had have both been here (grain bowl and winter tofu scramble). So nice to have great vegan options in SeaTac but even if i wasn't vegan I'm sure I'd still love the atmosphere and the delicious food! Would definitely recommend to any herbivores or veg-curious people passing through! read more

I pleasantly fell upon Floret on a business trip. And it was probably on my second visit that I realized they are owned by Cafe Flora, one of my favorite restaurants. Florest is my favorite place to eat at the airport... or to grab food for the plane. It's fresh, healthy and full of flavor. And it all works with my vegan and vegetarian diet. read more

Not really sure if those who posted beforehand were really really hungry, or genuinely had better food than we did. Pretty spendy and absolutely oversalted is the experience that we had. I got the Breakfast platter with tofu (instead of scrambled eggs), and really enjoyed only the potatoes on the platter. Everything was really really salty, especially the tofu. Even the potatoes, which were well roasted, were oversalted, and I downed at least two cups of water while consuming the meal. I was very disappointed, especially given the many 4-5 star reviews, and I am hoping that this was just a one-off meal for the restaurant. read more

So, I had some time between flights at the SeaTac airport, and was looking for a vegan restaurant for dinner. Lucky for me, I met a wonderful host at another restaurant who recommended FLORET. FLORET is in between concourse A and B, so it can be a little challenging to get there, but totally worth it! They seated me immediately, and as a vegetarian restaurant, had many offerings for vegans. I started with a rhubarb margarita, which was absolutely heavenly, and the French Dip made with caramelized onions, mushrooms and a delightful au jus, served with crispy spicy, sweet, potato fries, and a vegan aïoli...DELICIOUS! Additionally, the two staff members who waited on me, were kind, gracious, and made great recommendations. Paid $5 for a cold brew on nitro and they tried to dilute it with ice. I successfully avoided the ice but the product turned out to be 12 ounces of water with coffee flavor. I will never patronize this shop in SeaTac again. read more

As far as airport food and service go, Floret is outstanding. They are a sister location to Cafe Flora in Madison, and are also plant-based. A few things make this place stand out... Firstly they have both a full service, sit down dining area as well as a to-go coffee/sandwich/baked goods ordering area. I personally appreciate that they do not allow to go seating in the full service area. Tables are thoughtfully spaced with room between parties for both covid and luggage, and the space is open air and inviting. The service also really impresses me. It can't be easy to wait on grumpy travelers but I've been here twice (on my way to the B Gates) and hosts and servers are all really friendly and are trying their best to get everyone taken care of. Lastly, I love that they have a full bar with spirits that you actually want to drink! No guessing on if their well is some mystery liquor that burns. I like that they offer the classics as well as specialty cocktails, and most importantly...mimosas. Any time that I can, I will stop by Floret (and grab a cinnamon roll)! read more

Food tasted good but I got sick after so not sure if it was safe for a gluten allergy or not. It took about 10-15 minutes for my to-go order to come out, which is fine, but I couldn't help noticing how terrible the service was otherwise. Not only did the guy take forever to come take my order, but as I waited, several people stood at the host stand for that same 10-15 minutes without even being acknowledged. It's like a small, open space and you'd have to be intentionally ignoring them to not see them waiting there. The servers seemed angry at the world or something. One lady kept trying to flag down the other server, a woman, who proceeded to look directly at her and then walk away--like three times!! I was pretty appalled at how they treated their customers and was glad I didn't sit down there. But also, I got sick so I'm not sure if the guy who took my order ensured my allergy was noted. read more

I ordered the breakfast sandwich, a mimosa and an espresso martini... The breakfast was DELICIOUS and the portions were massive!!! The mimosa was perfect - all champagne with a splash of OJ.. And the ESPRESSO MARTINI!! Baybeeeee!!! Kaiah put her foot in that thing!!! Best espresso martini I've EVER HAD!!! 10/10 !! I will def be back here when passing through Seattle-Tacoma! read more

Floret was a super cute find in SeaTac airport! As a frequent traveler through SeaTac, I felt as if I had seen all the mediocre food options (I'm looking at you Ballard Brew Hall) and exhausted them. I don't usually travel through Terminal A but my husband had seen Floret once and thought it was worth checking out for a drink and snack before our flight. Such a good call! Only reason it's not 5/5 is due to how pricey it is. $15 cocktails and even more expensive food. I know it's an airport but for that price, it should be mind-blowingly good. The drinks and food were still very good, though pricey. This vegetarian is happy! It's so refreshing to see a unique and intricate vegetarian menu. I also have to say the few sips of my husband's bloody mary confirmed this place to have the BEST bloody I've tried. Always so thankful for vegetarian bloody marys and Floret's knocked it out of the park. We also enjoyed our mules a lot and the spinach artichoke dip was fresh and very flavorful. I have my next trip out of SeaTac already on the books which definitely means my next visit to Floret confirmed as well! read more

Okay, this is the place. Hands down the best airport food I've ever had! First time I've eaten at an airport restaurant and thought, yeah - I'd come back here and try the other items on the menu. It's a vegetarian restaurant with twists like a french dip featuring mushrooms instead of beef. But that's okay because the mushroom french dip is delicious! Their sweet potato fries and aioli that came along were done expertly as well with a little crunch, well seasoned, and paired deliciously with the sauce. They were all outta cucumbers which was disappointing, but the carrot hummus still was fantastic and it went perfectly with their toasted sourdough. The quinoa grain bowl was packed full of quinoa, not soggy with a bit of crispness left to them broccoli, carrot, and fried tofu. We added a fried egg on top. Beyond that they had a nice tea selection, and I nabbed a local brew. Definitely recommend Floret if you're ever in the Seattle-Tacoma international airport! read more

