Up until about 15 seconds before we left, this was a five star review. The pastries, the hot tea and the coffee were all top-notch. Can't say enough positive things. What changed, is that a homeless man walked in and began harassing an Uber eats driver. A staff member walked over to let him know. It's an Uber eats driver to try to calm down the situation. The homeless man started swinging his cane and at that point, I decided to intervene the homeless man swung his cane, hit an employee of flower bakery in the Head. And that's when I grabbed this came. I walked him outside and on his way he went. What surprised me is that the manager, nor any of the other staff at flower checked on the girl who had been hitting in the head nor did they react at all to the situation as it was unfolding. Just so surprising!

Stopped by this bakery in the morning since it's not far from the hotel where we staying. The place was busy and the line pretty steady and the people behind the counter took people order promptly. . This bakery famous for their sticky bun but I was in the mood for coffee lattes, chocolate croissant, and blueberry muffin. They have indoor and outdoor seating areas and they also sells some cook books, shirts, and some knick knack for tourist like me.

I don't have enough good things to say about this bakery. I originally only planned on going once to try it out, but found myself going back every day on my trip to try different items. Everything I ordered was just great, and really makes the decision to get coffee and breakfast at a local shop a no-brainer. The savory and sweet pastries were all fantastic, and the coffee was also a perfect blend of sweetness to bitter. I feel confident that you'll be happy with anything you order here.

We stopped here for breakfast as it was just a few blocks from our hotel near the Prudential Center. You can order online on one of the virtual screens or in person. We got a few sandwiches and we loved the taste and the presentation of the food. After you order, you get a number and they bring the food to you. Very good quality, very good staff, very ample location with lots of tables to sit.

This cafe was cute, had lots of natural lighting, and a good variety of drinks, pastries, and small bites. I only came here for a quick bite before I had work and thought that it wasn't a bad spot. I got a vanilla latte here and their yogurt bowl with granola. I thought that the vanilla latte was a bit too sweet for me and my friend and I both thought that their yogurt bowl was a bit cheesy (like a cheesecake-type of flavor--not bad but not great). Nonetheless, the space had free wi-fi and was a good environment to start my day with and get some work done.

Cute spot! Nice iced latte and the lemon ginger scone was absolutely delicious! Bathroom is in a hallway and needs a code to enter, but could be a little cleaner. Staff was nice, and good seating area.

I stopped by while waiting for a train back to NY out of Back Bay and was pleasantly surprised! It was the perfect spot to grab breakfast/lunch and was not too far from the station. I had the smoked chicken salad sandwich which was served in a delicious cranberry sourdough bread. The bread was very fresh and soft and had some crunch in it with some seeds they added to the bread. I also took home one of the sticky buns which was similar to a cinnamon roll but with some crunchy toasted pecans on top! Definitely recommend trying both of these if you stop by! Will definitely be back next time I'm in Boston!

Stopped in here for a quick bite and hot bev. It was so, so busy and there was no available seating. We had to stalk patrons (ashamed, I know) so that we could at least share 1 seat for two people while we eat. I ended up only getting an almond flour pistachio macaroon and a hot tea -- figured those would be good options if we ended up having to order and leave. Both were nice, no complaints. Next time, hopefully we'll get lucky and its not so busy so we can order more items and get to enjoy them inside.

Best place to grab a quick coffee to go before heading to work in the town! Located conveniently right next to the commuter rail. The service is faster and it's also a good place to have brunch with coworkers. My personal fav is sticky bun if you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it for the sugar tooth folks out there!

If I only had one last brunch to eat on earth, I'd want it to be Flour! Specifically, their open face BLT sandwich (with added poached egg) and their chai latte. The BLT sandwich was perfect with runny egg on the top (wasn't that messy to eat with a fork and knife), and the chai latte was comforting and had the perfect balance of spice and milk/tea. Eating this meal at the bar seating by their window, looking out into a lovely fall morning, was absolute perfection.

Very busy location at times but definitely worth the wait! They serve some of the BEST quiche I've ever had! The mushroom quiche was so moist and flavorful, along with the delicious side salad. It's hard to venture away to other menu items when the quiche is so good! One of my favorites for brunch/breakfast! Also love the amazing service at this location & clean bathrooms!

Nice coffee/breakfast/lunch place with indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating is not that comfortable and definitely not made for comfortable lounging/working or hanging out. The menu has some nice choices. Breakfast sandwich had fresh tomato and arugula but the square shaped egg maybe was frozen? Not sure but didn't seem freshly made. The bread was just ok. I got a dirty chai latte which was delicious. A pricey little meal. The pastries looked delicious with prices around $5/avg. I didn't get any but would loved to have tried. Very visually appealing!

This is my second time trying Flour and my first time at this location and, let me just say, it NEVER disappoints. I got their egg sandwich, which I was informed is their best-seller, and I can definitely see why. The egg was a creamy, tender texture and the saltiness from the bacon paired perfectly with the creamy aioli, crisp tomato, and peppery arugula. Not to mention the soft texture of the delicious brioche bun! I highly recommend this sandwich for breakfast! It was also a pretty decent size for the price. Of course, I paired mine with a matcha which, though it isn't the best in the city, it's a pretty good contender and great to have alongside Flour's other delicious food. I would recommend asking for less sweetener, though. I will say, this location was pretty crowded and it was hard to find a table during breakfast time. But the workers are extremely sweet and fast serving. They even helped us find a place to sit! Other than the business, the business has such positive, energizing vibes and I could easily sit in there all morning and afternoon sipping some coffee, eating a sandwich, hanging out with friends, or just getting some work done!

