I bought a car for a fair price from this dealership. They tried to recommend me a terrible finance option. They said nothing is wrong with the car and even put on a new sticker. I have visited this dealership on two of my recent trips to New Hampshire. They offer a nice selection of pre owned cars. Although I have not bought a car from thru thru treasured me with respect, and allowed me to talk my time looking at a few Suburbans. No pressure or the it's that guy again treatment. I met the owner who explained, if I needed to negotiate price the sale will be "as-is" on the vehicle's condition. The way he explained it, he made perfect sense. I was going to go with 4 instead of 5 stars, but a month into owning the car and 2000 miles ( including the 1250 driving it home) into owning it , I can find literally nothing wrong with the car and the owner of the dealership perhaps being a little much the 'slick used car salesman' and his wife/co owner maybe being a little serious/stern when I used my version of chatty/slick/flippant buyer persona (In my wayward youth I sold used cars for a buy here pay here slightly slimy used car dealership so know most of the tactics) should not be held against either of them. Owner does seem to have a very good Eye and Ear for a good running clean used Auction car.. The Pacifica was essentially the cheapest 2019 Limited for sale in US that week and I flew out fully expecting to return home without a vehicle.. The kind of people who will piss in your ear and tell you its raining. They are more than happy to smile to your face and sell you a total lemon. They will even go so far as to cover up problems with cars just so you are less likely to find them. Most of their cars are from auction and would've been scrapped otherwise, but of course they don't tell you this and you'll only find out by finding the last owner. read more

Do not do business with these people. Most dishonest used car dealer I've ever found. Still refusing to return my deposit for a vehicle I did not buy, LYING and saying it wasn't a deposit but me paying him to repair a vehicle I wanted to buy. Totally untrue, and I am still working to get my deposit money back. Have reported to the AGs office of consumer protection. Next is the Better Business Bureau. read more

This guy just sold me an $11,400 jeep did not give me a safety inspection sticker instead put a 60 day fail sticker on it only after getting my $11,400 put a temp plate on it and told me to go drive it around because they unplugged battery. Got it home and noticed steering rack broken leaking parts hanging off steering rack, motor needs cam shaft and lifters. He refuses to give me my sticker because his excuse is I didn't bring it back within the 60 days on fail sticker. Jeep was unsafe to drive kept shutting off in traffic from bad fuel filter and bad cam shaft. my daughter lost all steering and crashed into side walk blowing out the tire ( thank his she didn't get hurt or hurt anyone else). Needs $5000 in work. No customer should be lied to and ripped off and told to go drive it around knowing it had bad steering rack. He knew I was buying it for a disabled child to get to his doctors. These people should be shut down and I plan to do everything I can to get his license taken before someone gets hurt from his junk vehicles. Crooks. read more