From the people who brought us Cafe Flora, Floret is their restaurant at SeaTac. It is also vegetarian (plus eggs) and the menu is a nice selection of breakfast items, classics, and drinks. The restaurant has two sections -one for dine in and one for take out. Grab a seat by the window if dining in. Tried the quesadilla and was pleasantly surprised. It was a hearty version, even with vegetables, and potatoes were a nice addition. Service was quick and it's a place that will please both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. read more

On Friday morning before they open, staff were preparing. When it hits opening time, they were behind the counter and eating the foods. Waited about 2 mins to start and there was long line. The only reason I discovered/considered this place was high Yelp reviews. I'm doing my part to keep them high. I had the portobello mushroom French dip and it was great. I liked everything about it: the mushrooms, the dip, the garlic, the yam fries, and the garden dip. Everything was high quality. The server was very friendly too, and atmosphere nice. I usually eat meat but will happily patronize a vegetarian place with such high quality food. The quality of the food put me in a good mood afterwards. Their business model seems to be high quality food at high prices ($22 for the sandwich). This works great when most airline food options offer low quality food at high prices. I think the owners should do more to advertise this place. It has a generic appearance and easy to walk right past. Maybe they could pay for a sign somewhere nearby. read more

I had literally no time before my plane took off but Floret came in clutch with the sandwich and matcha in less than a minute in the to-go order so I was impressed. I am definitely not a vegetarian but even I was down to grab a pesto egg croissant sandwich every now and then. The large number of coffee and food options drew me in here, as well as the lack of the line that other places had on a 4pm Monday. Needless to say that I got my stuff fast, fast enough that I even can take photos as my gate was being called on for my name lol. Took the matcha latte and Egg sandwich, which did have some Pesto which had some nuts (Though you could substitute) so keep that in mind if you have allergies. The matcha was what you expect for a standard drink, I thought it was decent enough for how little time they made it in, while the sandwich was taken from the counter and put into the oven. The square egg white in the middle was filling and the pesto was pretty good, while I did find the overall thing slightly oiler due to the olive oil or something, bring a napkin if you go to-go! I wasn't concerned about the price but this is an airport after all. A little high but nothing you wouldn't expect for airport food. There is an option for sit down but I haven't done that as I don't have time. But from the looks alone it felt a little bougie which may be a good thing if you like taking pics of food. read more

Best airport food I have had in a very long time. Ordered cappuccinos, vegetable frittata(approx 9.50) and a mushroom empanada (approx 9.50) - total was $33 plus tip. Cappuccinos came out quickly (could have been a little warmer but tasted good), frittata was surprisingly light (could use a little seasoning), empanada was buttery and crispy - perfect. read more

This review is for the sit-down portion only. I haven't tried the take-out portion yet. I'm not a vegetarian or a vegan, but I love this place. The food is delicious! I've sat at the table once and ordered as takeout once to eat at the gate. Very satisfied both times. The most recent is the Portobello mushroom French dip. My oh my, it is great! Lots and lots of mushrooms covered in cheese. The dip is mushroom based that's not salty at all, which I often find to be the problem for a normal French dip. This dish comes with a side salad or yam fries. Clearly, I chose fries. Also delicious. This is a generous side meal. I ate only a few fries, but my hubby polished off the rest. The food came out quickly, and the server was fast and helpful. Out of all the restaurants at Sea-Tac currently, Floret is my favorite. Yes, it's not exactly cheap. But it's airport food too! read more

I enjoyed their Floret Burrito which came with marinated tofu, roasted potatoes, chipotle black beans and poblano corn salsa served w/ chunky avocado, salsa & sour cream. Very tasty and filling. The bacon was outstanding and the portion size generous. I will be flying out of Seattle quite a bit in the future, and will remember this place for when I have some time to kill. Hopefully my flights will continue to depart from this terminal.

There was a level of effort there that you don't always see, and I can confidently say there was nothing negative about the service. Now, the food. We started with the Cauliflower Manchurian appetizer, which was the standout of the night, beautifully spiced, well-balanced heat, and exactly what you expect when you go out for Indian cuisine. It delivered flavor and depth. We also enjoyed our Garlic Naan. For our entrees we ordered Prawn Malai Curry and Chicken Saag. The prawns were clean and cooked properly, but the dish overall felt under-seasoned and lacked the heat and boldness typically associated with Indian food. ((It was a Thursday Evening around 6pm)) We were one of only two tables dining, and the overall atmosphere came across as somewhat uncomfortable and, at times, a bit eerie. The exterior signage also doesn't align with the cuisine; it gives off more of a fast-food or taco truck impression rather than an inviting Indian dining experience. Additionally, the gold-toned plating and utensils felt more distracting than elevated. The finish appeared worn and tarnished, which unfortunately had the opposite effect of what was likely intended, as it felt more gaudy than refined. Overall, we did have a good experience, largely due to the service and a few highlights in the food. However, the restaurant is still finding its footing. From what I understand, they've only been open about six months, and it shows. With some strategic adjustments, especially in ambiance, branding, and consistency between menu presentation and actual dishes, this place has real potential. I hope the owner takes the opportunity to refine these areas, because there is something here worth building on.