Italian Sub: $20 for a foot long, the meat was so plentiful it's almost overflowing, enough for two meals. The prisciutto was tender and juicy; the salami was firm and savory with a strong smokiness. Both are thinly sliced, so despite the thick stack, it was relatively easy for a bite. The provolone cheese was also generously portioned, with a robust yet not spicy flavor and a subtle nutty aroma, perfectly complementing the two meats. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar were particularly outstanding: mellow, tangy, and with a fruity aroma of grapes, key to the complex flavor profile. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were all fresh, especially the onions were refreshing and a little zingy, perfect for removing the greasiness. Unfortunately, I was worried about not being able to roll it back up properly and making it inconvenient to carry (which it actually happened), so I took it away and ate it at the office. After about 40 minutes, the bread had become somewhat dry and hard.

Looks very authentic inside like a restaurant / deli you might find in Firenze. I decided to order the Italian Sub as they make it; no changes. My first introduction…read moreended up being at a corporate event in Boston's Seaport district, where lunch arrived courtesy of one of the city's best-known sandwich shops. The catering was impressive. Before anyone even took a bite. Every half sandwich was individually wrapped and clearly labeled, with salads and sides neatly organized, making it easy for a large group to grab lunch without the usual catering chaos. The choices were wide and varied. We took our lunches upstairs to a rooftop seating area overlooking the Seaport, which made for a pretty great setting on a beautiful afternoon. I chose the Gobbler, and it lived up to the hype I've since read in other reviews. At first glance it sounds like a Thanksgiving leftover sandwich, but it's much more than that. The turkey was fresh and flavorful, and it was complemented by stuffing, cranberry sauce, spinach, pepper jack cheese, and just enough chipotle mayo to add an unexpected kick, without overwhelming everything else. It's one of those combinations that sounds busy on paper but comes together remarkably well. I spoke with several others over lunch, and they were equally impressed with their choices. That's always a good sign when you're feeding a crowd. It's one thing to make a great sandwich to order; it's another to deliver dozens of them catered while maintaining that level of quality. Since this was catered, I can't really comment on the restaurant itself. The service on the catering side, however, was evident in how thoughtfully everything was prepared and packaged, and the rooftop setting where we enjoyed lunch certainly didn't hurt. Needless to say, this won't be my last Sam LaGrassa's sandwich. I fully intend to visit the restaurant one of these days, and in the meantime I'll spend some time trying to recreate that Gobbler at home (maybe with sliced roasted chicken, but also with turkey when I have it). It was that good.

My partner and I had intended to order another sandwich, an eggplant offering, but they were out of eggplant and said there would be more available in 3 hours. We decided to split the "Table". Thank goodness because 1/2 was more than filling. When we arrived there was a line of at least 20 people ahead of us waiting to order. The line moved fairly swiftly as we waited approximately 10 minutes to order. At ordering we were told our order would be ready in 45 minutes. Upon checkout, when the card machine was turned toward us, we opted not to apply a tip, as there was nowhere to sit to enjoy our sandwich and noone to serve us. Reviewing the receipt we saw that we were automatically charged for a 20% tip of $5.20 on the $26 sandwich and further more, the receipt had recommended %'s for an additional tip. The sandwich was ready in the stated 45 minutes. It was very good, but would have been memorable and brag-worthy if we had a table to sit at as we waited and then enjoyed our meal. As it was we ate, sitting on a granite bench adjacent to the Paul Revere on horseback statue surrounded by Boston's finest pigeons. We were unaccustomed to tipping for no service without being notified ahead of cashing out. While we generally tip 20% or better for service, when no service or seating is offered, being charged 20% without notification is offensive and we won't be back.

We almost felt that we were inconveniencing the workers and the wait time is absurd for in person orders. But I have to give credit when it's due, this was by far one of my favorite sandwiches although they are pricey, you can easily feed a party of four with a nice bag of chips on the side. We were blessed with being able to try the table sandwich. The focaccia was fresh along with the mozzarella and arugula. Since we made an online order which quoted us 45 minutes, our sandwich was ready in 20 so unfortunately, the chicken cutlet was not as fresh as we would've liked. Sidenote, the first day we attempted to order in person they quoted us an hour, so we decided to place an order of the following day. Highly recommend placing the order and staying local to be safe. The cafe itself is super casual, it's the perfect place to pop into during lunch or after a walk. The spinach tortellini with the pesto cream sauce is my absolute favorite- it's a HUGE portion and so delicious. It usually lasts me at least 2 meals. The bread they include is also great! I would give the burrito 4 out of 5 stars because of the way it was wrapped - about a third of the burrito was just egg and cheese and the toppings (avocado, red onion, hash browns, salsa verde, crema) were crammed on the other side of the burrito. If there was a way for the burrito to be wrapped so all the ingredients were more evenly distributed - this would easily be a 5/5 breakfast burrito.
